✓ Needs a lot of improvementI'd say this is a very unique game but has ALOT of bad things about it. I wouldn't say it's terrible I'd say it needs a lot of improvements done to it. E.G: the traps or obstacles are easy to get past, but some of them like the ball of spikes that fires spikes is almost impossible to get past as there's no way to dodge them, even with the smallest gap your meant to hide in, another one would be that when your just jumping your character can jump but will then float to much and hit a rock or spike. The trap that chases you isn't impossible but you have to be fast but can be annoying as most new players won't be able to do it. Like I said it isn't a bad game it just needs improvements..Version: 2.6

✓ Surprisingly fun, MAJOR bugI didn't expect to like this game the first couple runs through, but I've really taken a liking to it. I keep running into a nasty glitch though... I'm not sure if it shows up in the earlier challenges, but I started noticing in challenges 10-12 that I kept hitting invisible spikes... I thought I was imagining it at first and just not paying attention, but I then saw multiple instances where I would be an entire character width away from a spike and still get hit somehow. It happens on level 10 right at the beginning, the right side of the left path kept killing me without touching me. The exact same scenario on level 11... It seems to be a problem with the rock that is used to split the path in two. If I found myself dying further up the map, it was because of that same kind of rock. I'm finding ways around the glitch, but it's pretty frustrating, especially when it happens closer to the top. Could be worth looking into....Version: 2.0.1
✓ Too many glitchesI absolutely loved this game when it came out, but now it seems that every few minutes i’ll be playing and all of the obstacles will smush together making it impossible to move and leaving no way to move forward, and every time I pause the game and then play it, the jellyfish will float to the right by itself, which almost always gets me killed.Version: 3.3.6

✓ Absurd...This thing has hair trigger controls so death comes easily and often and every time DOUBLE ads are played which is absolute nonsense. Such an approach to free to try is annoying and nonsense. Shame you didn’t just put this out to straight up buy from the start and bypass the irritation. ✓ The game isn't enjoyable anymoreI'm sorry but you ruined Slip Away. The best part about it was the slow tempo. It was calming & relaxing. It's also zoomed in way too much. The faster loading screen is great, & the new obstacles are challenging but fun. Please go back to the slow tempo it made the game seem realistic underwater slowly swimming up. I play this game daily but now I can't. I just don't enjoy it now. Also how come after every update I always lose everything? I had all but 4 jellys and now I have to RESTART completely. The update is 1.5/5 but I'll give you 2 because of my past history enjoying the game..Version: 3.0

✓ Did you even try?Control system is difficult to pick up at first, which would be fine if I could try again quickly. However, repeated attempts are interrupted by an absolutely intolerable frequency of video ads (which sometimes even crash the game) that make waiting to try again incredibly frustrating. The shop for unlocking new characters is terribly designed as well- the icon showing that a character is locked is placed directly over the character's face, making it very hard to tell what you are getting. In the end, however, that didn't even matter, as selecting one character resulted in the purchase of a completely different one. What on earth? Just get doodle jump or something. They said to tap but there are arrows that indicate a slide but still it didn't work and I couldn't make through the first obstacle. ✓ Good but annoyingIt's beautifully made and absolutely incredible detail and addicting but I've been playin for days and hours and I feel like it's too hard. Maybe add something like along with the diamonds you can collect a shield every now and then and use them when you need to. It's pretty hard after a certain point. If not a shield them make it a relaxing game and take out some of the "enemies" there gets to be too much that can kill you. Also a saving point would be great i would enjoy starting at a new point every time I play instead of from the beginning. That's a biggie. ✓ Serious damage controlI never write reviews here. But after The Big Update that basically sent this game back to the Pong days in control and visuals, Nanovation has been doing frantic, massive damage control in an attempt to win back the fans who first fell in love with this delicate, challenging game. On one hand, I appreciate how quickly they've listened to fans and have given us the changes we've wanted. On the other hand - are we yet done with the updates that wipe out all the characters you meticulously bought and the levels you beat? I'm back to one character and challenge 1, after agonizing to challenge 5. (This doesn't include how when I disconnect from Wifi, everything gets reset and I end up with zero crystals. So much for trying to be data conscious on my shared plan!) Please, Nanovation: spend some time and make a good product. I don't want your bandaids - just give me something great, make your game better, and figure out how to stop the updates that wipe out people's saved stats. UPDATED: I AM DONE. I have no crystals, no saved score. I disconnect from 4G to save on my data plan and EVERYTHING is wiped - back to zero. Even effing Cookie Clicker can effing remember my score when not connected to 4G, but this game can't effing figure it out to save their lives. Uninstalled. Good riddance. ✓ Was great before the update.The game has gotten worse since the update. Before the update the game offered a wider view which which was great because it offered much more space on the screen to anticipate your next move, now if you try to move quickly you'll end up crashing into the nearest wall because you didn't have time to see and avoid it. As well the controls didn't make the character shift so much to one side before the update, now it shifts so much it feels like a different game. ✓ Stay away from this developerI like the game. But I paid for the game, and I still get ads. Some of the ads I have to actually exit out and kill the game process to go back in and play. That’s just crap business practice by a company to charge for a game and do that with ads. The only way they will listen and change their practices is for everyone to not play (definitely not pay for), any of their apps. If you want all apps to continue with these practices, by all means install the game. ✓ Okay but still bugsHey devs. I'd like to say thank you for fixing some of the really frustrating bugs right off the bat, but there are still some more glitches that need to be handled. E.G. When you get to the key, it's terribly hard to touch without hitting the bottom of the screen and dying due to the size of the ring around it. Also when you are going through slim crystal portions there is an obstacle that's halfway in the wall (the block that shoots back and forth idk what it's called) and it makes it near impossible to dodge. Lastly, there are still some texture glitches on the walls that show up every once in a while. If you read this, thanks. I'm deleting this app and seriously regret spending my money in the first place. Each update has made the game worse. I'm done. Before this last update, this was one of my favorite games. I was incredibly disappointed when I opened the updated app to find all of my credits were erased along with my high score. That's extremely disheartening. I don't mind the addition of the levels. I don't find any difference in the endless mode. There has always been additional obstacles in updates. I also enjoy the challenges in hard mode. I am annoyed by the tentacles going nuts when you get that little boost between levels. Seems sloppy and really ugly compared to how beautifully polished everything else is.
