They do not give much info on the guided meditation prior to purchase and some are much better than others so is an expensive game of hit and miss. ✓ OkFrustrating that each meditation doesnt always specify the age range it is appropriate for. If you want people to pay $5 per meditation at least provide this information or a audio sample before they buy, so they have an idea what they are actually getting. I did find some good meditations for my 5 year old that specified age but with no sample audio I’m still taking a chance, I’m hesitant to buy any more without age recommendations specified.WNTRClaraVersion: 2.2
