✓ Super HelpfulI was nervous since this not only was my first Covid test I had ever took, I had to administer it to myself. We were traveling so I was on a time crunch. The kit came in time and I had my appointment. Unfortunately my call dropped in the middle of the process and since I had never had a test before I was completely lost at what the next step was and thought the test was void. ✓ Very convenientBought this as a backup for travel to the Caribbean in case it was hard to find a test centre. Ended up using it because it was easy and convenient. ✓ It’s fine !Used this because I bought a Prenetics travel pack via Virgin Atlantic. I was told to use Azova for my observed PCR test to the US. Randy was the person who walked me through taking the swabs for myself and my kids. Swabs we’re traumatic especially for the kids. Never doing that again. Great service from Azova though. ✓ Easy PeasyHawaii travel approved Covid tests were not available in our town or anywhere 150 miles away. So I ordered the Azova Lucia Check It test kit on Thursday afternoon and it arrived as scheduled the following Monday. On Wednesday, at our appointment time, the rep was on time and professional. He talked us through the 4 Step process. It took 5 minutes. Our results were ready in 30 minutes at which time another rep video called us to confirm results. ✓ So much better than finding somewhere localWe bought the Azova tests before flying to Mexico, based on the recommendation of our chosen airline. At a cost (at the time) of $115 Canadian, this was a bit cheaper than most places that we could find in Mexico, but removed the necessity of having to travel to a clinic somewhere in the city we were in, waiting in line (in a waiting room?) with others who might actually be positive (resulting in our catching Covid anyway). In the comfort of our condo at the resort we were staying at, with the excellent directions from the assigned proctor (one who oversees a test or exam) we were connected by video, went through the steps of the test, completed the full test in 11 minutes (both my wife and I were able to appear on camera with the proctor, so we were both able to do our test at the same time) and then we could get ready for our day while waiting for a proctor to call us back when the test had completed. The test module (small electronic kit with included batteries) was simple to operate and easy to read. Thankfully (or not, because then we couldn’t stay in Mexico for another week or so ) our tests both came back negative, and we received our documentation within minutes, rather than having to wait hours or days for a test to be sent out to a lab for verification. If we’re required to do similar testing with our next foreign trip, we will definitely purchase these kits again. The only issue we had was what to do with the kits when we were done. We removed the batteries (because, why not, they’re good AAs) and put the kit into the provided ziploc bag to throw in the garbage. We were not told what to do with these by the proctor, so that would be the only issue that I have with the whole system. My only one other criticism might be the size of the packaging, since we had to bring them with us in our luggage, it would have been nice if they could have reduced the overall size of the package a little more, in order to make these easier to pack. As it is, they take up the space of a pair of flip flops (ladies medium) in the baggage, but then you have that room when you’re returning home, so not a huge issue..Version: 3.1.7

✓ I did not think this would be a review for other customersThe azova app is fine. Had a telehealth appointment for travel, the health professional who observed us was very patient and at the end, asked if we’d be willing to write her a review about how she did. I thought it would be professional internal feedback, but no it’s a link to the apple and google play stores. XD As for Azova itself, I had issues entering birthdates. When I made our accounts, it asked for American format specifically, but then recorded it in English format (so the month and date were wrong). After I fixed both accounts, our practitioner still had to update one because it was showing as backwards. Since the birthday is part of verifying your identity, this might be a semi-important bug to fix..Version: 3.1.5
✓ Great proctors, relatively easy process, so-so appFirst of all, huge thanks to Aquira (hope I got her name right) and Ezekiel. The proctors were patient, informative, personable, and efficient. Great customer service! The process is a bit intimidating but it works really well and I’m so glad Delta airlines recommended it. My only beef (and it’s a minor one) is the app navigation is pretty squirrelly and not very intuitive. Otherwise I’m really impressed and appreciative..Version: 3.1.4
✓ Very convenientAs far as I can determine the On/Go and Azova partnership is the only proctored self test that is available without a prescription. The test went well and our proctor allowed my wife and I to do the tests simultaneously even though her appointment was scheduled after mine. The proctor was available on time and she provided good instruction. The only drawback is the method of sending in a picture of the passport and test results. It is not intuitive or clear and the app should be revised to improve this aspect. Still, we intend to use this process again on future trips..Version: 3.1.6
✓ Lucira- perfectCanadians flying back from Maui. This was a way less expensive test than a Maui clinic. It worked flawlessly and as the stress built over shipping/receiving, getting the whole family tested etc, they took calls promptly and answered all concerns promptly. Top shelf service. In hindsight, these are single use - 1 shot tests. I’ll take an extra test next trip. If something went wrong (faulty equipment or a slip/spill) the cost of the extra test would be far cheaper than spending additional nights until getting tested again..Version: 3.1.7

✓ Awesome ServiceIf you are traveling internationally and must receive a COVID test before returning to the states, you should use this service!! After researching the cost of getting one done in the Netherlands we started looking for other options, not only is this process quite a bit less expensive but also we were able to do this test at our own convenience. First, we got our kits in a quick 2 days, and had an extra kit (just in case we needed it). Then I was able to set up the appointment whenever we needed it to be done. The day of our actual scheduled appointment, was way easier than I expected. Our proctor, Randy B, communicated very clear and precise instructions, and was also very patient with our 2 young boys. We all got our results within the 15 minute timeframe with no issues, and easily downloaded them to our phones for check in at the Amsterdam Airport. The only thing I would suggest is to have both apps (AZOVA and CovidHome test) already downloaded onto multiple devices (iPad or iPhone). You only need one account but multiple devices. We ended up downloading the apps while we doing the test. It would have made it a bit quicker if we had already done this.....Version: 3.1.2

