Chegg eReader - study eBooks for Negative User Reviews

Please go back to the old versionI’ve used chegg since 2016 and used their ebook app the past year with no problems. The recent update is horrible. I couldn’t find my book for the fall semester until I updated it, it won’t save what page I’m on so I have to bookmark the pages so I can remember where I am in the book, and I can’t zoom in anymore which was something I used a lot to screenshot the graphs and diagrams in the book. I also take notes on my iPad and it won’t let me go into split screen like I need which makes it even worse. With physical books, I would 100% recommend chegg and would use it again, but would not rent another ebook if they don’t update the app fixing the issues..Version: 2.0.1

This app is uselessIt’s PDF images of the book so you have to zoom in and out just right to read anything, and that’s if it doesn’t decide to erroneously advance you through five pages just for kicks. Don’t you dare try to read in landscape mode - you’ll be advanced to a random page, won’t be able to zoom in and out, then after about two seconds of trying to get back to the last page you were on (you think) you get an error message and have to go back to the main menu and start all over, left hoping the app has some semblance of where you left off. 10/10 awful app and do not recommend; I will not be renting anymore ebooks through Chegg because this app is useless..Version: 2.8.3

EReaderI used the EReader app last semester and didn’t have any issues, which is why I decided to go this route again. Unfortunately, the app’s UI isn’t user friendly. You can’t go to specific pages, just chapters. You have to tap on the left or right side of the screen to get to the next page and it takes forever to load; so long sometimes that I’m not sure it even registered it. I think the worst part might be that you can’t rotate the screen. Might just be on iPhones, but it won’t let me and when I go to enlarge the screen, it takes me to a different page because of the left and right screen taps..Version: 2.0.2

DON’T BUY YOUR TEXT BOOKS ON CHEGGThis is hands down the worst app I’ve ever used to read any book. Please don't waste your money buying your text books on chegg. The only way you can access the book is from the chegg reader app which is slow and riddled with glitches. Its such a pain to use. It makes the laborious task of reading your textbooks 10x worse. This app is also completely incompatible will all Text to Speech functions, so if you have dyslexia, adhd, etc. and are looking to use text to speech You’re out of luck. Chegg also only lets you use 2 devices so if you use school computers for homework be aware that you probably won’t even be able to use chegg..Version: 2.6.0

STICKY, DIRTY, MESSED UP BOOKS !!!I was so pumped that a friend of mine recommended me to Chegg! I was desperate to get books for college but I was anxious about the cost. This app seemed to be a miracle for me! I placed my order around a week ago and my books were delivered today. I opened my box to discover used books which is totally okay! What isn’t okay is that my books are completely sticky, bent, and written in! I can’t even hold one of my books because it’s SO nasty! I’m very disappointed that 2 out of 3 of books were gross. I can’t believe I recommended this app to my friends. I will not recommend this to any of my friends in the future because I don’t want them to think I have it out for them! if this app worked out for you and your books weren’t nasty and gross then I’m so jealous of you! Be grateful this didn’t happen to you..Version: 1.5.0

App Keeps shutting downWhen reading the app will shut down several times and say oh something went wrong and I have to reset the app! It very frustrating. In addition when I zoom in I cannot zoom out unless I close the app and reopen it. The sensitivity of the pages needs correcting, when trying to highlight I think I’m going to another page. or if I try to tap something and again thinks I’m going to another page, and will flip the page. Also there should be the ability for settings for color background for font size for continuous scrolling or if you want page training. The app needs more options to be fully functional and capable to read an online book..Version: 2.8.3

AnnoyedWhat would make me happy Chegg… you money hungry thieves is to be able to highlight. While reading the e-textbook on my mac I’m trying to highlight text. I select the text I want with my mouse and upon un-clicking the whole page shifts down and un-selects my text. So now I have to reposition my page and the text still is not highlighted. Also, I ordered textbooks to be shipped so I got a free 7 day ebook. Well, my books haven’t arrived in the mail yet and I’m on day 8 so I still have no books. Also, if I desire to ask for help I must pay monthly for chegg plus? Get out of here. Didn't you guys tell on students for using your homework help answers because they were on student’s quizzes? Why would I pay to get tattled on? Students DONT put your school or courses on your account! Trouble will occur. The app is fine though, but how it’s run is not..Version: 2.8.2

