✓ HelpfulFor starters I am NOT a tech savvy person. I like my iphone but often struggle with the more “technical/settings” side of things. I was gifted airpods for Christmas & right off the bat had issues with muted sound/connection. I wish I had reached out to this app/service sooner. A very helpful tech named Rinky walked me though step by step in easy to understand language and was so patient despite my naivety in navigating iphones. The assistance they offered was not only helpful but HUMAN- tailored to what I needed help with. So grateful not only for the help, but for the real human assistance- I dread robots/automated responses. They were kind, polite & really went the extra mile to make sure I understood what I needed to do to remedy this problem. I never would have figured this out on my own. ✗ Care factor zeroAlways been a fan of Apple, until now. I’m 6 foot 3 and an Apple Watch owner since they came out. I bought series 4 for the fall detection and heart rate notifications just in case. Well, in case came on December 31st. I suffered my first ever seizure from a standing position, blacked out and crashed to the supermarket floor onto my head leaving me heavily concussed and motionless until the ambulance arrived. 1. Fall detection did not pick up anything and did not inform anybody. 2. Within minutes and motionless my heart rate soared above 100bpm and again no notifications were received. The support team said posting it in was one option and then a couple of minutes later told me that it wasn’t an option and gave me an email address to inform them. So I did. 3 days later... NO RESPONSE I think this app should change its name from ‘support’ to ‘couldn’t be bothered’ Needless to say I have now bought my last Apple product and won’t spend another penny on the company..Pepsi1988Version: 3.3.3

✗ Images sent via the chat are not viewable by support repsIt's a bit of a silly bug, but if you are chatting with Apple Support using this app, and use the function to send/attach images from your photo library, the support rep (in my experience over numerous chats now) is not able to view it. They all say that they're not able to open it. I have a suspicion that the app is sending the images in HEIF, and the backend platform that the support reps use to carry on the chats simply cannot view HEIF images. I've been asked by some reps to send images in JPEG or PNG format, but the app doesn't give any option to choose the format as far as I can see. So either the backend needs to be updated to be able to view the images that this app is sending, or the app needs to be updated to convert images into an appropriate format before they are sent..SmartygusVersion: 3.3.3
