It will have to suffice to say that you will find easy parts, you will find hard parts, you will find incredibly hard parts, and in the end you'll probably still not be quite sure what happened. It is a true feast for those who crave a mental workout. I advise keeping a written log. It's the first time I've been challenged enough to do so, and the notes it are copious, frequently crossed out, and sometimes circled and underlined in those precious "Eureka!" moments. This was actually the first game I showed my best friend, who had just been given an iPhone and wanted to play something fun. It was such an amazing sight to watch his face light up as he figured out the next level, or even spotted something I didn't hidden in plain sight. ✓ Great game, still crashesThe game kept crashing, so I decided to download the original to make a comparison, and Axiom exceeds it in many ways: it has a more immersive intro, tighter narrative, sharper graphics, and even an improved level selection which tells you what levels to solve in order to advance. The best part is that some of the levels can be solved in TWO different ways, leaving you hunting for clues to unlock more juicy secrets. My favorite is the page "left intentionally blank" :). One of the problems I was stuck on I showed to my 9 year old daughter who straight away spotted a tiny hint right there on the page. ✓ Finished and game is amazing, but...Alright, I’ve gotta say, this is the hardest, most fun puzzle game I’ve ever played! Definitely worth every half a penny. The thing is, the are way to many “Page intentionally left blank” levels. There hasn’t been an update in a while, and I’ve been looking forward to one since I’ve gotten to the first unfinished level. ✓ Like a visual crosswordI have not got very far yet but know I am going to love this game. It’s a bit like doing a cryptic crossword but visual. And like doing a crossword, if you get stuck and wait for a while, when you go back to it sometimes your brain has magically unscrambled the problem in the meantime. ✓ If you’re up for a real challengeUse this app then go have a try on the grand theft auto 5 mural mystery, there are tons of cryptography in gta5 and no one seems to want to give it a try. I bet the developers of this app could crack the mystery. ✓ What a game!The Guides Axiom is one of the very few games that forces you to think in every way possible. From decoding binary to brute force, it makes the player try everything. The story is very vague, with the missing of so many parts, but in that way it reminds me of "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Universe" moral of the story, it's not about the destination it's about the journey. ✓ The best puzzle gameIt’s a good game, like rly good, but it’s slightly unfinished. I mainly like the aspect of the finding out the rules of the puzzle is a puzzle, finding what u need to do is another puzzle, and completing the puzzle is the third puzzle. It prevents it from getting dry for me and it leads to variety in every puzzle. That’s why it’s kinda sad that there are still a few unfinished levels though.Version: 4.0
