✓ Lies.I saw a scathing review, with a response from your company assuring that algorithms are not tampered with. Absolute lies. All of these online casino games are developed with the ability to manipulate to drive revenue. One of the biggest online casinos, SLOTOMANIA by Playtika, recently advertised for a Game Economy Manager position on their main company website under Careers section. In the job description it listed the tasks of the role, and stated you would be required to tweak the games to increase revenue, and that you would also need to macro monitor at an individual account level to ensure the overall health of the games economy. ✓ Issues with a generally good gameWorst complaint is the cost of trading high star charm you need but when I go to trade section I get 2 tokens plus a charm I already have 🤷♂️ so a five star charm is 2200 tokens but I get 2 tokens per trade 🙈 I think this needs to be seriously addressed as I spend a fair bit on this as normally always the 99 packs of special offer 89 packs but unless there’s a special offer on with tokens multiplied 2200 tokens is over £1000 which is just ridiculous as for cost of packs that up to each person what they spend not the developers but even if you got 20-30 tokens when u trade then it wouldn’t feel quite as bad and u shouldn’t have to buy packs for charms that are unavailable any other way as buying chips is expensive enough surely you could make it a bit more achievable with the charms and look at trading in general Otherwise a happy customer who spends a fair bit just feel trading is bad.Version: 8.13.20700

There is also a ticket game where you must collect puzzle pieces to complete 3 different puzzles. The puzzles offer prizes of 1 billion chips, 500 million chips, and 100 million chips. I have been playing this for about a month and I have needed 1 piece for the billion chips the whole time. I have however been able to complete the lowest prized puzzle four times. I messaged the developers and they dismissed my complaint as nothing other than bad luck. Well, the 2 other people that invited me to play the game have the same luck. The response the game gave me was that the game mirrors Vegas style odds of winning. I get it, but I’m not winning anything, it’s suppose to be for fun. I know that there's huuuge amounts of money to be made from ads and that the developers are doing it to earn money for their work, but it's got to the point now that the game is pretty much unplayable. Logging in takes forever because there's ads after ads that are unskippable and every button press pops up another ad that needs to be watched all the way through before you're able to press the button properly. They're stretching the ad time past the usual 30 seconds too. It's impossible just to "drop in" for a quick game because there's 2 - 4 minutes of ads to get through before you can play. ✓ Broken app?I run the app on iPhone 6s and it was working fine. All of a sudden, it’s become ultra laggy, and the game freezes and force closes. ✓ Feeling ripped offI have now spent quite a substantial amount of money on this game. I understand how the game works on algorithms, but clearly the game is designed to rip people off. I have played the game for hours with small stakes and you roughly hold your own. As soon as you increase the stakes above 3 million per spin the rip off mode switches in against you and wipes you out in a flash. I have played enough times to know this was not unlucky. The algorithms should not be affected by the size of the stake. Bottom line is, you will lose you chips every time you start building a pot because human nature is to increase stakes as you get richer. it’s pretty frustrating that when you increase the stakes you can see the change immediately. I have gone over 300 spins without a win on bars and 7s, when I have upped the stakes to 25 million plus. Please sort it out, so at least we have a fair playing field and sometimes we build out wealth without being ripped off. ✓ Love this app at first, but....I really loved this app at first but I recently collected the 4th blue puzzle piece and won the 500 million promised. However when I started to use it to play the top level Huge Diamonds slot they stopped paying out my winnings. I bet the 5 million minimum per spin and hit for 25 million, then 50 million and then another 25 million and never received any of the winnings. The app deducted each 5 million per spin but never paid any of the winnings back. I contacted customer service for what I hope was a technical glitch but so far there has been no response.
