With the computer-based version of this app, I record everything and just type in the topic being discussed and a keyword or two. Later, I can find precisely the audio I’m looking for and listen to exactly that part of the meeting. ✓ Very usefulWorks well. Useful for Recording Medical Conferences with notes. Easy to organize lectures and use iCloud sharing to add photos of slides taken with my iPhone (I run the app on my iPad as keyboard for typing notes is bigger). Audio limited by iPad hardware. Would be nice to be able to export audio for voice recognition transcription (i.e. Be able to run it through DragonDictate or similar) for a full transcript. ✓ Absolutely the BEST Recording/Note taking app!As an attorney I have been using this app for several years. I use this app frequently and rank it in my top 5 “must have” apps! I use it during depositions and other meetings to record and take notes on. (*Approval is obtained before making any recording.) This app allows me to listen more and take less notes. I type in key words when using it. Upon playback if I want to listen to a particular section I just tap the keyword and the recording goes immediately to that part. You can also edit your notes afterwards by typing in more information during playback. The added/edited words can also be tapped during playback to go to that section of playback as long as you type during the playback. The audio pickup is very good as well. I had initially debated about whether to purchase an external mic, but I have found it is not needed for the most part as I only use this for my personal notes. Syncing with iCloud and Dropbox are simple, but I do wish they would add a sync for Microsoft Onedrive. Overall, I would highly recommend this app to any student, if the professor allows it, or professional that needs to record and take notes simultaneously. One reviewer cited a negative of not being able to record a telephone conversation from the same device running this app. This is not a problem with the developer. The microphone on the device can only be used for one task at a time i.e. - talking on the phone or recording..Version: 2.1.6
✓ Good but could be better !!I have used this product for several years - reliable and has been so useful but the advert but was an issue as others have found - the button to get rid of it is so small it is a positive hurdle to good use . It comes up as an advert just when you don’t want it . I record a lot of lectures I attend and it is excellent for playing back at a later time and editing . Guys - don’t sell out just for an advert . I realise it helps you earn income but it is damaging your product.Version: 2.1.6

✓ It was suppose to be ads free after sign up.Love this app so far. Everything else works good with typing, except it said it would be ads free after I sign up. Still showing ads. ✓ Very good voice recording appI thought I had already left a review. But overall it is a very good voice recording app, I would have to do research to find out if there is one that’s better. They could make improvements on the trim feature and it would be nice to have one button to re-download all of my voice recordings because when it did a reset and update on the app I now have to have Wi-Fi to download a lot of my voice recordings to add stuff to them. I accidentally deleted hours of study on second Samuel because I misunderstood the trim feature and there was no way in the world to get it back. Hours of research and personal Bible study and quite time down the drain because I misunderstood the trim feature. But anyway very good app and I use it every single day. ✓ Great AppOnce I figured out the best way of recording a lecture, this was the best way taking notes. You title your lecture, and start to record at the beginning of the lecture, and once the subject changes, you just type the subject that is being covered and it creates audio clips for you. This way you don't have to listen to the whole lecture, you just click on the specific word. Great App. Definitely would recommend it for all students..Version: 1.6
✓ Don’t upgradeAudioNote is an amazing app. AudioNote 2 is not worth going to a monthly subscription fee for just the text size enhancement. My old pro version of AudioNote had a one time payment and works just fine without the annoying ads and the monthly subscription fee. Why would I want this upgrade?.Version: 2.1.1
