✓ Great App! Highly Recommend!I was at first hesitant to download the Scooters Coffee App, because of mixed reviews. BUT SO GLAD I DID!! The App has many great features, such as: 1) Directly charges my credit card, instead of having to keep re-adding prepaid funds like Starbucks, 2) Clearly shows my progress towards earning free drinks, 3) Allows me to add a tip as part of the payment, 4) Tracks all rewards already earned with expiration dates, and allows me to save or spend each reward as desired, 5) Automatically loads any local specials, such as a 2 for 1 special while I was recently traveling, and a free birthday drink (which was good for 30 days instead of only a few days like Starbucks). ✓ Customer serviceThen customer service is seating!! No matter which scooters I go to the service is always “top shelf”. The girls are always so friendly, but not over friendly. ✗ App is still horrendous and needs workAfter years, this app has not gotten any better. It is the farthest from user-friendly and does not make it easy to pay and spend money at Scooters. It's cumbersome and restrictive. I still to this day can't believe you can’t load gift cards? There is no preload option. When I do have a reward I'd like to use it is not clear if it is charging my card or not. This app needs some major help. While loyal customers trudge through using it, it definitely is contributing to loss of some sales and does not make for happy Scooters customers..StarryCowgirlVersion: 3.0.0

✗ Poor app…,poor customer serviceThis app has issues. At the Scooter store they say the app couldn’t scan, so we pay with cash only to find out that we did get charged…TWICE!!!! Reached out to the store, they say they can’t do anything so please contact corporate.. Corporate says to go to the store to resolve the over charge. Everyone is pointing fingers at the other or you could say the left hand does t know what the right hand is doing. They say customer satisfaction is their main priority, doesn’t seem that way to me. When you install the app, be sure to check the preload portion of the app as it it defaults to auto reload if your order is larger than what is in the wallet portion of the app. If and when we get our overcharged returned we will be deleting the app and will have to decide whether we will still visit Scooters. Worst part about it is that the store manager admitted they were having issues with the app. As a manager they should be able to resolve this issue otherwise what is her role as manager if she has no authority.
