Tube Map - London Underground for Negative User Reviews

Not free in any meaningful wayThe ads are so intrusive you really must pay to get rid of them. I just launched the app and got a full screen ad for some stupid mini game that blocked me from doing anything for an entire minute, complete with countdown timer. How can an ad that irritating even be effective? In any case, prepare to pay..Version: 5.7.2

Tube mapGreat app, great functions but with one major flaw... You can't turn your iPhone to use it horizontally! It's a massive inconvenience when you need things in a hurry.Version: 0

Adverts make it unusablePicture this, your standing on a platform and a train is rolling in. You’re not sure if you should get on the train or wait for the next. You flick to the tube map app to check the map and instead of a map a full-screen advert pops up, stopping the song you were listening to, and you have to wait 5 seconds before you can close the ad, which is for some silly game you’d never want to play anyway. In the meantime you’ve missed your train and should have just downloaded a photo of the tube map to you favourite photos so it’s quick and easy to find..Version: 5.7.3

Not HappyThe “status”feature give the platform and direction (with ending station) of the trains at a particular station. The “route” feature only gives the time of the next train without giving the direction (north or south) nor the name of the end station. So if I get on the 11:25 am Victoria, I have no clue if I’m heading south (Braxton) or north (Walthamstow) IMHO, These people can’t think out of the box and deliver a superior app.Version: 5.8.13

M HadfieldThis version is much worse than previous versions - I thought it was just fixing minor bugs - but it is completely different! Why??!.Version: 5.0.2

Amazing butGreat app for a non-resident, good for route finding and gives relatively accurate times; when connected to the Internet you can see line conditions as well. However the app would be much improved by the developer being less concerned with presenting 'vote for this app' screens every time the app is switched in or out if focus, or at least some way to disable it. It severely reduces the usability of the app.Version: 4.6

Save Your Time (and your money)...This app could be amazing. I downloaded it to help me find tube stations and the best travel options; however, I cannot use this app because of the ads. I understand the need for the ads, but this app has pop-up ads that occur every 20-30 seconds. You get nothing accomplished and you barely get to view the page you’re looking at without accidentally clicking on a random full page pop-up. Obviously, they are hoping you will pay to remove the ads, but I’m not willing to pay $9.99 for an app I will use for five days. If you are visiting London and want a tube map, download something else..Version: 5.8.14

Ruined by advertisementsAbsolutely unusable because of the adverts. Usually you’d want to open the app on the move to quickly find out where you are or where you’re going. Be prepared to stand around like a lemon whilst a 30 second ad runs within 3 seconds of opening the app (which half the time gives you no option to close it, even after running for the full 30 seconds). Don’t waste your time downloading this app. There are plenty of others that are actually fit for purpose..Version: 5.11.1

Very disruptive adsI’ve used this app occasionally for years now, but recently they’ve changed it so that the whole screen suddenly gets taken up with an ad. So you’ll be scrolling across the map and an ad appears, so you touch the screen to scroll and then go off to a website for a clothes store that you don’t want to go to, you just want to see where the Elizabeth Line goes… I understand the value of ads to free-to-use apps, but when they don’t just get in the way, but actually take you away from what you were trying to do, things have gone too far..Version: 6.0.1

Ads make this app unusableI used this app six years ago and found it invaluable. Unlike many apps, this let you plan the route long before arrival in London. Many apps require you to already be there. However, to use the app now requires the user to submit to very annoying game ads. The ads run for a long time and even then the user can’t get off the ad and back to the app. TOTALLY USELESS!!! So after six years, I am deleting this app. What a relief!.Version: 7.2.1

Pop up ads make app impossibleI loaded this app on my phone prior to a trip to London. And trying to search out various routes pop up ads come up right and left and make it impossible to even use the application. Would not recommend this at all. Looking for another alternative..Version: 7.0.0