Okay, but buggyI'm taking online classes for my master's, and some books are way cheaper to rent through Chegg's eReader service than to get any other way. The bad thing is that the eReader app is super inconsistent and buggy. I find myself having to to do a hard-close of the app and restart it CONSTANTLY because pages will not load, even with a great WiFi connection. I love Chegg in general, and I like that I can rent the books for a couple of months (my course lengths are 8 weeks per term) at a better rate than I can rent or buy them elsewhere, but the app really is difficult to use because of the constant crashes..Version: 2.8.3

App crashes after opening textbookFor several weeks now and after multiple app updates, the app immediately crashes upon opening the textbook I am paying to rent for class. I have tried signing in and out of my account, deleting and reinstalling the app, updating my iPadOS, and nothing helps. The app now crashes consistently, making it unusable for reading my textbook. The textbook works fine via computer browser, but I subscribed through Chegg to have a better user interface on iPad via the app, and Chegg has failed to live up to providing this feature it offers with the subscription. Won’t be subscribing with Chegg again..Version: 2.6.1

Bad for Split ScreenI bought an e-textbook from Chegg so I can use it I on my iPad where I take my notes and do assignments. I use the split screen feature on iPad a lot to have multiple things open and accessible at once. I planned to do that with chegg, having my textbook open on one side while having my notes open on the other, but unfortunately, the chegg app doesn’t support split-screen, maybe as some security feature or something. Other textbook apps—like Kindle—do, so I’ll probably swap over after my class ends. I prefer the reading experience over there too, as highlighting can sometimes be really glitchy through the chegg app..Version: 2.4.1

GlitchyThe app is not all bad, I am able to access my textbooks either through my phone or pc. But it can be very glitchy, from turning a page or wanting to return to the main menu on mobile. One big problem is highlighting!! It only lets me highlight words from the top of the page because if I try to scroll down and highlight something it sends me to the top again without letting me finish. Ive had that problem with using my pc but I used my phone and have been able to highlight at the bottom. Using both platforms have the same problem let’s say I want to highlight a paragraph but it won’t let me highlight some of the words for some reason and even if i am able to highlight it ( before choosing a color) after I choose a color half the paragraph is missing after??!! This app definitely needs bug fixes it is just so frustrating to use..Version: 2.5.3

Latest Update & UI changes Ruined the AppI’ve been a loyal customer to Chegg for about a few years or so and I’ve been satisfied with their services from using their mobile applications for renting & reading ebooks to using Chegg Study. Since last Spring semester (2020), the experience for their e-reader has been optimal and I planned to use their services again this Fall semester (2020). The time came and there was an update to their UI for their e-reader and the experience went from optimal to rock bottom. It was nice to be able to swipe left or right to turn pages but I needed to tap left or right and it didn’t tell me that at the beginning after I updated the app—it didn’t tell me any UI changes at all (besides the obvious look change). The old UI was more user-friendly that the current one that Chegg has at the moment. There’s an old adage: “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it”..Version: 2.0.0

Almost entirely useless.I was originally happy to find my books at the lowest price, but the hassle I have endured with this app makes me regret not forking over the extra money to get my books on a more reliable app. First off, whenever I try to read through one of my books, I can’t get through more than maybe 2 or 3 pages before I get the “It looks like you’re offline!” error message. I have tested my internet to make sure that it wasn’t that, I’ve used cellular data, and yet nothing seems to prevent this message from haunting me when I choose to study. To get the book to open again I have to exit out of the book and then re-open it, and if I was in the process of searching for something and/or attempting to go to the page I want through the search feature, I have to do it all over again! Yay! Second, logging into this app is an absolute nightmare because it doesn’t depend on anything in particular for it to log you in, it’s simply a matter of chance at this point. So now I am logged out and unable to log back in so that I can continue to study. Thanks Chegg, you guys are making my life as a college student annoyingly inconvenient!.Version: 2.8.3

Useless for Several subjectsI bought this subscription to help with my take home philosophy exam because my questions weren’t already answered on chegg. I type my question in and go to select subject and there isn’t philosophy funny right? Yeah maybe if you had 15 dollars to waste, I literally cannot stress how annoying this was like I planned to find this money elsewhere like walking dogs or covering someone else’s shift neither of which I have any time for! 15 dollars might not seem like a lot for many people but for me it definitely is myself including my 3 other siblings are all in college rn and clearly my parents aren’t able to support us all so here I am ranting about this subscription that is useless to me because it didn’t have any other subjects I have courses in either instead of doing this sad test thank you for making my life even harder and making me $15 poorer..Version: 1.5.0

