✓ Really handy for an iWatchI love using this for my iWatch. I make lists and can easily view them while at the store. Really my biggest complaint is that you have to click an isle or else it won’t get added to the list. I use this for more than just the grocery store so it’s annoying when most of the things I put on the list don’t have an isle. It makes adding things to the list take so much longer with this extra unneeded step. I think they should make it an option and not mandatory!.Extra unnecessary step!Version: 1.4

✓ Disappointing Apple Watch ExperienceI was really pleased when this new version came through with an all new rewritten native Apple Watch app. Previously, the Watch didn't sync with the iPhone while in the store shopping and I was sure this would finally solve it. Sadly, this is no better. I really don't understand how a can developer write a Watch app that simply doesn't talk in real time to its associated iPhone. What is the point? What I am looking for is to be able to mark something off the list on my watch and have it immediately sync to my phone, and my wife's, showing that the item is no longer on the list. Otherwise, we come back together having picked up two of everything. The Watch and iPhone do sync, but they do it so slowly as to be completely useless for actual shopping. I tested the speed of changes in either direction and it takes several minutes to sync. For example, I just added some items to my iPhone at 10:06 pm and the Watch didn't show the changes until 10:14. That is much too slow to be useful. It looks like my search for a good shopping list app that supports the Apple Watch is back on. In fairness, though, it syncs quickly between two iPhones. The large delays seem to be with the Apple Watch. So if you don't have an Apple Watch, this might still be a good option for you..SelladorVersion: 1.4

✓ Very good shopping app.Milk for Us works well as a stand-alone app. We paid for the synchronized version, and the synchronization does not work well. I usually have to sign out and then sign back in to force synchronization. ✓ Excellent shopping list app but no supportThis is an excellent shopping list app. It is so easy to use and clean to look at. I’ve tried a number of shopping lists apps or task apps for shopping lists but Milk for Us takes the cake. Even the kids have the app on their iPads and love helping the family shopping. A few minor improvements and fixes would make this the best shopping list app available. However, there is no response on the support email. Is it possible to get support? ✓ It was great a few years agoLoved this app back when it was being developed but it seems to be abandoned now with no updates for years. The sync was pretty good at one time but it’s now causing a lot of problems. List items disappear, don’t get synced, duplicate, etc. I’m going to find a new list app for the store. ✓ Slow SyncWith a shopping app you have to commit to putting all you items in the lists. It takes a long time so you’re then stuck with some features you don’t like. This one seems to be the best in the bunch but here are the down sides: 1) syncing with another family member is extremely slow and random, even though you have to pay for it. 2) there is no option to turn off screen lock while using the app so while you’re walking up and down aisles, your phone will turn off. ✓ Close 2nd to Grocery GadgetI love that I can select different stores for different items on my list. Also it's great being able to organize aisles in different stores. However there needs to be a master list of items I shop for that I can select from when creating a shopping list. When I'm done shopping everything on my list disappears and I have to input it again the next time I shop, choosing the store and aisle again. This app will remember a few recent items but that's it. ✓ Subscription Renewal wipes out list!I would have given this app 5 stars, because it is complete. However, because I use this app so often, I decided to renew my subscription, so that I can have my shopping list backed up. Instead, directly after confirming the payment to renew the "subscription", I back out of the settings and my shopping list was gone. Although we pay for the sync between our two phones, even when my wife and I sit next to each other, it never syncs the list. We have logged out and back in and the lists aren’t updated. ✓ Sharing sync is terribleMy wife and I have been using this for shared shopping lists. Works pretty well EXCEPT the syncing between our devices is terrible. Almost every trip to the store items don’t get purchased because they don’t show up in the other’s list. It can take hours or days to update. We’ve tried closing the app and reopening, ever restarting phones and there is no reliable solution. Might be fine for 1 user lists with no need to share. ✓ Used to sync very well, now it's broken.My wife and I used this for 8-9 months. Same account on each of our phones. The sync feature was awesome. She could add to list while I was out shopping. Not anymore. They won't sync with each other and I paid for the year premium service. Aso, clicking "email milk for us" in the settings tab does nothing so I can't contact them to ask for help.