Want reinstall my upgradesHave had an upgrade on this app since I bought it in 2012 and now will not reinstall the upgrade!!!!!.Version: 5.9.0

Too many addsFor a casual traveler, not wanting the paid version, there are just too many 30 second adds. Citymapper is much better..Version: 7.1.0

The most annoying app I haveThe app itself is very good, but the constant adverts that go on for ever is soooo annoying and makes it almost unusable. Yes I could pay to have them removed but why should I for an app to help me get around a rail system I pay a fortune for the privilege of using. I get some apps have adverts, but they are normally short, and don’t get in they way. This app has ads (for silly games I have no interest in) go on forever, and are very disruptive. They also just send you to the App Store when you try and quit out. If I could give the zero stars I would..Version: 7.3.0

Very Disappointed! This was a great app, but your ads have rendered it completely useless. It now starts frozen and takes 30–45 seconds to start working properly. Very irritating. The paper version is far more valuable if I’m in a rush..Version: 5.6.12

Not enough info to find train without additional assistanceAs a tourist, I find the app difficult to use. The trip planner is great because it helps you figure out what lines to use. It does not however give you enough information to figure out if you were going north south east west, nor does it help you figure out The final destination which is how all of the trains are labeled. So it’s not quick and easy it requires you to try to find a map try to understand what the final destination is then try to find the train then try to find the list so you understand if you hit the final destination all of which you could do without the app which makes the app almost useless..Version: 5.13.1

Beware, there's a better version out thereWhen I first downloaded this app, it allowed me to set up and view the balance on my Oyster card. That's gone now. Then it offers me an upgrade under the presumption that it is the full version for an extra $2.99. I upgrade, and nope, it's not the full version. It just removes the ads. There seems to be another version for $3.99 that lets you add your Oyster Card to check the balance now. Very sneaky to have mislead a customer that an upgrade is only an ad removal and nothing more..Version: 4.8.314

Adverts have become ridiculousUsed to be a handy app for the simple purpose of displaying a tube map. Unfortunately it’s become unusable with pop up adverts that take over the full screen with no close buttons. Alternative apps are available that are better at doing this basic job. Even just having a PDF on your phone! I wouldn’t mind in-app adverting, but the ones running in the app are intrusive and spammy..Version: 5.11.1

Unusable - Constant adsThis app is now practically unusable due to a recent change in adverts. Previously, they were infrequent and brief. Now, they are constant, take up the entire screen, are often in foreign languages so you can’t tell where the close option is, and touching anything but the tiny X that appears takes you out of the app. This used to be an excellent free app which ads you didn’t mind seeing. Now, I can only assume through greed, it’s unusable. Use TFL apps. They’re free and do the exact same thing as this app without subjecting you to constant and intrusive ads..Version: 7.1.0

Awful beware all commutersThis app is full of long video adverts that play one after the other, i can’t tell you how many times i’ve missed my stop because i’ve had to wait for a video to stop playing, the worst app i’ve ever downloaded, it should be illegal. i will promptly delete it now, and use a paper tube map instead, what a joke. steer clear of this app all, they blackmail you to upgrade, shameful, as if we don’t pay enough on the TFL already travelling in to London, they want to make money off the app as well, what an incredulous joke..Version: 5.11.1

Good - but doesn’t show early morning real-timeIs helpful for planning - but in terms of actual timetable planning very poor. On district line this morning was planning the route to Liverpool St and it was saying that first train was at 0604 when all posters indicate first train times. Developers comment of works with TfL love time is incorrect as I went on TfL and got the exact timing of the train. Also, the “extra” you get with Premium really isn’t worth it on the tube app. Paid the £8.99 and all I’ve seen a difference is I get which carriage to go into to speed the journey up..Version: 5.8.0