They were able to coordinate across our different appointments: We scheduled separately for the same time and had a 3 minute testing call and 2 minute verification call, with a verified pdf delivered in less than 5 minutes. I’ve used this test 4 times for travel and never experienced a problem when being proctored and using the app. Worked well for my international trips. ✓ Mostly easyWe used this to test our kids for Covid before a Hawaii trip. The nurse that helped us was very sweet. We had a slight problem with one of the test units but she helped us trouble shoot it and we got it working fine. My k my complaint was finding the Azova ID #’s for the kids to add to the Hawaii travel website. They aren’t easy to find (in the share tab) but once I found them I had no trouble using them. ✓ Stress free process and quick resultI used the service to get the proof of negative COVID test result required for US entry. I could book the time slot I choose (basically, any slots - 24/7- were open the day before), and all I had to do is to prepare the test kit and photo ID. I performed the nasal swab in front of a proctor (virtually using a camera on my phone), completed the steps as I usually do to get the result, then kept showing the test kit to the camera while waiting to get the results. Unfortunately, it wasn’t quite as seamless or easy to use as I had wished. I set it up before traveling which I was glad for. It took some back and forth to get it set up. To have the actual tests proctored, the proctor was lovely and knowledgeable. Getting the results was a little bumpy - I made full use of the chat function to ensure that my test results were submitted correctly as there were few instructions. ✓ Lucira CheckIt + Azova = travel peace of mindI recently took a trip to Mexico and brought a Lucira CheckIt PCR test with me… right when Omicron made its presence across the globe known and the US changed its policy for re-entry from 72 to a 24 hour policy for testing results. Thankfully I found Azova. 5 minutes filling in info and making an online appointment for a supervised test in my hotel room was a breeze. To idiot check myself, I also called Azova.. and low and behold… a human on the other line picked up who went step by step with me on the website and app to ensure I did it all correctly. The app has a simple clean set up with flawless reminders that came through it and to my phone itself as texts. The online supervisor was kind and professional and the entire process was flawless down to the pdf of my results that was shared with me which I printed and brought to the airport with me…. All without a hitch. Couldn’t recommend packing your own FDA EAU PCR test (like Lucira for one example) for any international travel and using Azova… best $20 and stress / time saver I found to simply enjoy my last day of the journey without stress..Version: 3.1.6
✓ Excellent experience with teleconference rep JoyceJoyce helped us out and was very patient with us as we took 2 adult and 2 children’s tests from Costa Rica before our trip home to the US. One note: we needed to take 4 tests total but my daughter’s test came back with an error. Luckily we had purchased a 5th test kit just in case something like that happened. ✓ Fast results with great communicationAzova was wonderful! We ordered the test Saturday morning, then scheduled an appointment for video call right after ordering the test. Received the test on Tuesday, performed the video call early Wednesday morning at 740 am, only waited maybe 1-3 minutes to be helped, registered kit while on the video call, as explained in instructions. She was very pleasant & helpful, took maybe 5 minutes. Sent test out that morning at 11 am for overnight UPS, received message right when they received the kit, about 11am Thursday morning. Received prompt message around 5 pm Thursday evening with test results. Thanks to Azova, we will have a peaceful & pleasant trip in Hawaii, as we leave Friday. ✓ Fantastic!I was/am so relieved after using this! The past 2 years have really taken a toll on all of us; especially if you want to travel. As soon as I book a trip to US (from Canada), I start ‘worrying’ about the Covid-19 testing to return home. Things have gotten so much worse with Omicron! It’s almost impossible to find a testing location and there’s the ‘waiting game’ for your test results. Will they be completed and sent to you in time for your flight??? It was such a huge weight off my shoulders knowing that I could order the kit, have it sent to my US location, schedule the ‘video observation’ and get my (documented) results within 30-49 mins. All without having to wait in line, etc. I will be definitely a repeat customer. After having to excuse myself from US Thanksgiving dinner, to go wait in line for a test and then wait another 48 hours for results. Enough is enough! ✓ Makes travel a little easierGot these as a back up just in case I could not get test results back in a timely fashion when we traveled out of the country. Very convenient, took about an hour total for both my husband and myself. Proctors were so kind and helpful. Will use this again when traveling. My only complaint is I do wish that more places accepted this type of testing. ✓ I saved 3 hours today and didn't have to leave my house to see my doctor.I made an appt with my doctor through the Azova app. The doctor was able to do a video call and diagnose me based on my symptoms. I didn't have to sit inside the waiting room for 20-30 minutes and then sit again in one of the patient rooms for another 20 minutes only for him to see me and diagnosis me in 5 min. It's a one hour round trip for me to drive to my doctors office and then another hour at the pharmacy just waiting. My doctor sent my prescription to the pharmacy through the Azova app and my prescription was ready for me when i arrive..Version: 2.9.1
✓ Good productHad to use this company for a recent trip to proctor a Covid test as it is the only company approved for home testing for the country I was visiting. The app is decent although I couldn’t add passport information within the app and had to go to the website. The messaging feature worked well, the reps responded quickly. The notifications worked, and it was great to be able to use my phone to do the video call for the test. The results were ready and in the format I needed within 20 minutes. I had my own test which was not one that they sell, but by using a generic link that I learned about by calling them I was able to schedule my appointment. The test appointment was scheduled for EST but with the recent change to EDT the time was confusing and I got pinged to show up at 9am and again at 10am. They should allow you to pick EST or EDT. Other than the few little hiccups, overall it was a good experience and the pricing for the tests is very reasonable..Version: 3.1.9
