Fantastic!I am truly impressed with this app. Yes it starts for giving all kinds of articles you can read for help and then it asks you what the problem is and gives you the opportunity to “chat“. When the virtual assistant couldn’t help they sought another specialist. It was like talking to a person. Like I was in the Apple Store talking to one of them and they always seem to care about what your concerns. That’s what it was like and when it was done I thanked them and they responded with a beautiful text one that not only thanked me for being a member of the Apple family but gave me encouragement in my endeavors. They really made me feel like I was a member of the Apple family . The experience really made my day! Thank you Apple!.Version: 4.2.1

Look,To have an app, that has many options to choose from when fixing/troubleshooting an apple issue, ( While also providing you multiple answers or ways to fix most issues ) is quite a innovative twist. You won’t be using this app day to day, you would use this if you’re having an issue with a product, can’t get it to connect need to get a repair (ect.) boom open the app, you have every product, and every subscription, that could have ever possibly been bought or thought of from apple, you can then choose from a laundry list of fixable quality of life changes that you may not even know you could do! I encourage anyone who has more than a single Apple product / subscription, as managing one single apple product really isn’t such a pain, however, this is what I consider a “all for one” app. Great job apple!.Version: 4.4.2

Streamlined process, Impressed!I had to file a claim for my iPhone and my AirPods in the same day. I have the receipt for my AirPods, but when I went to add them as a device covered by Apple care, they were already saved in my phone since they connected through Bluetooth. They made that process extremely smooth and easy. And I didn’t have to pull out the warranty info on my email or anything. It’s all just saved in my phone automatically - even gives me the date that my Apple care+ expires for my AirPods!.Version: 4.5

FaultlessFirst time, I think, in about 20 years of Apple ownership that I’ve needed to ask for telephone support (to find three weeks’-worth of archived emails that had vanished from iCloud). I instantly got a very polite and calm helper, who tried everything, then referred me up to a manager in Ireland. She swiftly went through a dozen very clear steps, then undertook to do a full recovery - images came to mind of vast server farms in California all working overtime to find my lost messages... She also gave me her contact details and said she would call back to check progress - which she duly did. By then the lost emails had started trickling in, and continued to do so for several hours. I’m worried that iCloud somehow lost the data, but the support from Apple was first rate..Version: 4.0.2

Worked perfectly.I read the reviews about the app prior to downloading and I wasn’t going to after seeing the negative feedback. My girlfriend persuaded me and I’m glad I did. I got through to someone straight away and had an Apple customer care call booked in for the following morning, sure enough the call came through on time and the issues with my MacBook was partly resolved and I’m very happy with the service that was provided. My Battery you say is not a genuine Apple Battery!Well the battery within this iPhone is definitely an Apple battery which I had fitted from a damaged irreparable XS Max Apple Battery at the same time when I had a brand new Screen! I was writing a message in WhatsApp then I cut to paste into Notes, then a call come in, After answering the call accidentally I copy again something else before paste, then I lost everything that I just write. This is not the firs time. We need to add to the cut,copy,paste at least 3 options. For example, if I want to copy something from a full page I have to copy and paste many times. Apple SupportHi everyone, I know that sometimes Apple Support may not be reliable. But it’s really the opposite! All the staff are so welcoming and kind to whoever they talk to, they give all the support they need. One of the staff even left me a voicemail saying if we could reconnect because our call got cut off. Normally staff never call back, but today is the best call of my life from Apple. Great ServiceI had some problems with my AirPods Pro. I can believe that it hasn’t even been a year and I had to take them back two times already. This time I decided to call and get support via phone call. This young man named Ladell, did an amazing job helping me find a solution to my problem. Everything was quick and clear, with employees like that, I don’t mind calling and going through all the hustle to get my product fixed. I don’t know where else to post my feedback on the service. Above and beyondI rarely have an issue but the few times I’ve resorted to Support, they really couldn’t do enough for me. The adviser I was allergic to didn’t leave me until not only I but himself too, was completely satisfied he’d done all he could for me, including several incoming calls. The only things I’d point out are, 1) that they get some pointers towards listening with attention to what we’re really saying - I kept stressing a few key points for me re: interest and the means (or lack thereof) to carry out some of his suggestions, several times and in detail, and he kept at it until I finally declared myself in no further need of assistance l, and 2) don’t push so much for a visit to my nearest Apple Support store. Besides being on an extremely low income, it was too far and I really didn’t want to spend a sizeable chunk of it on a service outside of my actual query, and not cost-effective for an old phone. Other than that, the service is brilliant and I do recommend it..Version: 5.0