Ridiculous adsForcing people to watch ads when all they want to do is find the best route home should be illegal. These ads have slowed my journey down on a number of occasions it’s ridiculous. You do not need this many ads! The ads aren’t even good! This app is more about ads than helping people. Absolutely pathetic. ‘Just pay for a subscription so you don’t see the ads’. It’s a map app with some little updates like it’s not worth the money. And even if I wanted to subscribe I’d have to wait 5 minutes for the horrible ads to stop..Version: 7.3.0

Get rid of the adsThe ads are so annoying. I can’t close them.Version: 5.9.3

The free version is unusableThis used to be a brilliant and free app. Whilst I don’t begrudge the developer making money from it, offering a free version that constantly bombards you with adverts every 10-12 seconds (I wish that was an exaggeration, it really is that oppressive) is more trying to break the arm than twisting it. Whilst I generally don’t mind paying for services I see the value in or even tipping a developer, I am against the strategy of pay up or we’ll make your experience a miserable one. I’d rather find a company with better morals and values..Version: 7.3.0

Absolute garbageCan barely get to the basic functionality of the app due to all the pop ups asking for more access for things it doesn’t need and the adds that pop up full screen & can’t be closed while trying to enter route information..Version: 5.8.11

WorthlessThe Elizabeth Line opened today after years (and years) of postponement. It’s not as if this app didn’t have sufficient notice. And yet, this line is nowhere to be found in their map or their line statuses. But there are various update history over the last several weeks with the app patting itself on the back for trying hard to be better. I have two words of wisdom for them: try harder..Version: 5.13.1

Cashing in!I used to love this app. Worked well every time. Had live info and you could open it quickly when needed. Then they introduced ads. Not content with the banners, we now have ads which you can’t close for about a minute, and when you do another bit of the same ad pops up. When you’re on a train and need to look for a route quickly, it’s not only frustrating (you can’t see any close buttons for ages), but you end up missing stops or trains as you can’t figure out where you need to be quickly enough. The past week or so I’ve had the same COOP advert debacle every time I’ve opened it and I’ve had enough. I’ve had this app for years and I'm now going to delete it and look for an alternative. I appreciate developers need to make money to survive and produce quality products, but this feels like they got a new head of advertising in who is tasked with increasing revenue and isn’t thinking about user experience. And reading the recent reviews, it looks like I’m not alone..Version: 7.2.0

Was great until it turned into a subscriptionI’ve used this app for years. I paid for no ads and extra features. Now the developer is wanting users to pay for an annual subscription. It offers me a “one time offer” for $9.99/year. I feel like if I’ve already paid for the app, I shouldn’t be held up for a subscription, and I have no intention of paying more. TFL has a great journey planner for free..Version: 6.0.8

Poor AppFirst, the app suggested that I pay $3.99 to make it ad free. I paid. But the ads are still there. The money appears wasted. Second, I have used the app just once and asked it to suggest routes from Gloucester Road to Tooting Broadway. It suggested going to Kings Cross on Piccadilly and then on Northern line. That is absurd since I can just get off at Leicester Square on Piccadilly and take the Northern line from there, saving several stations and about 10-15 mins. Clearly poor programming..Version: 5.7.2

Full screen ads on a map!?? Consider this app £4 not free then :/I don’t like the fact that removing ads costs £3.99 - being ad-free should be an essential feature. This app isn’t TfL’s only revenue stream so if they cannot fund its development or maintenance then there’s got to be other ways to get the money needed than to throw in frequent, full-screen ads! Seems extremely excessive and seriously harms the functionality of the app. I’d rather have my sanity and be able to use a map without my screen blocked every couple of seconds so I ended up ponying up the £3.99 😕.Version: 5.8.16

A good app made unusable by adsI’ve been using this app for a while, and while I’m fine with adverts in exchange for a free app, in this case the ads have made it too frustrating to use. When I open the app, I have to accept that it will stay frozen in one place on the map screen for sometimes 20 seconds, THEN load a full screen advert, and eventually an X will appear on the ad for me to close and use it. I often have to check the map in a hurry, and unfortunately I can’t do that any more with this app..Version: 5.6.12

