✓ Be careful with your purchases in this gameI started out enjoying this game and didn’t mind spending $ for gems and offers, but when I got to Emerald level, after accumulating lots of $$$ and right after I purchased 650 gems, I opened up my game to no $, 0 gems and at the 1st level of the game! I contacted the game but of course no response. Very disappointed - so play but be careful what you pay. You’ll probably end up like me😳🥺.Version: 1.55.4
✓ Slots are fun, you earn coins, but the glitches...The slot games are super fun and you earn big wins. This is the first game that I’ve seen where you can gamble the amount and it gives you a second chance if you don’t guess correctly if you watch a short ad; however, one thing that just started happening that infuriates me is the Forge of Empire ad. It won’t let me click out and I have to force-close the app and start over. This causes me to lose out on the winnings I had. It just so happens that particular ad comes up all the time. ✓ Worst customer service EVERI would like to see this review posted at the top. My game crashed my phone about a month ago. The phone became unusable. This was after I purchased gems to gain points. I had well over 4 trillion. After the game crashed I emailed the company from their support page, numerous times with NO answer. I finally resorted to calling Apple to get my money back for my last 2 purchases. Still not a word from this company. I did enjoy playing the game, but it crashes on my new phone to. So I reloaded it and lost all my points. So I emailed the company a few times more regarding the issue. Still NOTHING. This is not the way to do business. Their customer service stinks. But there are 2 main things that will be the reason I stop playing. 1. I know my piggy bank is full! I know because you stop me from playing every 10 seconds to tell me it’s full and try to get me to buy it! I have 5 billion coins! I’m not buying the pig! Stop interrupting my game! There has not been a time I was playing that the game didn’t jam up. It just stops working, and it usually leaves the last reel spinning and it won’t stop. I have to close down the game completely, reopen it and go back to the game. And if it happens while you’re in the free spins, you lose the rest of your free spins, and since a lot of my free spins rack up to 11 billion, it’s very frustrating.
