BugsKept crashing, deleted and redownloaded, now it wont let me login. Clunky to switch between location schedules. Doesnt let you bookmark or tag favorite classes. Does not link directly to the jewel lake studio classes. Not a great app..Version: 2.35

OkThis app is good for keeping up with which classes are offered at what time, with a nice description of each class. I would like there to be more functionality with the workout log; why are there different options available for "add workout" and "add missing workout?" Also, when I did two types of workout in one day (strength and cardio) and tried to enter separate entries with separate "workout type" selection and calorie count, I got an error message saying you can only add one "missing workout" per day. Either allow to log multiple workout types per entry or allow multiple entries to more accurately chart exercise..Version: 1.2

This place body shamesAlaska club body shames It is a small guy; very disappointed for the price we pay. Apparently the old stingy Russia ladies get upset when you wear shorts and a T-shirt into the sauna. Because it says swim suit or naked. Sorry that i don’t feel comfortable in my body, to sit in a sauna naked! They felt the need to go tell management and try to get me and a few other ladies i never meet kicked out because of this. If i can wear a shorts and a T-shirt into a pool, i don’t see why i couldn’t wear it in the sauna because i am ashamed of my body after 2 kids! If i can’t wear a T-shirt and shorts, i really don’t see why people can be spread eagle in there, forcing me to see things i don’t want to see..Version: 2.31

Ugh!The app was working great until the new update came out. Now I can’t log or sync my workouts. Go back to how it was!!.Version: 2.48

Update is AwfulThe new version of this app renders it useless. It crashes each time I try to open it and I can no longer use the app for checking in. I am using my old key ring scanner to check in. What a horrid update-please fix this..Version: 3.0

ALASKA Club appThat is great. It would be even better if someone unstaffed knew how to help customers get set up. It should almost be mandated that they do it before that customer leaves after signing up..Version: 3.2

No Apple Watch support is unforgivableThis app supports everything else from Garmin to Fitbit, but for some unknown reason Apple wasn't invited to the party. It's 2017, and the Apple Watch is the best selling fitness wearable on the market. Not supporting it with this app is ridiculous. Having to take a photo of my Watch face just record my workouts while folks with a 50 dollar Fitbit get automatic syncing? No, just no. Get it together and fix this..Version: 2.0

It Does Not WorkBefore you implement a new app, the testing should be complete. It is not working with iPhone. It drops. I downloaded it 10 times already. It was the first time and then it does not work any longer. You click on it, and the first screen lingers and then it shut downs. So for me to register to a class I have to perform the operation of delete and reinstall several times a week. Horrible.Version: 3.0

Love it!There are always improvements to be made as far as the way things are tracked or being entered and counted, but I love that I can just scan a good to enter it. Some items would be better if you had more options about the measurements, but it works for what I need..Version: 1.7

Update crashApp has been crashing after update I can’t check in the gym now.Version: 3.0

COVID 19 DiscriminationAfter working out at the Alaska Club for two days, I was approached by a fitness instructor on the workout floor and asked to present a negative COVID-19 test. I informed her that the State has taken me off of quarantine days ago and that I can still test positive up to 2-3 months. Also, the State doesn't want me to continue to get tested as to not to continue to waste resources. She shrugged her shoulders and told me that I had to leave. I asked her if she had seen additional member tests, she said that she had. That staff member then walked away, and I could not locate her. I approached the front desk and asked to speak to a manager. There was no manager or anyone to speak to that was on duty. Meanwhile, my wife was still working out on the floor, was approached by a custodian staff (whom is a very nice person). She said to my wife that she had to leave. She didn't give a reason why and just kept saying, "I'm just the messenger". At this point, my wife and I were very upset, in the middle of a workout, and are being asked to leave the Alaska Club in front of members and staff. I'm being asked to leave because I did not present medical records, my wife being asked to leave for no reason. We demanded to speak to someone in charge. The teenager behind the counter had no one to call but the strip mall security. Security never had to enter the premises or escort us out. We left on own accord. I feel this is was a huge invasion of privacy. If they felt as though me or my wife were COVID positive and in the Alaska Club for a lengthy period of time, then they close to clean and sterilize. This was done in very unprofessional manner. The fitness instructor made an assumption. And instead of her bringing this to management, she held onto this information and waited to see us in the Alaska Club. We did everything the municipality and state asked of us and now are being treated like a leper based soley on rumors and insinuations, it would be one thing if this was a store you could just choose not to go, but we paid a fee to be able to attend this gym. It is written nowhere on their website that this is what to expect during our visit to the Alaska Club..Version: 2.50