Ads are obnoxiousI would honestly pay to buy this app if the ads weren’t as obnoxious as they are in the free version. I mean, lock out some features to make people want to upgrade, don’t bombard them with obnoxious ads every 20 seconds..Version: 7.3.2

Need it interactive with journey planner like the TTCIt should be interactive plus one should be able to plan their journey using this map, with the attached buses options; like how the Toronto Transit Commission does..Version: 5.7.0

The adds are killing! This used to be great, open the app and find out if your train is coming in seconds. Now, you have to wait a minute until some stupid advert plays out. I understand it’s a money thing but every other app, you are able to cancel the advert within seconds. We move fast in London and we need an app that allows us to do that, choose which way to go before it’s too late..Version: 5.10.1

How does it work?Uuuuu.Version: 5.8.0

Route planning - usabilityWhen you click on a station where you want to travel, it sets it as point A, instead of setting it as a point B. It’s common sense that if one were to search for the station - that’s where they want to get to! Instead, it requires additional click to swap the points A and B. Also, you’ve hidden the option “route” in one of the recent updates, it now requires several clicks to plan a route. Just add a long press option or something similar to bring up the select route option, so that it can be done in 2 clicks, not 20! It’s not that hard to do? Finally, there’s no option to customise the route, e.g. go via a specific station. Notification times - no way to pick specific hours..Version: 5.8.16

Too many ads to be usefulThe ads pop up just as you are starting to find what you are looking for and are incredibly intrusive. They also freeze the app..Version: 5.13.2

Needs an update…Needs to be updated for Battersea Power Station and Nine Elms on the Northern Line. Day one and they are not there… This is a very useful app, you can look at rail stations as well as tube lines. Have used it a lot over the years but the ads have got longer and more annoying. You used to be able to clear them easily but now there are some you are forced to watch all the way through, which is very annoying. I may look around to see what other apps are available….Version: 5.11.0

Used to be great - now awfulConstantly popping up notifications I don’t need, then prompt me to buy pro, followed by video adds you have to watch to use it that come on at full volume when you least expect it. I’d be fine with full screen picture adds or something like that, but this is obnoxious just resulted in me uninstalling it. Might be fine for people who live in London (but then probably know the tube anyway.) for those that visit on occasion this app isn’t any use friendly anymore and your better off just using Google maps.Version: 5.11.3

Best app now worstReally good app that I use every day but features that were previously available for free are now needing to be paid for. I completely understand if they did this to gain some extra cash to keep the app running up surely they get more than enough from the ridiculous amount of adverts now on the app that make it irritating and unusable. City Mapper is a much better all round travel app now. Bye tube map app...you’ve been like an average girlfriend... you were once so great but now just wanting more cash and immensely irritating..Version: 5.8.2

Ended up using google maps moreI purchased the full version for $9.99 in advance of a trip to London. While the app is certainly helpful if you have nothing else, it’s less convenient than google maps if you need something more end to end. About 3 days into my trip I went back to google and felt it was more effective..Version: 5.8.14

To many addsEvery time I go to use the map I can’t get past the adds.Version: 7.0.0

Ads are crazyI like the app but the non-stop random streaming ads are brutal.Version: 5.8.14

Too many adverts make it uselessThis app has now so many pop ups and adverts it’s become useless. The app itself is good but I tend to use it when I’m on the go, to see where my train is, whether it’s better to jump on a line or another and all that is impossible to do when you’re forced to watch an advert first. And no, I’m not going to pay for an as free version because the cost of living in London is sky high, transport costs a fortune and I’m not prepared to add extra costs to that So I’m going to delete the app and it’s a pity but it’s the same with the bus app, started brilliantly but become impossible to use because of adverts.Version: 6.0.8

Does a so so job of route planningSometimes Google Maps is better for route planning. Sometimes this app is better. I use both and compare..Version: 5.12.5