Problem after software updateI had a problem where my iPad would not turn off the screen after the last update, contacted support, today, using iMessage, the responses over the conversation were concise, he/ her worked through the problem and it was then solved, could not want anything more from them, I had reason to contact them years ago on the phone and they couldn’t have been more helpful,eventually solved the problem which was not a there fault, internet provider. HelpfulFor starters I am NOT a tech savvy person. I like my iphone but often struggle with the more “technical/settings” side of things. I was gifted airpods for Christmas & right off the bat had issues with muted sound/connection. I wish I had reached out to this app/service sooner. A very helpful tech named Rinky walked me though step by step in easy to understand language and was so patient despite my naivety in navigating iphones. The assistance they offered was not only helpful but HUMAN- tailored to what I needed help with. So grateful not only for the help, but for the real human assistance- I dread robots/automated responses. They were kind, polite & really went the extra mile to make sure I understood what I needed to do to remedy this problem. I never would have figured this out on my own. Great experience I would recommend this app to everyone who owns an apple product. I hade a problem with my MacBooks Bluetooth and I got my phone and got on the  support app and the lady I chatted with asked me what the problem was and some information about the computer and them sent a list of steps to follow in the end I got my Bluetooth working. Hacked and Apple no helpI was hacked. The hacker changed all my personal info so that I couldn’t access my account to change my password. The “Senior Advisor” from Apple informed me that even though my Apple ID was hacked they can’t do a thing to help me regain access to my account nor can they delete it nor can they stop the hacker from accessing my iCloud. Thanks Apple. After having been a loyal customer for many, many years (started with Apple iPhone 3G and many models later) I am switching to Androids. My tech listened and remotely went into my iPhone SE and instructed me what to do and “WE” fixed 1 of 2 problems. Your own personal IT guy!This is one of the best things about Apple. I was worried my laptop had been hacked, easypeasy just to go to this app and chat to an advisor to get everything sorted. Took a half minute to figure out but was pretty simple once I got to chat. It’s a bit like having your own personal IT specialist with innate and intimate knowledge of Apple bugs at your beck and call. Just One thingEveryone who I have connected with if kind and extremely helpful with my problems. I don’t know if it is standard protocol but they(Costumer Support) ask way to many questions. They need to ask questions like your serial number and other I.D. questions . When you ask Costumer Support why they need that much information they say statements like “We need you to tell me what device you have and what IOS it is running”. If that is the main reason then they can just ask us that. If a person does not know that information then they should ask for things like device serial number but beside that everyone is 100% GREAT!!!!.Version: 4.5

Support that is above and beyond expectationsI had recently purchased an iPhone using Apple Card monthly installments, and I had waited approximately 10 days for shipment. My new phone was not making progress with shipment and the only update that was received was that the label had been created, but the courier was still waiting for the package. I knew I needed to request a refund but with my fairly busy work schedule, I didn’t have much time (or patience) to explain the the situation over the phone, and I generally find that explaining my issue in writing is more effective. I was able to engage in a chat support using iMessage, and I was relieved with how quickly the support staff was able to investigate the issue and issue a refund! NecessaryIt works. I must say that people amaze me. How can anyone write a bad review because the app does not work on very outdated iOS versions and are paranoid to update. That's the way software improves, with updates. If you are smart you wait until the update has been out for awhile to be sure it doesn't have big issues. To NEVER update iOS is just foolish. I always have the latest iOS version and always wait a week to be sure and NEVER had a problem. People have to stop complaining and use their brains. If you are paranoid then find a good psychologist or shrink because the problem is you, not the way software is improved. Do you think that the way software gets updates will change with giving lousy reviews about updates that no one else has any problems with? Help with iPad proToday I had occasion to need help with an overheating iPad. Used the app and got almost instant service and great advice. I’m sorry some people aren’t happy with the app, but my experience couldn’t have been better. First use. Awesome!Quick access and response. Helped me figure out my issue fast: I recently lost all of my emergency contact info and medical data and thought, the emergency contacts at least, were managed through the Contacts app, which is in iCloud account. Was worried about security and/or software. Both are (now?) apparently managed through the Health app even though I previously added emergency contacts in the Contacts app. As I restored devices recently, that data was lost as the Health app is not included in iCloud..Version: 4.3.1

