✓ Connectivity and update issues.It has connectivity issues and lack of features, Also All models with remote start should be provided remote start option so that in winter we can start car from the app itself and get the desired temperature before entering the car. ✓ Why does it take forever for Navigation to pull resultsLike the idea of the app, having a remote control in my hand while sitting in the back is a great idea. I have a problem with the navigation feature of the app taking an eternity to resolve an address when I am trying to send an address to the main unit for navigation. ✓ Please update Social PlaylistsAs the other reviewers have said, Social Playlists are only good if you have bought the music and downloaded it. Problem for me is my music library is in Apple Music and this thing of an app does not detect it. I even tried downloading my Apple Music songs but it is just the same. I've had this app in my phone for a couple of years holding out for an update that will improve the Social Playlists feature. But NOPE. The only one I've seen is a redesign update from 1 year ago at the time of this review. PLEASE PLEASE for the love of God, update the Social Playlists feature to better support Apple Music and even third-party music apps like Spotify.
