✓ Watch is made for e-wasteAfter 2 days the sleep function stopped working. BP readings are false, this is dangerous for the wearer. After a month the watch started randomly restarting loosing the data it recorded. Customer service ignores you. Repeated attempts to contact them go unanswered. This is a deplorable company. If you bought this garbage return it while you can. I received two as a gift. Both are e-waste!!.Version: 1.0.11
✓ DisappointedI was excited to receive this as a gift from my husband for Christmas, especially when I saw all the features it offers. However they don’t seem to be very accurate measurements of blood pressure and heart rate. Also, I’ve had it for a month now and wear it every night and last night was the first night that it actually recorded my sleep pattern. I didn’t do anything different. Don’t know why it started working after all this time. Another thing I don’t like about it, and this is the most irritating, is the life of the battery and there is no warning when it needs to be charged. It will show about 1/4 battery left and just die all of a sudden at the most inappropriate time. Very frustrating. It needs to be charged every 2-3 days..Version: 1.0.12
✓ What happened ......The app is poorly designed. My main problem is the inability for the app to monitor my sleep habits. Many times it tells me I’m not sleeping at all. It records nothing and I am wearing the watch and yes it is charged. Or it will say I went to bed at midnight and woke up at 3:45. When I went to bed at 10:00 and was up at 7:00. If I go to bed at midnight it throws everything out of wack for recording sleep patterns for two days. The other problem is the motion detector. Even when I’m moving it tells me to get up and move. This watch/app worked great for 30 Days and now I feel like it’s a piece of junk!!!! Nothing is working. The only positive thing I can say is at the moment it keeps good time. ✓ DayBand app and kore trac watchI’ve had this watch for several months now, and bought it to track my sleep patterns. Sad to say it doesn’t work very well at all. At least once a week, it goes on a vacation, and doesn’t track at all. The BP section has totally disappeared. It may have been abducted by aliens. Don’t know don’t care. That’s just the watch——the DayBand app is a total joke. I gave it one star, but in my opinion,it isn’t worth that. ✓ JeanDI’ve only been using the advice for a few days. Everything went well the first day and night. The second night sleep wasn’t recorded. The next day the blood oxygen wasn’t recorded and is still not working. At first I thought it was really good but I’ve changed my mind. I’ve had cheaper fit watches that did better than this one. ✓ App is terrible!!!Gps consistently does not show correct location. No way to manually choose location. Even the location it chooses the temperature is different on the watch. App is missing features. (No way to test oxygen from the app). The option to keep the device lit up for more that 5 seconds is there but nothing happens when you try to change it. The sleep tracking I just don’t know what is going on there. It starts before I go to bed and sometimes doesn’t quit till past half way through the day. ✓ Multiple IssuesThis watch and app sees a lot of potential, but a lot of its advantages or features are being hindered by its disappointing disadvantages. To start, the sleep tracking does not work at all, the app does not track my distance travelled when on Sport mode, and the time lags behind occasionally. When on sport mode, it doesn’t even track where I traversed on the map. Sometimes the watch even crashes randomly and I am not sure why. Also, why can’t it be possible to default the temperature measurement to Fahrenheit and default the style of the home screen? I feel like the blood pressure measurements are off as well. Long story short, I hope that the issues that I found in both the watch and the app can be fixed soon. It has the potential to become a great watch for a great price..Version: 1.1.0

✓ DisappointmentThis unit was offered as a unit ideal elderly individuals. The BP is inaccurate confirmed the inaccuracy multiply times and sleeping tracking frequently is unable to record daily. Unless these items are corrected in an update I would not refer this to any other individuals. The unit is not able to take any punishment and does not hold a charge for only half the time the manufacturer claims. The manufacturer sent an additional unit after the original unit failed. ✓ Not impressedPrimarily use for sleep and step tracking. Been wearing both my FitBit and this watch to compare stats. Steps are usually lower but close enough, however the sleep function is horrible!!! Last night I had 4.5 hours of sleep and it registered NO SLEEP. Another night it said 10 hours. LOL, that never happens. I strive for 6. It also never has me waking up during the night when I know I get up. Some of the positives—I do like the home screen options, but I must trigger it to change view options when my arms are folded. The BP and oxygen levels are nicety but not sure I’d rely on it being 100% accurate. By far, my favorite function is the ability to take a selfie by simply shaking your wrist and not fumbling for a phone button. Also, text/voice messages can be viewed on screen and can scroll back 5-6 messages. So overall it’s a good watch for the $50 I paid, but would like to be able to adjust sleep times in app, pick my actual location for weather temperature and also stop it from defaulting back to Celsius on the watch face even though I’ve changed it and it’s correct in the app. The watch has potential but needs some fine tuning before I would recommend to others. ✓ Not Impressed.....Because