Intrusive adsIn a rush to work out which train to catch but frustrated by ads loading and can’t stop it. Garbage..Version: 5.7.3

FULL SCREEN ADs on a train map = RidiculousI don’t care if it’s “free” if you have to insert FULL SCREEN advertisements on your app for a static Map , you are being too GREEDY. Completely destroys a somewhat useful app. That won’t make anyone want to purchase your app , who knows what other garbage you have in store for paid members Deleted - never again.Version: 5.8.11

Good but too many AdsIt’s a useful tool and if you’re on the tube all the time maybe it’s worth paying for. But the free version doesn’t just have adverts it has the worst adverts possible. They are very long, and often hide the ‘X’ symbol with matching background colours so you can’t close the ad. Underhand techniques like that which force users to click on the ad is immoral and it just irritates the end user. It doesn’t encourage me to pay for it, it encourages me to delete the app!.Version: 7.3.1

Useful app made unusable by intrusive adsThe tube map app is great. I use it a lot whenever I am in London. However the last several times I’ve tried I get about 10 seconds of use before an ad pops up, usually for some kind of hook up app or a really janky game. It’s virtually impossible to get rid of these ads. You can wait 30 seconds for an X to appear in a random corner but clicking this usually takes you to download the piece of junk. I usually have to force Tubemap to quit and restart so I can get another few seconds of use before another app pops up. Then today I discover tubemap has used 12% of my battery in the background… I haven’t even opened it today… I think it’s time to delete this once great app and find another way to get around in the tube. Gutted..Version: 7.2.1

Missing informationI have used the app for a long time but recently the Elizabeth line has been getting pushed. It is quicker but more expensive. I arrived in Heathrow Terminal 2 and searched for a train to Liverpool Street. It gave me the Elizabeth line as the quickest and the bus as the cheapest, but unlike usual route recommendations where it gives an alternative route so you can choose there was no other option. But the compromise route which was ignored was to go via Holborn. It was 15 mins slower but far quicker than the bus and was cheaper than the Elizabeth line. I won’t be using the app anymore..Version: 6.0.8

Useless precision on push alertsI used to like this app very much, until the push-alerts were made useless. Today you can only chose to get push notifications for very large time intervals (many many hours). Most commuters know within a very narrow time interval when they will travel. Turning on notifications means that you will be spammed with notifications many hours before and after your actual travel. As a result, I have been forced to switch the notifications off. As this was the only feature of this app adding value for me, I’m sad to say the value is gone..Version: 5.8.9

Bad ChoiceUsed the free version on a recent visit to London. The Tube moves a lot of busy people and is often crowded. Just when you need it to decide which lines to get you where you want to be, and trying not to impede polite but busy people, you’ll get an ad. And not just a quick ad you can x out of, but one that forces you to endure for way too long. If you want to plan in advance, use CitiMapper, which includes more options to get you around by foot, train or bus. If you just need to navigate the Tube, you will find wall maps through out the stations, and they also provide free paper overviews of the entire system. I understand ads support free apps, but these make the app unusable on the fly..Version: 7.2.1

Doesn’t work at allDoesn’t update line status, won’t work offline..Version: 5.8.11

Not workingIt doesn’t work at all???.Version: 5.8.6

Helpful but crashes a lot...Useful app but it crashes aaalllll the time for me, when it does manage to stay open it usually freezes. Normally I’m using it for quick checks, but it takes forever because it crashes 2 or 3 times before it eventually stays open. :(.Version: 5.6.12

Used to be good.Used this app for years. I’m on the free version, so understand that there are ads. But the developer has really over done it with the ads now. They are long, convoluted and seem to be designed to confuse. Takes way too long to get to the journey planner. Can you imagine the frustration if you need the information quickly? Guessing the paid version is better but I don’t use it enough to pay for it. This was a go to app for the occasional times I used it, but now I’m deleting it and using TfL go..Version: 7.2.1