This app is amazing!Don’t let the 1 stars fool you, this app is everything you’ll need if you need help with any of your Apple Products! I’ve used this app quite a few times already (had a few issues with my AirPods that were happily taken care of every time, including today when I visited an Apple Store after getting an appointment scheduled by a Support Agent to get my cracked screen repaired, which ultimately got me a new device) and I can’t find one negative thing to say. All of the Support Agents I’ve encountered are very nice and they really do seem to care about your needs and try to help you take care of them as best as possible. Getting around the app isn’t as difficult as these people make it out to send and I don’t understand why people are giving it a 1 star when it’s literally super helpful and user friendly. It’s as simple as figuring out what problem you’re having with your device, selecting the appropriate option, and go from there! If you can’t find a description that explains your issue, chatting with a specialist is only a tap away! The reviews I’ve come across where people feel like they’re “going in circles” within the app is probably coming from people who have no general idea as to how to get around an app that’s literally made for those who need help with their device. Pleasantly surprised!Mistakenly thinking that someone was an iPhone user, I accidentally sent them an album from the iTunes Store. But since they don't have an iTunes account, they couldn't receive or listen to the album – so I was hoping to get a refund. I downloaded and used the Apple Support app and it was a breeze (AND I got my refund a day or two later)! Excellent SupportI don’t like paying over the odds and let’s face it, with Apple products you’re definitely paying over the odds. That said this support service(I used the chat option) so far has been the best I’ve ever received. Granted I’ve only used it once; but it was fast, polite, efficient and very helpful. ScammedThank you so much for apple support and I feel silly because I’ve had an iPhone for years and just learned there’s an app for this.... while being out and about today I received calls saying my Apple ID was compromised and some suspicious activity with my account and I kept declining the calls but they called back for three hours so contacted Apple support and they made me feel so much better and even gave me info as to how I can stop the calls and what to look out for.... so I’m giving you 6 stars for being my rock star today... thank you so much Apple support.Version: 4.2.1

Amazing Help!I got to text someone and send screen shots of what I was looking at. They literally spent hours going back and forth with me and were super polite. At one point I took a break from it because I was getting frustrated. Then my husband said he actually was getting the verification codes sent to him. So I went back to the same conversation in my messages and after making some progress they helped me the rest of the way! Thank god! I will be using this more it’s so easy!.Version: 4.4.1

This is amazing.Got some iCloud confusion? Just ask! Want to work out better parental settings? Give them a shout! Apple Music being odd? They have a simple fix. Got a problem with an ancient Mac-pro? They will still help!! I kinda abuse this service with vague questions, I always get interesting and helpful answers. Did you know you can integrate any domain name that you own into the iCloud email? You can even set-up emails at your personal domain for family members. I cancelled my email hosting after working this out!! Thanks guys..Version: 4.7.1

Very very good support processSupport for products will be the death of me one day, but not today. I work for myself so have to be pretty IT literate but every so often I can’t figure it out. I’ve been a Mac user for 25 years and their support has never failed to impress me even if they don’t know they are happy to listen and work with your suggestions. One more one occasion this has resulted in me and the agent solving a problem for a benefit of the wider community. The app is so easy. Log on, press call and I get a call straight back. My only gripe is that you are treated like an idiot initially but once you can show you know what you are talking about they quickly move you to a senior engineer. I rarely give things 5* but I really couldn’t suggest an improvement. Well done Apple. Well worth paying the extra purchase price..Version: 4.3.1
