Absolutely garbageError after error once you get the notification of when the results are in. I’ve lost so many pairs and head starts because the app crashes and get errors. Ever since they merged the apps and switched to the FLX program the app has been useless. You have a better chance at buying at resell that hitting on these apps.Version: 4.6.1

TerribleLucky I couldn’t give it less than a star. I’m constantly getting logged out and when I try and log back in it always says incorrect email or password and I have never changed the password/email for this app until this new reservation system started I would not recommend and I will but uninstalling this app💯.Version: 4.8.0

Don’t waste your timeApp constantly crashes and logs you out. Servers for the app are always reportedly going down and if you’re trying to enter raffles it’s even worse. At times it won’t even allow you to log back in. Super disappointed because I shop in Footaction a lot but their app is so terrible. Highly recommend to either fix these bugs or just take the app down..Version: 4.7.1

Unable to log in after latest updateI receive “Request Failed. Try again later” message when logging into the app. Thinking it was a problem with the app, I deleted and reinstalled. Same error. I was able to create a new account and use the app but my VIP account is tied to the old account as well as my past order info. I am able to log into account through website but the app is useless at this point. I called customer service but he had no idea how to fix this. App was ok until the latest update..Version: 3.1.3

Same resultsFor about a week now the app has become very buggy. I’m finding myself constantly being asked to sign in just to watch it buffering for about a minute. Just to say login failed try again later. I try later and the next day. Still same outcome. So I do the usual uninstall and reinstall. But still same results. It seems it works when it gets closer to release date but not before. I can’t even use the app for shopping. Same results across all 3 apps..Version: 2.8.0

Not the best way to do thisThis app was good at one point of time but now it just lags and causes issues even with a 10min head start (supposedly) I still can’t reserve a shoe I’ve taken Ls on every release this last year the only one I got was the jordan 11 gym red...smh this will be he last time I use this app it literally is pointless to reserve or attempt too I guess I’ll take my money to my local sneaker boutique.Version: 2.8.0

Not happyI order a pair of shoes last week when I got my package today it wasn’t what I ordered Footaction sends me a hoodie instead. When I called customer service the guy who helped me called the store that handled my purchase to see why they sent the wrong order the store claims that they didn’t have the shoe size I wanted after confirming that they did when I first placed the order then have the mordacity to send me something that I didn’t even want instead of trying to contact me and explain that they didn’t have my size and just refund my money!!!!! Now I’m going to have to wait weeks before I can get my money back for their huge mess up. I know I’m just one person but I will never shop Footaction again because that was a mess up that could of been resolved long before they mailed the wrong thing to me in the first place..Version: 3.3.0

NEVER BUY FROM THEREI just brought a pair of shoes and i spelled my address wrong so i email you guys that i spelled ur wrong and i get nothing back. I go and read the reviews everyone is telling me that it’s fake and to never buy from there. I email you guys again saying i want to cancel my order and i get nothing back. Terribly horrible app!!!This app is horrible! Every Saturday or any other day of the week that there’s a shoe releasing, this terrible app doesn’t work. It automatically logs you out and you can’t log back in until the shoes have sold out and the site traffic has slowed down. The same things happens with the Footlocker, Champs sports, Footaction, Eastbay, and Finishline apps. You also seem to have much more luck entering a in store raffle than you ever will on this terrible app. Do yourself a favor and don’t put this app on any of your devices, no need to waste the memory space..Version: 4.5.1

FLX = Decent... A way to restart everyone’s earningsThe worst choice y’all ever could of made was going to this FLX app. I hope a lawyer open up a class action lawsuit for the data breaches and and everything that y’all have done to wrong a customer and you’ll lose money. CS are unable to resolve any issues that customers have. Why would you launch a system without all data being transferred first?? Horrible!!!I spend all my rewards points to earn head starts just for the app to crash every single time. Rather it’s to confirm a shoe or a shoe releasing on launch date. App completely logs you out and doesn’t let you log back in. But you’re able to log in on their website but no the app. They are smart and have a rigged system to help those they know confirm pairs. It’s like they are purposely crashing the app and logging you out until the pairs are all confirmed by others. And you lose your reward points in the process. Champs, Footaction, and footlocker. All same network and under one control is and was a bad partnership start spending my money at finish Line now!.Version: 4.8.0

