Must go to doctorThis is very misleading. Trying to get a birth control I’ve already been prescribed. But I have to have been to a doctor or go to a doctor and have proof of my blood pressure. All blood pressure machines are closed due to COVID so I’m told to go to a fire station. So I do that. The firefighters/paramedics take my BP and tell me it’s perfect. But the app “doctor” asks if I was nervous because my heart rate was high. I said “yes you made me go sit in the back of an ambulance with four firefighters starring at me while I get by blood pressure taken. They said it was in the normal range” however the app “doctor” said I needed to go back and be more calm. What a waste of money. Also it automatically signs you up for a recurring subscription in the fine print. Might as well risk going to the doctor right now..Version: 2.17.0

Unusable: Error Messages and Unresponsive ScreensI just downloaded this on my new iPhone 13, that has the most updated sw and also ran a speed test to make sure it wasn’t my issue while the app just kept spinning trying to match a medication I entered. Closed out of the app and was able to enter it, then tried to enter another one and hit search to find it. Nothing. Not even the swirling circle to make me think it could be doing something. Closed app again and same result. Also kept getting error messages, which I was able to get around so wouldn’t have been a big deal. But for me, the app is unusable. Bummer..Version: 3.11.0

It helps sometimesI used to love Blink, and it saved me close to $100/month on prescriptions. But the cost of my prescription has gone down at my local pharmacy, and Blink is now more expensive than the current cash option price. On the flip side, Good Rx has started getting better. My prescription used to cost more through Good Rx vs Blink, but currently I can use them to get a $60 discount off a price that is still cheaper than the Blink price. So definitely check around with different apps/discounts, and see which ones work best for your situation..Version: 2.1.2

BLINKRX IS A SCAM FUNDED BY BIG PHARMAThey collect your data. Also was almost kicked out of my doctors office of 12 years due to having my Xhance and adderall sent to BlinkRx. Was flagged by the DEA. Also they won’t allow me to use my insurance for my Xhance they are scammers and are preying on patients. Sick. Reported them to BBB AND DEA. How can you advertise filling adderall through blink but then when your doctor sends it to your service you refuse to fill controlled substances??? And wouldn’t even let me pick it up at a local pharmacy through blink. Yeah nah I’m good. Sticking with my normal mom and pops small pharmacy.Version: 3.33.0

My prescriptions were lost in the mail and Blink said “Too Bad”I switched my prescription over to Blink Home Delivery to save some money, and my FIRST delivery said it was delivered, but it wasn’t. USPS was no help, and Blink would not help me either; just telling me to file a claim with USPS. USPS said they had no idea where my mail was delivered and had me file a missing mail claim that they said could take up to 60 days and was very unlikely to actually find my mail. These are MUCH NEEDED medications and it is an emergency for me to not have them and Blink offered no assistance when the shipping method they chose failed. Beware if you actually need your medications; you may not get them if you order home delivery and Blink will not help..Version: 2.2.4

Billed random pharmacy?!I recently paid for a prescription with Blink, and they sent it to a pharmacy I have not used for months. I don’t understand how that is even possible without my permission. It clearly states on the website refills must be requested yourself and you must show the pharmacist your Blink card. It doesn’t say anything about possibly billing a random pharmacy. I called Blink when my prescription was denied and was offered no help or apology. I spent a lot of money on this, and now I am forced to spend half my day driving to different stores and trying to figure this out. I don’t recommend using this service for medication you really need..Version: 2.1.0

Run AwayIf you need medicine this is not the place. I had been receiving my medicine and then the last order never arrived. When I called and spoke with Andrew, he said he had no idea why I hadn’t receive my medicine and that I needed to speak with a special department. What? After being on hold for almost 30 minutes no one answered. I called back and a woman told me the same thing and she disconnected me. I called back and spoke with Eric, who said it would take 24 hours for a return call as no one was available to take my call. I still called back and Andrew this time said the post office didn’t deliver my meds and I should call them as to why. Total nonsense as I receive all my mail unless they addressed it wrong. Why didn’t they call to tell me or why don’t they call the lost office. I asked being days behind on my medicine could I pick up at a pharmacy. Andrew said I would need to wait the requisite 24 hours and ask them. Well, it’s been 24 hours and not a word. Shame on them and never again..Version: 2.8.13

