✓ Can’t import dataThis app is good, but unfortunately my health data failed to import to my phone, the app kept crashing. I found it was my old iPhone health data that blocks it from importing. Is there any way I can connect with an engineer who can help me debug into the issue? Really appreciate!.Version: 1.2.1
✓ Doesn’t handle ‘large’ XMLApp complains about my health export (80MB) and tells me to manually split the files out on a computer and import multiple smaller files myself. I thought I was paying for convenience!! Not pleased..Version: 1.3.1
✓ Good for health data not for fitness appThis app did indeed rescue 10 years of health data that iCloud wouldn’t sync from one phone to another. ✓ Import file to largeI was able to export my health data but when I tried to import it with the app I received a message that the import file was too large and that I needed the splitter app to break the large file into pieces for import. Well, the splitter program is not compatible with my iPhone 13 - you have to have an iMac. I sent a customer service request 3 days ago and have heard nothing. ✓ Doesn’t quite do what it says it can doWhile it imports data, it imports everything under itself and you do not regain any move/stand/exercise goals under activity app, oh and if you have more than a years worth of app data you have to download their HealthKit splitter app which only works on a mac... honestly not worth the money or the effort imho.Version: 1.1.8

✓ Crashes on import. iPhone X.For 6 bucks, and an app I only need every now and then, I was expecting it to save me time. Instead, I spent the time trying to work with this app, only to have it crash on import every time I tried. So I was left wasting more time since I still had to find a solution to moving my health data, and I’m out 6 bucks. Look elsewhere or save your money and just spend the time to move it manually. ✓ Save your moneyPurchased this APP to import my heart rate info to my new XS. While it does import other health data it does not import heart rate. Reached out to support who was aware of the glitch and blamed apple. If your aware of the issue why is it not disclosed on your app. 4.99 wasted. There was no move or stand or exercise activity in the activity app and you basically wasted $5 for what you could have done by yourself. ✓ Does not do large imports!!I was really looking for an easy way to transfer all of my health data from an old phone to my new phone. This app looked like the ideal way to make it happen. However, every time I try to import the data the whole app shuts down and it has to be restarted. Tried this multiple times to no avail. ✓ Thought it worked, but it didn’tI bought this app because I had upgraded to a new iPhone and needed to collect all the health data from my blood pressure and heart rate from my old iPhone going back a couple of years. The app said it imported the data and then I thought “great!” But then I went to look at it and it was not fully imported. I could see a historical chart, but none of the data was there so something went wrong. There were no error messages and now I’m having to spend time trying to figure out what the hell went wrong with the stupid thing. Apple says there are software is just “supposed to work.“ But it doesn’t because if it did importing your health data from your old iPhone to your new iPhone using iPhone’s own health tracking app but to just work. Instead you have to pay money to use third-party software, read and try to follow all sorts of instructions, and then it doesn’t work. Frustrating..Version: 1.1.7

✓ Does not move activity dataThis app moved my health data over, but not my Activity app data. So if yer primary app that you use is Activity, look elsewhere. Very disappointing. The details of my workouts do not show up at all in the Health app. The only thing I can see in the health app is that there was a workout, but there are no details available with it in the Health App and absolutely zero data made it into my Activity app..Version: 1.1.8

✓ Didn’t transfer Apple Watch DataI was trying to transfer my Apple Watch data... it was supposed to do so using the health data. It transferred partial information and just recover one day of apple watch activity. I wish I could get a refund.
