✓ Inaccurate departure timesThe app indicated a 913 and a 923 departure on the outbound orange line from state - neither were accurate - I arrived on the platform at 910 and soonest departure is 928 - not sure what value the app has for planning purposes if it’s clearly inaccurate..Version: 2.1.0

✓ AwfulCan’t do anything without an ad popping up and then can’t find X on many of those. It often never loads the actual next depart time and I’ve often found it to be completely inaccurate. ✓ Map of city missingIf I am a tourist and don’t know which stop is close to my hotel how would I know what to type in on the route planner? It only knows names of actual train stops and Not points of interest or address. If I knew the name of the station then why would I need a route planner? ✓ Commuter Rail doesn’t show all stopsI was trying to visit my family in Framingham and the stop wasn't even on the app. I even tried searching for it using the search bar and nothing came up. While I was on the commuter rail I searched for one of the other stops and it worked..Version: 1.2.0
✓ Useless in current stateRight now, this application can show full screen ad (so you can’t use app) and show wrong or not full information about path from one station to other. ✓ Invasive video ads render uselessUsed to be a great app before they started video ads. The old ads didn’t hamper performance really, but I don’t have time to watch a video when I’m trying to catch a train. ProximiT is better and free..Version: 1.2.0
✓ Not a fan anymoreThe ads are annoying when you’re frantically trying to make it on time to a train. Also, the train arrival times are constantly incorrect. Just use the MBTA live tracker on your internet browser- there’s no ads and the times are correct..Version: 2.1.0
✓ Wrong train time estimatesThe only reason I downloaded this all was to know when my train was going to arrive. Especially during the winter, so I don’t have to wait outside in the cold longer than I need to. Today I decided to trust this app’s time estimate and missed my train as a result. Had to wait for 10mins in freezing weather for the next one. What’s the point of having this app if it’s not going to show correct times? ✓ Not useful when in rushWhen you try to find your way, an advertisement pops on the screen and it’s impossible to remove. You have to wait until it’s finished to view the map. Also, when trying to figure out from where to where to go, instructions are not clear. PLEASE update so we can use this app while trying to figure out how to get to destination while on a run and train is almost arriving to a station where you need to stop. Google map or any gps map are even faster and have more info than this one..Version: 2.1.0
