✓ Crashing IssuesI thoroughly enjoy the game. I have played the other games in this series and have loved them all! The only problem with this game is it crashes. Frequently. I try to play a level, and when I’m in the middle of it, it crashes. Super fun game, just needs better iPhone X and 11 adaptations..Version: 1.11.0

✓ One of the best everThis is the best game ever and also the best of the “cut the rope” series. Graphs are great, however the excess of ads and the lack of updates (with new challenges) were responsible for the 2 stars that I took out of this review. I’ve paid for the gold version and now you only need to watch ads for getting extra crystals or hints (it was unplayable before with too much ads). Besides that, I paid to unlock all levels ($2.99) and now the magic crystals are useless. In my opinion crystals should be also used to buy hints and not new maps only. Frequent updates, with new challenges, is always a way to continually earn money through ads (unfortunately developers don’t care about this game anymore). Developers, please think carefully in adding new levels often to turn this game in a endless one….Version: 1.22.0

✓ Fun and Unique, but too LimitedCut the Rope: Magic is an overall good game. There are many unique mechanics such as turning Om-Nom small, the antagonist (Wizard Spider), and the modernized graphics compared to older Cut the Rope games. I would have rated it a 4 out of 5 or even a 5 out of 5 stars, but the reason why it is held back at a 3 out of 5 is because of how limited the gameplay is. Om-Nom tends to get full too quickly and it takes a while for him to completely regain his appetite. Om-Nom’s appetite system doesn’t mean that the game is absolutely terrible though; I still enjoy playing it whenever Om-Nom is hungry due to the previously mentioned factors it has. It is diverse, it is formatted similarly to Cut the Rope 2, and I also enjoy upsetting the Wizard Spider when I succeed to give the candy to Om-Nom. This game is overall fun and unique and I feel like the rating I gave it is well-deserved..Version: 1.11.0

Once you get to the fish mode, it costs like 500 crystals but you don’t earn crystals easily and when you do earn it, you don’t earn a lot. ✓ Inappropriate AdsJust got this game for my daughters and am promptly un-installing due to this “kick the buddy” ad that is basically the only ad that comes up. I find this ad, which displays taking chain saws, cleavers, and other forms of weaponry to a stuffed doll looking thing, in order to earn money...disturbing, unnecessary and completely inappropriate! Some may say it’s fine because it shows no blood but I think that makes it worse. What does this type of garbage portray to children? I paid for the upgrade to remove ads and have unlimited energy but nothing happened in game and I still have ads every 2 tries. I also was using iCloud save, but when I deleted the game it made me lose all my progress and start completely over again. ✓ RipSo, I have been playing cut the rope for years. I have played every version there is. I love this game, except, this time, i redowloaded the game and ended up paying the 2.99 for it. Fine. But problem is, I can’t get to the third page of the book because no matter how many levels I go back and collect all 3 starts for, it continues to tell me that I have to collect 86 more stars to continue on. At this point, I am only missing about 5 starts to have full 3 stars on every level. I am not sure if the game is glitched or what the issue is but I’m not paying 20 dollars to be able to play the rest of the game. ✓ Don't let young kids play the free version!!The ads (and there are a ton) are NOT AGE APPROPRIATE for the game!!! If you purchase the app, you're fine. But if you download the free version, expect your kids to witness snipers blowing people's heads off (blood sprays out after the head is shot), characters and people getting killed, tortured,chopped up, burned alive, stabbed, blown up, and blood spraying. There's also an ad that shows a woman using magic to make her breasts larger (in case you're cornered with young impressionable girls being concerned with body image or just flat out don't want your kids to see that). As far as the game itself, it's fun and age appropriate. Just pay for the game if your kids are playing it so they don't see the ads (that pop up every 7-8 seconds or so if you're playing continuously). The least they could do for a kids game is make the ads kid appropriate. They need to step up on this!.Version: 1.7.1