The pop up ads make it unusableThis used to be my go-to app, for years I relied on this to navigate around London. However, recently it has become completely unusable due to pop up ads which take 30 sec or more to close. They pop up at the most irritating moments - when I’m lost, trying to figure out how to get home, or trying to find another way to get to work - and it’s impossible to close them. Several times I have missed a connection or a bus, been stranded in the rain because the stupid ads wouldn’t close and I couldn’t see the route I needed. £9.99 a year is extortionate to pay for the ad-free version. So I am deleting this app and advise that you do too. Seriously, don’t bother with it - use City Mapper instead.Version: 5.9.6

ExpensiveThe app is only useful and enjoyable to use if you pay for the full pack. It’s quite expensive at around £13 but at least it’s a one time purchase. Now, there is missing Tube Carriage data that tells you which carriage to board and disembark for quickest exits and quickest transfer routes (especially Northern Line) How you can you expect someone to pay for something they are not getting? Furthermore, some carriage information incorrect. (Might be due to station changes). Would be nice to have a Dark Mode or at least for those that have paid..Version: 5.8.8

Good app but ads are so frustrating! It’s a tube map. With line status. So it’s very handy. BUT... the ads are infuriating!!! usually I’m looking at the map for urgent info - and a 30s ad pops up which you can’t get away from! I realise they need to make money but really this stops me using the app and I’m on AppStore looking for an alternative. Update: I’m deleting this app because the ads get in the way of usability. The close button is intentionally small. They run for a set time so is you’re in a rush it’s game over. Can’t believe I stuck with this app as long as I did. Have just found an add-free alternative. Phew!!!.Version: 5.11.0

Really good if you pay extra for it...The app is really useful and super helpful after it’s gone through the whole advert thing. If you don’t pay for the extras it’s pretty un-useable. I would have to wait a minute or two for the ad to fully load wait for it to finish then close to be able to search anything. If you’re already underground then forget about it, the app takes what seems like forever trying to connect to a network so it can show you the ad, but it can’t coz you’re underground but it just keeps trying coz if you want a good user experience you have to pay for it. In my opinion these guys know exactly what they’re doing, make a good app not work unless you pay for it. It wouldn’t annoy me as much if it was just a pay for app, but they try and pass it off as a free app but it’s not really the case..Version: 5.8.2

Adverts make you wait 30sec before you can use the app. Directions are bad too.Terrible ads that you can’t close for 30seconds. You have to close 3 ads in a row, and they don’t have easy to spot “close” buttons, and even when you do find the close button it’s tiny and half the time it thinks you’ve clicked on the ad and takes you to the App Store. I get it, you need to make money from ads, but you’ve pushed it to the point where the app is a chore to use, so I’m deleting and just using TfL app even though your map COULD be better. Just tone it down lads. Also when you click on a station to make a route it uses that station as the start point? Obviously can switch it around easy enough, but just makes me think you’ve put very little effort/consideration into user experience. Also, dodgy route suggestions: searched for Stratford to Boston Manor, it told me the journey was -1105 minutes long (?), and even though it’s 2:30pm now it thought the next option was at 11:33pm. And can’t change time of departure. Got a long way to go to match Google maps capabilities..Version: 5.11.3

My first review ! Can I rate zero stars?Imagine someone dying on the side of the road and you have to watch an ad before calling an ambulance. Well, this app is the same, you have to go through endless ads before planning your journey so if you’re on a platform and in the rush, with only seconds before knowing if you should jump on that train or the next, this isn’t the app for you. Are you, as a navigation app company, aware that a new line was added to TFL? It’s called the Elizabeth line and you had 10 years to plan for it..Version: 5.13.1