Club card pointsMy points went from 906 to 0 overnight and has not been fixed. Customer service says there is a glitch in the system and to resolve issues go through social media pages. This is not a way to do business and is very upsetting. This happened to my account in the past and I had to build all my points over again. I will fight to the end this time around..Version: 2.8.0

Fire whoever redesigned your appThe new redesign is the worst client experience i have out of any of my other retail apps. Super slow. Incredibly glitchy. Not intuitive at all! The previous interface wasnt great but it was definitely better than this version. So frustrating to use. Logs me out. Vip is off. When you try to register for a launch you don't know if its going to save because some days it will show you did and others it won't. HORRIBLE!.Version: 3.2.2

Worst place to shop atI ordered shoes for my daughter, i wasted 120 because they were jordans and they had a discount, and it said “Fulfillment Complete” and i never received a package. I check all over the neighborhood and asked my neighbors and nothing. I wasted a lot of money and never received anything. I even called and sent emails and they won’t respond. I don’t recommend shopping here. Next time i will shop at footlocker or champs..Version: 4.2.0

Footaction online orderI placed 2 orders online. The first package was delivered to an address that I did not provide. Asked how or why it was shipped to my old address and was told it’s Fed Ex. I did business with you not fedex.. My 2nd order was placed on 6-16 and still stuck in pending. They offered to investigate and make me wait longer. At this point I don’t even want to put any more of my time or energy.. want my money back...Version: 4.9.0

Fix the FLX appThe FLX program must be the most rigged app ever. Spending 1500 for full head starts just to not win any of the 3 app sites footlocker is affiliated with is pure disgusting. The old way at least had a chance of securing a pair. Now this new program is pure trash. Stop letting people rigged the system. Because no way I’ve spend over 10k in points to not win one reservation..Version: 4.3.0

Can't loginI haven't been able to log into my account through the app on any device for 3 days. Works fine on a computer, but not on any other mobile device. Need it corrected to be able to enter launch reservations. Just keeps saying "Request Failed. We are currently having a problem communicating with our servers. Please try again later." My brother could log in into his from my phone. Clearly an issue on their side with my account and server. Please fix it!.Version: 4.0.6

I can’t log inLatest update. Phone up to date. Can’t log in. I thought maybe It was because maybe I was putting in the wrong password. so I purposely put in the wrong password and it actually said “wrong password” so now I KNEW I was putting in the right password the first time. BUGGEDPlease FIX the APP all three platforms don’t work I’ve made sure my iOS is up to date I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times and still same thing, I pull up the app it buffers then logs me out of app I can’t do anything I can’t even hit the shop button without it buffering with the yellow or red ring if it’s Footlocker then logs me out. I’m not the only one this is happening to I’ve read other reviews saying the same thing FIX the app it has bugs. Which now means I can’t cop Retro 1s “Royal Game” because of this. Also update apps at same time made no sense why FootAction App had reservation for Royal Game 1s then here comes FootLocker days later adding it to the app PLEASE FIX THE APP don’t cheat or screw the consumer I’ve won numerous reservations I’m not crying just fix the issue..Version: 2.8.0

Enjoy the app, BUT...I like using the app and making my release reservations and purchases, but lately, I am unable to login to my account. Flx app updateThe flx app update that merged all three brands is garbage. You lose your points if you dont win on a hype release. They make you constantly spend money to try to win and when you dont ,you lose everything. The old system was better. Yes i get that people were winning multiple pairs on all 3 stores why couldn’t they just made it so that you can only win in one store.... idk just useless now deleted all 3 apps..Version: 4.0.1

RafflesSo I’m a customer that is always consistent and always goes with Footaction, today I was happy because I got the raffle for the Tinker Hatfield Jordan 3s but when I put the number in to confirm my reservation the app shut down and now my reservation is closed, I wouldn’t lie about something like this if I didn’t get them I would chuck it up as a loss but I did and now I do not. Raffle Release DisastersThese Footlocker, Champs, and Footaction apps are nothing but New Release Launch Raffle Disasters! Every time there has been a New Limited Edition Raffle release these last couple of weeks/months. The app starts acting crazy. It doesn’t always allow me to make changes in the edits. It won’t acknowledge when I switch from my account to my son’s account. Meaning it won’t save/register for both accounts when we login and logout. I would rather go back to the instore raffles. Or register for raffles like Snipes formally known as KicksUSA..Version: 3.7.1