Absolutely A JokeWent through the tela health process and received RX from Dr for 20 tablets and only 10 was filled . Contacted customer service and they never responded back. Got email update that order has shipped but USPS is saying they are still waiting to receive shipment and that was 4 days ago. I got 11 refills and can’t imagine how long it will take to receive them. I have used HEY Doctor app in past with great customer service and received meds super fast. Maybe I need to go back to them as Blink seems to take your money and then take there time to get your meds to u..Version: 2.10.1

Cool but..I liked the app and the idea of having my medications all together in one account, shipped to my house when I need them. I signed up for this reason alone, but was immediately turned off when I realized that Blink doesn’t accept any prescription drug coverage from your insurance company. So essentially, they’re just an app that identifies (out of their relatively small pharmacy network) where your prescription is the ‘best deal’, throw on a few extra $ for themselves, then bill you BEFORE you go to the pharmacy to even get it. If you have any kind of prescription drug co-pay on your current insurance plan then Blink is likely going to end up being more expensive and less convenient. If you’re paying cash or HSA for your prescription drugs currently or don’t have any kind of insurance, you might find that you can save a few $ with this.Version: 2.1.2

Nothing spectacularThe app is too basic, and it’s the same exact thing as a Blink Rx app. It would be a whole lot better if you could track your order. The order tab just shows the meds you bought and the price. If you guys add a tracking system within the app to track the orders, that would be better.Version: 3.14.0

“Participating pharmacy’s”I never had trouble with this app until recently, I feel something has changed. I had purchased my medication through the app and brought my prescription to three separate pharmacy’s. Two had no idea what blink was and couldn’t figure out how to process it and turned me away, not necessarily the apps fault but in no way convenient enough to use it again. The third pharmacy’s is the one that bothered me and is cause for this review. The pharmacy’s manager had stated that they had never signed up for blink and would never except it because they loose money doing so. I had contacted Blink support and they had no idea why they wouldn’t take it and recommended trying another “Participating pharmacy” eventually with much time waisted I requested a refund rather track down a pharmacy that was actually participating and knew about it..Version: 2.9.2

Waste of timeI downloaded this app and was ecstatic by its ease of use, great design, and overall great purchasing experience through the app. Now when it came to going to the pharmacy that was a whole other story. I initially purchased the Blink Smart Deal and had a pharmacy nearby so I went with that. Called my doctor had my prescription transferred only to find out they do not accept coupons or Blink Health. I thought okay maybe because it’s a smaller pharmacy, so I didn’t think much of it. I go back to the Blink Health app and was refunded easily and with no problems. I try my purchase again using the Everyday Blink Deal price (about 3x the cost of the smart deal) under the assumption that I would be able to visit a local Walmart that was listed as “Guaranteed” to accept Blink Health. So I contact my doctors office, have my rx transferred, then visit Walmart (the one the app said) and then I’m told they no longer accept coupons or Blink Health. At this point I give up. I request my refund again in the app, and delete it. While I trust that this app is legit maybe they should advise you to contact the retailer prior to transferring your rx to ensure they WILL accept Blink Health..Version: 2.0.8

Spammy scammersMy doctor sent a prescription to this company and here’s why that was a problem. 1) they tried to default my prescription to auto refill when I was told that I would only need to take the prescription for 5 weeks. Not the 52 refills (that’s 4.5 years) they were trying to sign me up for. This sent up red flags for me to dig deeper before giving them a debit or credit card. 2) their online reviews are abysmal. WAY too many people having to cancel credit cards and do chargebacks in order to get them to stop charging them or sending them prescriptions they tried to cancel. Just google them and check BBB. 3) I could not get the prescription transferred to my local pharmacy. They did not recognize this company as a pharmacy to transfer the prescription from. (So I was stuck doing some research and finding out what I had been prescribed was also available as a much cheaper OTC.) 4) this would not have been a cost savings for me. 3 months supply OTC (still more than I needed) for $30 or a $50 charge per month from this company. 5) worst part? They’re now spamming me. I now get emails AND texts from them saying: “Your V**** perscription is available” The name of my prescription was 8 characters long and not 5. They are implying I have something ready that isn’t even my prescription. Think twice and use a credit card you can cancel if you use this company for anything..Version: 3.23.0

Don’t waste your time. You will never get on the phone with them. They say their wait time is approximately one minute, but will have you waiting over an hour just to hang up. Some of my medication’s are expensive and I purchased them believing partner pharmacies had them, and the pharmacy I went to told me they haven’t had that medication in a while and it’s on back order that they still haven’t received in two months, so why would you send me to a pharmacy that doesn’t have that many at least you could’ve told me they were out of stock. Still haven’t received my refund for the medication I couldn’t get..Version: 3.28.1