Frequent errors when flipping through pagesI’m a college student who prefers digital textbooks, I love the convenience this app provides in being a library and reader for some of my books, however I frequently experience problems when I’m flipping through pages of a book on this app. Oftentimes, when I’m flipping it will suddenly say there is an error, which I can only resolve by closing the book then reopening it. Small disruptions like this can make maintaining a seamless read & steady train of though more challenging. I hope future updates can address this..Version: 2.8.3

NOT cheap at all!How is this up to 90% off? You charge $39.99 for a book (which is more expensive than other places) and you charge $24.99 for a semester rental - and the semester ends in one month! Far from cheap, not good for students and misleading advertisements. Would not recommend..Version: 1.5.0

Good app when it worksThe previous version of the app worked really well for me. I was able to highlight just fine, and go to pages from the search, and click the arrow during a search to see other highlighted results. The updated app however.. is giving me problems. When I go to search for a term, the results pop up, but when I click on a result, instead of bringing me to that page, it brings me to the beginning of the related chapter. It is also not showing page numbers so I have no idea how close I am to the result I wanted. When I go to look at the search results again, sometimes it brings me to the top of the results again and I have to re-find the result I was at. The ability to use the arrows to quickly scroll through search result highlights is also missing, which was one of my favorite features. :/ It’s becoming a big hassle to use the app, but I’m hoping it’s just working out some kinks right now, hopefully they’ll be fixed before the end of my semester. ~V.Version: 2.0.0

App hardly works, terrible customer serviceThe app is always crashing. And their website is so difficult to navigate. My card had expired and I needed to reinstate my book subscription and accidentally resubscribed to Chegg study which I don’t want and don’t need… when I talked to customer service they refused to fix it for me… I wish I didn’t have to use this crappy company at all but they are the only place that has the text book I need for this current semester. I will never use again after this though… I saw lots of incorrect answers on the study app too when I used to subscribe which is why I don’t want it….Version: 2.8.2

Be wary of the payment process and cancellation.I used Chegg when I was in college and trying to figure out how algebra works, so with that super good experience I decided to try their ebooks out since I only needed it for one class for one night. I got the book, and it was fine and I tried to cancel my subscription later that week (I thought I had) but nope I got a message about it later that month. I tried to see if I had access to it and I didn’t so I had thought the cancellation had finally gone through, but to no surprise the minute there was activity on the card I used, it charged me for a month where I had no access to it and canceled my subscription the day after it charged me. Pretty upsetting. I understand charging if I’ve missed a month but charging me for a month in which I had no access too and then giving me access for only a day after? I was better of just ordering a copy for myself..Version: 2.8.3

Slow, Frustrating AppAs others have said, Chegg used to have an amazing e-reader app that worked flawlessly. For reasons unknown, they have replaced that app with this slow, buggy mess. Unfortunately, pages of books take forever to load, and turning pages is glacial as well. And the book just doesn’t even seem to be formatted correctly for the app. For example, the page of the book seems to be shifted to the very right edge of the screen. The app is unusable in its current state. I had to return my book and rent the book from another provider instead because I just couldn’t use this app..Version: 2.3.0

Pretty Difficult to UseThis gets two stars because, yes, the book and all its content is in the app. However, you’ll never want to actually read it on the phone. Which is sad because I would love to read when I have 5 minutes. But, get ready to pinch to zoom in, then scroll left to right to left to right to read. Unlike the Kindle, which formats the text to a readable format on the screen, this misses the mark. If they could format the text to actually be readable without a lot of scrolling, etc, this could be a game changer for my studying on the fly..Version: 2.5.1

Horrible app and even worse customer serviceI’ve always loved chegg when it comes to buying physical text books and thought that I would start using eBooks in grad school because I need them on the go with easy access whenever I have free time to read. I purchased my textbooks with my laptop and downloaded the eReader app on my iPad and can’t access them through there. I’ve reached out twice to customer service and they keep sending the same automated responses and ignore my actual questions. I throughly regret buying these books through chegg and will be using Cengage in the future. Absolutely DO NOT use chegg to purchase eBooks..Version: 2.8.3