of the price, I decided to try a smart watch (I am 74 but fit and up with tech). I had to pay import tax of £11 but the ad doesn’t warn that there will be an extra charge. There are a number of issues; after 8 hours sleep it says I have slept for 2hrs 15mins or 3 hrs 15mins. It has been right a couple of times. It hardly ever lights up when I raise my arm. I have to long press it. Sometimes, after a phone call is finished , the only way I can get out of that screen is to plug it in to charge. After walking, my iPhone indicates 1.4 miles and the watch says 3.7miles (I have set it to miles!). I have asked the supplier to get in touch but they haven’t. Not recommended, I’m afraid. ✓ Horrible, unreliable appI have written this several times now. If you try to use the support under “about” in the app - it crashes every single time! And the support attached to this page is all in Chinese! Utterly useless! Also, the weather displayed has been completely wrong since the day I purchased the band a few years back. ✓ It’s alrightIt work fine for about 2 days until i started noticing it A) stopped giving me accurate minimum and maximum heart rates and just didn't display anything when i used the ‘continuously’ function and B) it thinks i get 9 hours of sleep a night. ✓ Basically uselessI bought this to analyze my sleep pattern and monitor my BP. Neither function works. My sleep starts at 2045 while I am watching TV. I usually go to bed at 2215 to 2245. Yesterday it had me still sleeping but I had been up for almost 1 hour performing a variety of activities. The BP has not deviated more than 5 points in the last month. I check it 3-5 times a day while doing a lot of different activities and resting. I also have a BP machine and it reads significantly different values. Definitely not worth the money. She hasn’t realized that it stopped working after the latest firmware update. After updating the firmware, my blood pressure monitor stopped also. The main reason she purchased these was to be able to check our blood pressure. When we contacted technical support, we were told that they were working on a new firmware update to correct the problem. It’s now late July and no firmware update yet. ✓ DisappointedI was excited to receive this watch. I had ordered it with the purple band, but it came in black. That was the first disappointment. I set the watch up and wore it on my left wrist as it prescribed. I also wore my Fossil hybrid smart watch on my right wrist. Just to see how accurately they corresponded. They were vastly different in details. I’m not in the greatest health so I felt I needed the BPM and BP parts of the watch. I want to get my money back for my watch, and my husband was terribly disappointed also, so wants his money back also. But, since we already had thrown out the packaging they came in, we won’t be able to be refunded. That isn’t fair, and since we are both disabled and retired, it was hard to cough up that much money for wishful thinking watches. And the fact that they don’t actually tell you it only comes in black band, it’s misleading. And the customer service is terrible. I called several times to be told that I could not order the different color bands on the phone. That I would have to use the link I was sent. I am not interested in a pink or white band. When I tried to order another band through an ad on AOL, when I chose purple, it kept going to orange. Sorry. Y’all are a scam company. ✓ Step TrackerUnlike some posts I’ve read, I haven’t had any operational problems with it, BUT the number of steps (and miles) never align with the steps in Apple Health. Sometimes off by 1,000. Maybe stride? I can’t figure out why. in Do NOT rely on the blood pressure reading at all. I was in the doctor’s office and compared their reading to my DayBand reading. DayBand was significantly lower. I usually get the exact same number for Bp each day. Not possible. For steps, it’s good. Battery lasts a long time. ✓ Don’t buy DayBand /KoretrakBUYER BEWARE - I bought a Koretrak fitness watch (run by DayBand app) and My ( and many others) experience has been shocking. The watch functions didn’t work properly, when I complained they kept stalling me, then told me I couldn’t have a refund because too many days had passed. When I escalated it they confirmed if I returned the watch and sent them a copy of the courier receipt they would send me my refund. I did that at additional cost however they then re-iterated that 180 days had passed since the original purchase I could not have a refund. I would not recommend you buy.Version: 1.0.15

✓ Received as a giftReceived this as a gift after being hospitalized with covid pneumonia. Had issues with my oxygen dropping and my heart rate being high. I knew the blood pressure wasn’t going to be accurate. There’s no way for it to take your pressure. Then found out the oxy reading wasn’t accurate. Heart rate was accurate. While a rep responded promptly, within a day, to issues I was having their suggested solutions didn’t work (Strike 1). I figured out what to do myself. They don’t seem concerned about buyers losing their data, they do apologize (Strike 2). And Strike 3, the company took it upon themselves to remove the Blood Pressure Tracker in the form of a firmware update that both removed it from the device and app. This was a feature that was paid for when purchased. No warning or option to keep it from the company (one moment it was there and upon doing firmware update it was gone). Until they add the feature back in I do not recommend buying. I have been waiting a month to hear back from them about the missing feature, dead silent. Too bad, I would still be using it if they hadn’t done this to their customers.
