Real Workouts. Real Results.Unlike other workout apps, this distinguishes itself by being targeted at those who want real athletic strength & conditioning. It gives you a periodized program--something I've never seen in any other workout app I've used--which means you get the variability you need to progress toward real goals. As an amateur athlete, I'm tired of the apps that are, seemingly, designed for narcissists who don't workout to compete--instead, as the Macbeths of the training world, all the other apps (and those that use them) are "full of sound and fury, signifying nothing"..Version: 1.2

Highly recommend for all athletes!!!I'm a female tennis player (without a coach) that competes in tournament/leagues since I graduated high school. I needed a way to train for my sport beyond the courts, but I didn't know how. This app works great! It literally makes a customized sport-specific training program based on your gender, strength training experience, sport (such as tennis, swimming ,track, cross country, volleyball, etc), and whether you are on/off season/prep phase. Volt gets "smarter" and adapts/changes each workout to makes sure you are at peak performance during competitive season and not sore. You can customize it to be more toward any personal goal, whether it be ACL injury prevention, core strength, explosive power, grip strength (again, i chose tennis, so its relevant), neck strength, rotary cuff, etc.You can replace movement with similar exercise movements if you prefer dumbells, moonball, barbell, elastic band, body weight, kettlebell etc. instead It's not just for body builders or gym junkies. Trust me TRY THE 30 DAY FREE TRIAL! Afterwards, it's $29 a month (discount for students) and well worth it. I wish I could have registered through the app rather than the website, but other than that, it's perfect..Version: 1.3

The only way to strength trainYears ago, I was in the best shape of my life. I couldn't walk down a city block with out women giving me their phone numbers or men wanting to fight me. I was kicking butt and taking names, until one day, Judo Rick picked a fight he couldn't win - with drugs. I started to spiral out of control. Gambling, drugs, easy women-- it ultimately caught up with me when I hit rock bottom after a week long binder in my mom's basement with my best friend Bernie. Bernie didn't make it, and his death shook me hard. Decades of self loathing followed. Not going to lie- it looked bleak. Until a red little V showed up in the App Store. I tried Volt with hesitation because I had been a judokas so I know elite-level training when I see it. But to my surprise, it changed everything. I'm now in the best shape of my life, women love me, men want to fight me, and even my hair is growing back (could be the rogain). I made a change, and so can you. Love itThe app is super easy to use, but more importantly the actual training program has been fantastic. It was really straightforward to get started, and the exercises are easy to follow with helpful tips along the way. I get great workouts and I can already tell I've gotten a lot stronger. Really glad to be using Volt, I'd absolutely recommend it and am planning to continue using it for a long time..Version: 1.2

Best Strength & Conditioning Program AvailableThis is an awesome app the continues to update and get even better. As a rugby player it has the best program for my sport; the app builds a lifting program based on my season and then tracks my progress as I use the app. The programs are great and completely customizable, so on the days that I don't have the correct equipment for a lift then I can change what the exercise is. I recommend this app for athletes trying to compete at any level or for anyone trying to get fit!.Version: 1.2

Almost PerfectWonder app has great program and love using it, however it should offer an Apple Watch app.Version: 1.3.1