Needs stability workIt’s nice to have the option to access my rented materials on my phone but this app needs work. There were way too many times when searching a certain word or phrase made the whole app crash. There were also a lot of times when just flipping to different pages would cause a “something went wrong” error page to pop up and I’d usually have to just close out of the app to get the reading back to where it would work again..Version: 2.8.3

Awful. This is the worst reader app in existence. My first time ordering from Chegg in my four years of university. Never again. This is the worst e-reader app ever. It is uncomfortable to use, pages are missing and do not load, and the page change animation is horrid. I have more criticisms but these are the most prominent. I expected more from Chegg. Not to mention the books are expensive and you can’t even read them. If there was any other option to buy the e-book I need for class I’d use that instead. Unfortunately, Chegg is the only service in which it is available. If you can, use Google Books or Kindle instead. Those are the best choices for your e-books. Edit: why are people rating their physical chegg orders on this app’s reviews? It’s skewing the rating big-time..Version: 2.6.0

App not working with EbooksI recently rented 2 ebooks for my classes and did not see them in the library for this app. I thought that the Chegg app was meant to use for the ebooks but after spending a half hour on the phone with a representative I was told that the app no longer supports ebooks (which still makes no sense that I wasted that long on the phone for nothing)….so there is no point to this app and I have to go on to the actual website to access my books. I find it to be very inconvenient when I am trying to use the ebooks on mobile devices. Now I am wondering what is the point of this app if the only function it was meant for is no longer working for me?.Version: 2.8.3

This application on Apple is garbageThe app, while functioning, is good and relatively easy to use. But for some reason, in recent weeks, I am never able to log on to my account through the app. It prompts me with a message saying that safari cannot find the link to my google account. And when i go to manually enter my account information, i still can’t log on. Even after switching my default browser to chrome nothing changed. I have attempted many things from updating all other apps including this one, checking for system updates, going in to make sure the browser is still defaulted to chrome and nothing helps. I’m just going to use the web browser to read through Chegg. That is the only thing that seems to work.Version: 2.8.2

Constantly have to close and open the appI have to constantly close and open the app because, like others, I get a message that says something went wrong. This last time it happened was the the straw that broke the camel’s back and why I am writing this review. The app was not opened for more than 3 minutes, and I got the error message. I had not even read one page and the app crashed. I’m frustrated with having to waste my time closing and opening the app to read my textbook. It’s 2022. How Chegg can have an app simply to read books that is this horrible is mind boggling..Version: 2.8.3

App not longer has your ebooksThis app and company is a JOKE! Money hungry and false advertisements. They literally tell you you can access your books on the eReader app but when logging in, the book I purchased is no where to be found. Spoke to customer service, and they told me the eReader app no longer allows customers to view their book on there… LOL WHAT?? That’s literally the whole POINT of the app. Now, whenever I’m in class I have to go out of my way to go on the internet, login EVERYTIME, just to access my book. If I would’ve known the app doesn’t support the ebook, I would just bought a hard copy. Freaking joke!.Version: 2.8.3

It’s okay but needs improvementFirst time using chegg and it’s been about a month now. I am using an ebook and i like that the app has the option to book mark and highlight in a few colors. I also love that it is easy to navigate, the book has an option to search key words, page numbers etc. My biggest issue with this app is that you have the option to download the book so it’s available offline and I’ve “downloaded” the book 3x and it won’t work offline. The app constantly signs me out, the pages go blank, or gives me an error message stating that something went wrong. It’s not a huge deal but it’s definitely annoying to have to constantly close the app, sign back in, download the book, and then go back to the page where i was..Version: 2.8.3

Feedback email is a dead link!Your feedback email link is dead. Great customer service. NOT! The most recent update to the eReader app has resulted in my inability to zoom in and out of a single page, AND I cannot scroll up and down within a single page. I attempt to scroll within the page (can’t do it - non responsive to touch), pinch to zoom out (does it, but immediately reverts back to original size), and try both in landscape mode (doesn’t make a difference). I’ve been using this app on the same device since the end of August with no problems. When I chatted with customer service on the webpage, they were extremely condescending in tone: “It’s working on my end. I can scroll up and down.” Well, I CANNOT and I’m paying for the subscription. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!.Version: 2.3.0

