✓ It hasn’t been working properly for months!I have been using this app for a long time now and I love it, however in the last few months I am unable to access any of the FX video and my whole library has been deleted! ✓ Classic Bait and SwitchPurchased this as a simple, easy to use app and paid $4.99. Used it a few times and then didn’t look at it for a while. Recently wanted to use it for a couple photos and find it is a subscription and an absolute garbage filled mess. Somewhere in there I imagine the original application functions still exist but finding then and dealing with the rest of the bloated mess isn’t worth it, plus I’m not seeing ads! Not on a paid app...fix your mess and give me what I paid for or give me a refund. Still a bloated mess...and no way to get a refund. ✓ Anyone updating to this “PLOTAVERSE” version of the app will be disappointed.This last update was a downgrade that adds nothing but bloat and the subscription based model to the app(The developers really shot themselves in the foot with this update). Plotagraph was great before with its clean minimalist design and focus creating art. This update brings the addition of the PLOTAVERSE(another unnecessary social media network you are forced to signup for), the FX store and subscription based pay model. As a customer who already paid $5 for the oringinal app(that I loved) only now to be asked to pay $5 more dollars to remove a watermark that this new update added to all created images is a joke. This app was changed so much from the original(they even changed the name) I’m not sure why PLOTAVERSE didn’t release this mess as separate app. I would like to revert back to the previous version, so developers please instruct me on how to do that..Version: 2.0.1

✓ Neat app, but limited options to save/exportPros: really cool effects, quick to learn and pick up Cons: max file size is 1920px wide as a video, but animated GIF and PNG are way smaller, only 600px. This could be an amazing tool for website builders and content producers if it could export higher resolution animated images. In the 4K world, 1920px is the bare minimum. Also, there's no touch up tool to remove objects For example, I have a picture of a boat anchored on the beach. The water is animated, but the rope to the anchor is in the animation and it breaks the effect. Best way to resolve would be to photoshop the rope out with a content aware feature..Version: 1.3

In this age of technology, unsubbing should be a button press in the menu somewhere. Log in screen appears that rejects password and if I choose "lost password", it doesn't send a link to reset password. So I go to Plotaverse online and manually reset password, then back to App to log in. Again it rejects password, so I'm locked out of App that I've fully paid for. I emailed their support from their main website. They sent a vague email saying this interruption is due to "cloud outage" but this issue has continued for almost a week and they don't reply to my follow up emails. I asked for a refund. They told me to get it from Apple, but sent a link where Apple only deals specifically with its own products, NOT third party Apps. NONE of my other paid Apps require me to log in and provide personal details ... ✓ Loading failureDear team, I have been a big fan of your application for some time now. However, for the past few months, the app has not been opening for me properly. When it does open, I am unable to view the FX features, and instead, a blank black screen is displayed. Furthermore, the login page to my account within the app also fails to load. ✓ Crashes as soon as you try and load or open an imageI really really REALLY wanted to use this app. I signed in for a year, and loaded it up. Unfortunately, every time I try to load an image, the app just simply crashes and shuts down. Restarted everything. Reloaded it. Made sure it has access to my library. This happened with another app, and I really am getting frustrated. I have willingly subscribed to very few apps, which weren’t ridiculously priced, but were useful. They showed up in iTunes, even while they were a free trial, so I could cancel during that period. Some won’t, so you cannot cancel during the free period. I don’t know about this one, since I never knew when it changed. If there’s a phone number I can call, please provide it so I can get it canceled that way. ✓ Issues with latest updateI love this app, but the new upgrade has functionality issues and less functionality issues. I used to be able to apply fx masks but now as soon as you click the fx mask, you can’t click or draw on the pic that you’re working on and it switches to another function (like opacity or hue settings). Also the adding text functionality that they’re advertising is no where to be found. There is no meme tool either. ✓ NeatBut it feels poorly designed and cheaply made. You might want to consider not putting the most important button in the entire app behind the bar at the bottom of the screen so it’s impossible to press. Makes it feel like you haven’t even tested your own app. The entire social part is pointless and I would pay to turn it off. If you can’t create your own good looking visual style, just stick with the built in ui elements. They look fine and you don’t have to spent extra effort “designing” your own. And for the love of god stop changing the orientation of my display. I’m sitting still, the iPad is still and parallel to the ground and no other apps have this issue. It happens when the iPad is perfectly stationary on a stand on a table. If you are going to allow an orientation, make the entire app support those orientations. So many of the issues I have with this app are iOS programming 101 (and common sense). It is beyond me why anyone would program something this way. It feels like malware. The only reason I find the app interesting at all is the unique motion you can add to photos that I haven’t seen in any other apps.