Used to be goodThis app was wonderful for years, but since lockdown it’s become absolutely unusable. It opens, you start to navigate, but the screen turns into a full page advert for kids games, which you then can’t help but tap - as your finger was already committed. You then panic to find how to get the app back and somehow shut the advert page, before then landing back on the advert again and having to wait what seems like an age for the ‘X’ to appear to close it and get back to the map. Absolutely despicable user experience! This week it has now added a 2nd advert before leaving you alone, to double the deep pain you’re already suffering. And oh look, there goes the train I was looking to get 5 minutes ago. My advice; get a taxi, walk, get a paper map out even - just avoid this app, life is too short!...Version: 5.12.4

What the hell is this app anymore?I got the app a long time ago, when it was just the map. Clean and simple map, nothing else. Exactly what it was built for. Perfect! But now, it’s nothing short of garbage. The app is littered with advertisements; hell, I clicked the contact button which brought up the input to send an email… THEN GOT AN AD ON TOP OF THAT! All I wanted to do was give the developers my personal feedback, but seems I can’t even do that in peace. There’s even a “Shop & Save” browser extension the Tube Map app provides, which gives “shopping deals with Kindred”. Yes that’s right lads, the MAP wants to give you shopping deals and inject itself into your web browser, just to pry on your daily routine just a little more. I’m not sure what happened, whether the developer’s eye pupils have turned into dollar signs or if the app was simply bought out by a money-hungry company, but don’t bother. Stick with the TfL Go app. That’s what I’ll be doing, and I highly recommend everyone else does the same..Version: 7.1.0

Useful but.....1- I find it ridiculous that the maps load only in portrait mode! Even to write this review I had to flip the tablet to panorama yet the maps can only be viewed in portrait. It wastes so much screen space and we must zoom to see the detail. 2- Adverts are totally intrusive and should not have sound (this is mainly a reading app). 3- If these issues were resolved I would definitely consider buying a subscription. It is a shame that I have to write this review. I would have rather contacted the developers directly and make a decision about purchasing or not..Version: 5.9.3

Too many ads.Unusable due to too many ads. Used to have fewer..Version: 5.8.14

Tube mapI would have given a higher rating, but a dog keeps interrupting what I’m doing. It is very annoying. I paid for no advertisements, and I don’t understand what this is about..Version: 5.6.10

Advert countdown doesn’t startI have had this app for years and it was always my go to tube guru. I totally get the need for adverts... app developers need to make money. In the past, even when running down the escalator, needing to know which line to get, I didn’t mind an advert. But now the adverting is excruciating! I’m talking 30 seconds long. It’s just pointless. I’m not even looking at what is being advertised. The developer should consider a couple of shorter adds or charge a small fee for add free (which I can’t find!) I would happily pay a small amount to say goodbye to the long wait.....Version: 5.9.8

Non stop adsUsed it for many years but recently it became unusable as ads are non stop and take forever! On top all of them trick you when you try closing them. Deleting now. Enough is enough.Version: 7.1.0

Good App but very distasteful AdsI am getting a pestering array of Ads every so many times I use the free version. These adds are not a typical banner at the bottom but are quite intrusive and disruptive. I used in 2019 to visit London in the same fashion but didn’t experience this Ads onslaught. I get the impression the developer is wants users so annoyed to buy the premium service. I am only visiting for 5 days!! Com’on developer, be a little nicer!!!!.Version: 7.2.1

Loud intrusive adsLoud advertisements pop up when you least expect it..Version: 5.8.6

Used To Be GreatHave been using this app on and off for ages, was brilliant. Now, it has so many pop up ads, it's unusable. No, I'm not paying a ridiculous annual price when there are free options available. Uninstalled..Version: 5.12.4

Installs adware safari extensionBe warned, this app installs a safari extension that can modify pages called “Shop and Save”. It’s a backdoor to install adware on your browser. This app should be taken down. Do not install it..Version: 7.2.1

AdvertsWas a really good app until they started bombarded us with adverts.Version: 7.2.0
