✓ No English documentationMy husband bought me the Aractive wrist monitor from Amazon for my birthday, and it only works with software from this developer. I haven't yet been able to get the sleep monitor to work. It's reasonably user-friendly in English, though it sometimes has confusing descriptions. Unfortunately, there is no help file at all, and the developer website is in Chinese (definitely not Korean nor Japanese) and so I couldn't find help there..Version: 1.0.3

✓ Not the best...A few things they need to change or update. 1) They need a way to contact them with on the app or the App Store. Currently I can’t figure out how to report an issue. 2) They need to have better definitions of what each setting does on the app. 3) They need to have the manual on the app since the print is too small to read. Lastly and most important ( and this was the reason why I purchased the device)... 4) When I’m walking and go to check my heart rate it never displays I have to either wait for the watch to tell me OR I have to go into the app and request it.