Slow and poor page navigation for ebookI am pretty disappointed with how this app operates on my iPad. Every time I try to “turn a page” it takes forever to load. There is also no way to simply go to a specific page. An update to this would be great. Seems pretty basic features are missing for an ereader. Also whenever I search something the text that shows up as results is riddled with symbols and emojis. If the e reader is going to remain this poor, an option to access an ebook a different way would be helpful. There is a feature on the iPad to have a window in window view. However the e reader doesn’t work for this feature. It would be really great to be able to have my ebook up in a small window over the app I use for taking notes..Version: 2.0.1

“Something Went Wrong” After Update2 stars due to intermittent functionality on both iPhone and iPad apps after the last update. The error “something went wrong, try again” happens too often and cannot be fixed unless you quit the app and relaunch. Tapping “Try Again” has not worked yet. I enjoyed the app before the last update, but now it’s incredibly frustrating because of the constant interruptions I experience while comprehending the ideas being presented in the textbooks. I’ll update the rating once the issue has been resolved. Chegg is great, but this app is broken in its current state..Version: 2.8.2

They need to update the appThis has some okay features but the whole app is so janky. You want to highlight something cool you have a 1 in 5 chance it will highlight what you selected. The app is full of stuff like this want to go to the next page well there’s at least three different ways to do that and when you are just trying go down on the page it randomly go to a different page because you accidentally didn’t scroll straight enough. Theres no animation on going to a different pages so if you accidentally went to a different page you don’t know what page you are then on. USE A DIFFERENT APP IF POSSIBLE NOT A WELL DONE READER YET..Version: 2.4.1

So bummed that this eReader stinksI was so excited to use Chegg (well, moderately excited b/c let’s be real, I’m using it to read a textbook) but the format for the fe book STIIIIINKKKKS. Maybe it’s just this way with my particular textbook, but it’s impossible to read with my phone upright (vertical) - the text is so small. Then, when I try to turn it sideways, the reader gets stuck and won’t let me go down very far until I go to the next page and then go back. Plus, every time I go into a different window and try to go back, I have to start all over with resetting everything. So annoying. I think Chegg is awesome, but the mobile app really leaves something to be desired. It would also be nice (on both the eReader and the app) if you could look up definitions of words, but you can’t..Version: 2.6.0

Loved the service, but stole my moneyI am a college student and I used chef this semester to get my college books. My books came fast and were much cheaper than anywhere else. I also enjoyed the little things I was sent along with my order like gift cards and a sample. HOWEVER, upon ordering my books I got a free 30 day trial to Chegg Study. I myself used it once and it did not work for me so I cancelled my prescription on it so I would not be charged again. I ordered my books at the beginning of January and cancelled it later that month. Come February, there was no charge for Chegg Study. Come March, I was charged for Chegg study again. I’m a poor college student. I have bills to pay and now I won’t be able to afford groceries. Thanks Chegg!.Version: 1.5.0

You guys ruined a good thing!Chegg... my level of disappointment with your updated app is off the charts. I have been a loyal customer for YEARS - undergrad to now grad school and this recent update to you app is a JOKE. The whole reason I do the digital textbooks is so I can use the “read aloud” function while driving to and from work. You got rid of that for whatever reason. The pages swipe fine but I can never get the table of contents to load right and I cannot get to the spot to search for page numbers / key words etc. Thank god they have a 2 week trial for books because I will be canceling. Anyone have a recommendation for a decent textbook app, this is garbage !.Version: 2.0.0

Decent enough but some accessibility issuesI’m really enjoying the ease of use that this app gives me to read my text books for school on my phone. There are definitely some quirks to features like highlighting. It is hard to highlight large blocks of text to save a note for. It deselects the highlight if you choose too much text. But the most frustrating part is the text to speech function where it skips entire sections that I am listening to and starts with the figure or table that is further down the page. I don’t know if this is specific to this textbook or a common issue with the E-reader, but this is a huge accessibility issue where entire swaths of content are missed..Version: 2.6.0

Glitchy productIt constantly logs you out and then removes your downloaded book. Every time you sign in you have to download the book again for the “best experience.” This is extremely annoying while traveling or away from Wi-Fi on my iPad. Many other apps can keep items downloaded when you are logged out, and they also don’t randomly log you out. If you exit the app then come back on and try to go to the next page it crashes. Luckily it does remember what page you were on but it’s still annoying and glitchy. Other apps that offer ebooks are much better, such as Bookshelf. eReader makes me dislike ebooks..Version: 2.8.3

