✓ Too randomThis game quickly turns into a luck based game rather than a skill based game, and the odds are NOT in your favor (less than 5% win ratio). Most board deals literally are not solvable. Frustrating and irritating, rather than challenging. Sad-because the Quell games are my hands down favorite puzzle games to date. ✓ Has fun moments, but...This game can be fun at the start of the first few levels, but get towards the middle, and it really shows a lot of flaws in terms of gameplay. The objectives become more luck based to try and win, cards do not fill up as fast as you’d think, and no one…NO ONE…likes ANY sort of timer in a puzzle game. ✓ Love it, but.....I love this game! There are soooo many things to love. For example that you don't have to wait 30 minutes to refill one life (seriously?!? How stupid is that? Waiting just makes me get into another game and f get about the first one completely! Such a dumb idea! But NOT with this one!) But... I am not a big fan of the challenges, actually I don't like them at all! Which leaves me with just a few levels. Around 30ish on normal level and 17ish in hard! ✓ Good concept, but…There are too many things to look for. It's a "reactionary" game but the timed-element adds a panic factor which takes the fun out of the puzzle element of the game. ✓ Super fun game if you are plugged in.This app DRAINS my battery really quick. I love playing it. It's fun, but something about it taxes my battery heavily. I played it for a few hours yesterday. And went from 96% to 40% in about 15 min of play time. It was the only app I had installed as of lately, and I don't use automatic updates. ✓ Mostly interestingOverall it's a good game. Nice graphics - nice music. There are parts of some levels that don't follow any logic but base the moves on purely randomly generated swaps. People play these "puzzle games" because they enjoy logic-they need to get rid of this functionality so that it'll become even a better game..StarrJett2000Version: 1.0

✓ Glitch??I really enjoy this game, especially after the latest update with new levels. One can earn 3 power-ups. Very helpful as the levels get harder and harder. ✓ Pretty hookedThe grooving jazz soundtrack has me convinced the rat pack wrote this app haha. Fun comical logic puzzler with no time pressure and many ways to solve have you competing against yourself for better results. Earn power ups within play so not a use and lose proposition each level. ✓ Too arbitrary to stay funAs mentioned by a few other reviewers, there is a point about mid way through the first set of levels where the game seems to become too random to be fun anymore. There's no apparent rhyme or reason to the placement or quantity of skull blocks or unmovable blocks. And, thus, in the higher levels it starts to seem that randomness rather than skill at the game mechanics is a huge factor.
