✓ Nice but...I really like this game, however one of the annoying things about it are the ads. Yeah I get that you have to watch until you can play the game I’m fine with that but the thing is when it loads an ad it just loads a picture of something with random text at the bottom. When I press the cross it still hasn’t loaded the game, so there I am constantly tapping the play button until I get an ad that is ACTUALLY a video and lasts 30 odd seconds..Version: 5.5
✓ Please fixI absolutely adore this game and the storyline and graphics, but the ads are bothering me so much! Every time I click on the level to play, it keeps saying ‘please wait we are trying to download a new ad.’ So then I wait and another ad plays. Then I watch the ad and when I click play again, it’ll say the “please wait” thing again. It’s so frustrating. I can’t even play level 5 on the pediatric level (the very first game stage by the way). ✓ Glitch/scamJust like with the Delicious games, very conveniently you get to, say level 10, and issues start to appear with the adverts. Either they refuse to load (no connection issue) or they do, but even if you view it, you can’t then progress on to the level. As with Delicious games, it appears as a glitch with just the ads, easily dismissed as being just that, which then get you frustrated into buying the game. It’s completely disingenuous if this is the case. And since the same issues appear at the same point in most of the developers games, I’m inclined to think it is..Version: 5.5

✓ Ads are too long and some levels have obvious bugs....Ads are how you make money, we all understand that.......but if you bothered to try out these games yourself, you would realise 5 to 10 seconds is long enough to decide if you wish to view more. Any longer I will never use that company or game!! Seeing same ones over and over is just ANNOYING and puts you off them for life!! 30 second adverts I just come out of. PLUS long adverts say you get a reward ..... NO you get nothing!!! ✓ IPhone XR issue fix???Seriously, when is this going to be fixed so that I can play it on my phone??? It’s the issue of the game not being compatible with the iPhone XR and appearing too large on the screen. ✓ Can’t Play Game with AdsI’m fine with watching ads to play the game, but not with the fact that I can’t even play. ✓ Very disappointingPlayed first 10 levels for free, and they were very good, the gameplay was easy to follow and the storylines were engaging. So had no problem paying 9.99 for the rest of the game. What made this a disappointing experience is that, after submitting for payment (and the payment was taken and confirmed, after a lengthy delay) nothing changed! I couldn’t get on any further levels! It then turned out that paid several times! (3 to be precise!) I hope that you manage to sort it it otherwise people will be left out of pocket and with a bad feeling towards you and your game.Version: 4.7

✓ Annoying bugs!Love the series, it’s a fun easy game to play with a gripping story line although I have become frustrated with frequent bugs in the game that sour my experience. A common bug I seem to be experiencing is Allison ‘freezing’ after an action whilst the game still continues, I can do nothing except exit the level. This becomes very frustrating especially when you are near the end of a long level! ✓ Great game but annoying bugsI love the Heart Medicine series and they have a very enjoyable and addicting storyline. However, sometimes when I’m close to the end of a episode, the game freezes. People still move and lose hearts and I can still click on things and they make a sound, but Allison can’t move herself and then i have to go back to the map and lose my progress and start all over again because I cant leave the episode without checking everyone out. I don’t know whether this is a problem with my phone or the game but maybe is something you could look into..Version: 5.5
✓ Glitches and issues with ad version of the gameI love this game! I play both hearts medical games. I chose to play the game with the ads as I can’t afford to fork out £20 for 2 games but there are massive issues and glitches. An ad needs to be viewed before almost every level that is progressed to but at certain times throughout the day once the ad has been watched the level doesn’t come up automatically which means no levels can be played this goes on for ages and I end up having to close the game until the next day. It’s such a shame because otherwise the games are amazing! I have reported this problem to the developers but just waiting for a reply back with a solution now..Version: 5.5

I would be happy to pay for this if it was £4.99 rather than £9.99 - not because it’s not worth it but because I can get games for more gaming hours than this would provide to justify the price. Thus, I was happy to play the game with the adverts. What I thought was a glitch is now letting me think this is some ploy to infuriate the player I to buying the game. As this is the second game in the series and it’s happened in both in the same way/point in game, it is too much of a coincidence to be otherwise. I played the first 30 levels with no problems at all. The adverts all have a countdown so I know when it finishes and I can play the next level. As soon as I hit the halfway mark, suddenly the adverts have no countdown and thus starts the endless loop of adverts for the same game. If I ever wanted to play Final Fantasy or World War Rising - this is a sure fire way of getting me NOT to download it! I have already logged the issue with the first game, and there are enough reviews to tell you that the same issue is happening to multiple players on both of the Heart series (I haven’t played the third and not sure I will until these issues are fixed)..Version: 5.5