Missing important features UGHWhile chegg makes renting more affordable and convenient, this app really fails to meet the needs of modern students. Highlighting (even with the pencil) is an arduous task! It is such a pain I frequently just don’t do it. It is not possible to change the size or font type of the words! That’s a huge miss. Notes should be in a different area from highlighting if this is really meant for studying. I find this app barely adequate. It doesn’t have night mode or warmth adjustment nor does it have a built in or downloadable dictionary! I’m really just disappointed but I don’t have other options due to the contracts chegg has with the some publishers, UGH.Version: 2.4.1

WhyThis app is a nightmare for the following reasons: 1. If you want to highlight a word you often can’t highlight the last letter because the whole page gets dragged in somehow 2. If you try to zoom in or out your highlights no longer align with the text and any further attempts to highlight will cause the page to zoom in, out, or just highlight the whole page 3. If you accidentally zoom in or out you have to close the whole app and go back in to realign everything 4. Trying to highlight with an apple pencil or finger is next to impossible. It jumps all over the page, selects random texts, and the color box will disappear and reappear.Version: 2.5.4

Very annoying landscape format…Couple of features I’ve been absolutely disliking is that when the books are in landscape mode or split screen, they don’t format correctly, it zooms in and I can’t zoom it out even if I close the app and reopen it…it takes a few tries to format it into the correct position where I can actually read my pages. I also find that the page flips are really sensitive and can’t move across the page without flipping to next and there’s no settings to fix this. Another thing that was be cool is if there was a page search in the book itself where I can actually type in the page I want to go to instead of selecting the chapter>section from the left menu and flipping manually I usually write the page number in my notes for reference and I feel it’s a bit pointless not to have this feature in an ebook…otherwise it’s an OKAY app. Not the best eReader but it’ll do for now..Version: 2.6.0

Books came is messed up.About a week ago I ordered 4 books on chegg to rent. The books were too expensive for me and I was fired for not being able to work as many hours because of college, so money is tight for me at the moment. I did some research and I found chegg. It was really helpful and I planned on using it for next semester as well. I’m not sure about this any more though because I had issues with 3 of the textbooks. My English textbook unfortunately came in a messed up box which was fine as long as the books were okay. Unfortunately only one of the books were okay while the other book had a bent cover and certain pages ripped. I went through the book to see if the passages I needed for the course were okay atleast but some of the pages were sticky inside and others were folded so reading the book alone is very uncomfortable and uneasy. My two ASL books I had issues with as well. One had parts of the cover torn and they both had none of the dvds included. I’m not sure if that’s how all the rental books are but had I known that I would have not rented them at all. I need those dvds and now I have to buy them elsewhere. The awkward part is that I recommended chegg to a friend of mine that was also fired for the same reason and I’m hoping he doesn’t go through the same thing. The ironic part is that the only book that was fine was the extra book I accidentally ordered..Version: 1.5.0

Doesn’t show textbooksI was hoping to use this app as a slightly more refined display for the etextbook I rented from Chegg’s website. The website is okay however it has weird formatting when using the browser on a tablet. Despite having the same account (the account I rented the eTextbook through Chegg) on the app it didn’t let me read the book nor did it display it under the eReader home page. I contacted customer support and they told me the eTextbook isn’t available on the app. Makes me wonder what the point of the app was, perhaps it’s only available to purchased eTextbooks/eBooks?.Version: 2.8.3

Not a User Friendly InterfaceIt’s very difficult to highlight, pages flip when scrolling down, which makes it very easy to accidentally go to the next page. You have to hunt for the arrows to flip the page, there isn’t a way to view two pages at once, and you can’t properly zoom in or out on the page to make text appear larger while reader. There is no full screen mode, and no text to voice feature. Some of these things are basic functions expected in an eReader application, and they are insufficient. They make the reading experience completely unenjoyable..Version: 2.4.1

Constantly CrashesWhen I first got the app it worked pretty well. After the last two updates, it constantly crashes and won’t let me go two pages without saying “something went wrong”. It’s to the point where it is almost pointless to even try to tread my books for college because I have to constantly close and open the app in order to get it to work. Maybe one day they will fix this app, but until then, I will go back to Kindle Reader for my college courses because this app isn;t reliable enough to use..Version: 2.8.2