PasswordTried to setup a new account. First it says account already exists, which it doesn’t. Second contacted customer service was told to setup account online then go through the app. Setup account online but app won’t recognize my password. Contacted customer service again was sent a link to reset password, link doesn’t give you an option to reset password. End result, i have an online account but not being able to access it through the app renders my account and the app useless..Version: 2.8.0

Can’t even log in to accountI’m unable to log in to my account on the app nor am I able to create a new one. This makes the app worthless. Please fix. I keep getting an error when logging in saying that my password must be between 6-10 characters. If I go to create an account it just fails saying there was an error creating account. UpdateThis new update they recently did is horrible. The app is harder to navigate. The app freezes or crashes almost every time I open it. I don’t know who thought this was a good idea, but they need to be demoted. As bad as the footlocker app. Horrible rewards system. At least finish line you win some lose some. App malfunctionFootaction app has trouble retrieving VIP information everytime I try to login. I’ve had the same VIP membership for about 3 years and just recently this has started happening to me resulting in reservations and premium membership discounts because of it. I’ve tried logging out like it tells me to do when I get the error but that doesnt fix it, I’ve tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling but nothing works. I’ve called support on multiple occasions and all they tell me is the same thing “uninstall and reinstall the app but give it a 30 min wait and call back if it doesnt work” like c’mon I’ve done all I’ve possible cpuld think of. I think the app just needs a redo or something at this point cuz its really buggy..Version: 2.8.0

Selling items they don’t have in stockI order two pairs of shoes on the same day. One pair came in two days but the other one didn’t. I kept checking my order status and it said fulfillment processing. I gave it a week and the order status said the same thing so I called customer service. The lady told me the reason it said fulfillment processing was because they no longer had the item I was trying to order so they gave me a refund. My thing is they weren’t even going to cancel my order and do the refund until I called..Version: 4.6.4

Scamming Botless BuyersEver Since I Found Out That Footlocker Funded The 100 Million Start Up Money For GOAT, It All Makes Sense Why Regular People Without Bots Can’t Buy On Drop Days Or Check Their Reservation Results Prior To Drops. They’re Double Winning When Bot 🤖Users Buy All The Stock, Then Turn Around On GOAT And Resell it, Since Footlocker Owns GOAT, They’ll Never Fix Something They Dont Consider A Problem. They Want U To Buy From Resellers Since They Own The Resell And Retail Site.Version: 4.7.1

Update just made the app worseI mainly use the app to make reservations. I spent a lot of money to make sure I maintain my Gold Star member status. Ever since the update last Sept 2018, I couldn’t log in to the app as i kept getting Request failed. I tried different devices, same issue. I tried web login my account works. I tried other login to my device, it works. I already reset my password. Same issue. 2 mos later, FootAction can’t still resolve my issue. Missed a few reservations already and wasted the time of my Gold membership. Smh so disappointing and frustrating. Wasted money and effort and I didn’t feel I was a valued customer.Version: 3.7.9

Couldn’t believe thisOf course the new Retro 13s Royal Blue came out just this last Saturday, a very popular shoe, so it’s always a hassle to get. So when I made the purchase around 9:10am, it was confirmed that I bought the shoe and made the transaction complete right? Everything was good, until 2 days later, I get an email saying the order was canceled cuz the shoe all of a sudden is “sold out”. Huh?!?! But I have an email STATING that I purchased your shoe and now after 48 hours, you finally decided to send the shoe to only realize that you sold it right under my nose and wanna send an email days prior?! 😂😂😂 sad sad sad....and quite pathetic actually. 😂😂😂.Version: 4.6.4

3.1.3 updateThis most recent update is terrible, the new template is nice but there is so much work that needs to be done it’s ridiculous, the launch locator takes too much work to find it takes forever to get to my countdowns. I also get hit with an invisible captcha that I have to solve so it doesn’t even let me log in, major work needs to be done and ASAP. This is just disappointing coming from such a big company..Version: 3.1.3
