✓ Good game but....I’m seem to be stuck on the photo album cut scene so don’t think I will be bothering with this game any more shame as it is one the better games out there.Version: 0.124
✓ Edit: Deleting App from my iPadThe storyline’s grammatical errors are horrendous. It seems shameful the English is this poorly written. I beat levels and they don’t reward the star!!! It’s happened several times now (I just passed level 78 and no star on my main page!) and I’m too frustrated to continue. This game doesn’t give enough fruit required (you must match certain amounts of objects to win) to pass, so when they do finally drop enough, no star was issued, which is how you play the storyline. ✓ Concept is good, needs some tweakingI enjoyed this game for the most part, however the levels are extremely frustrating, most the time you cannot win them without buying/using an amulet, and sometimes even when you use those, you still can’t win. I find that the levels don’t even give you enough of the color you need to win, if your not even giving me enough of the colors I need to win... then it’s impossible to win it! I’ve found this to be the case even when using amulets to help me win. Other than that, I enjoy the concept of the game. Deleting!I absolutely LOVED this game now for months of playing, but I’m up to level 129 and it’s literally IMPOSSIBLE to pass some of these levels at this range unless you BUY the bombs, dynamite and wild flowers to give you a leg up to even consider trying to pass it!!! The effectiveness of the bombs is also diminishing at these levels and when they DO place them, they’re ALWAYS in a spot that they’re worthless. It’s a fun game and love the concept, but it’s sad that they clearly are forcing you to BUY extra coins in order to BUY extra stuff to pass each level! I’ve literally spent over $50 on buying coins JUST to pass EACH level and it’s not even guaranteed that you’ll pass a level with the extra explosives. ✓ Drama but a good gameThe app just constantly closed after 3 goes and I had to reopen it and go through the download process. Even that being said I stuck with it, got to where you carpet the stairs in the living room. And I was fed up of it freezing and just crashing so decided to delete and redownload the game and started from the start. I have the game centre it should have remembered where I was. But over all the graphics are good, the game is fun and easy enough. ✓ Great story line, difficult levelsI play quite a few match games and am pretty good at them. You have some near to impossible levels on this game. Level 318 took me a good week or so to pass and now I’ve been on level 320 for a couple weeks without even getting close to beating it. Also, a daily bonus of some kind would be nice. I’m going to hang in there for awhile longer to see if your next update will improve things. The story line is good so I’ll wait and see. Update, I’m sorry but I have to delete this game. Even though you added the daily bonus, which is good, the levels are way too difficult. Too bad, it is such a cute storyline and I would have liked to continue with it. ✓ Good, but frustrating.I really want to enjoy this game. It has the right mix of restoration and games, and it is fun to play. However, the math is all wrong! There are two problems: 1) As you proceed with the game, tasks that might take only 1 or 2 stars,( you get one for every match-3 you pass) become 3 or 4 star tasks. For example, setting flowers on the boardwalk was 1-2 stars. But setting flowers at the cafe was 4! 2) I would appreciate it if it were possible to actually defeat the levels. Sometimes you are given a very low number of turns, other times it is literally impossible. Usually, in the impossible cases, you must collect a certain number of fruit. However, halfway through the requirement, the type of fruit stops appearing. Often still with 10+ more to go! The fruit does not reappear on the board until you have about 2 moves, and it is impossible to succeed. It’s simple math! This is also the case with the buoys. Please rework your math so that it is possible to enjoy this game..Version: 1.4
✓ AWESOME! However...a suggestionI initially gave this game 5 stars as it’s the BEST Match 3 game I’ve ever played. Sooo unique and gets better with every level... until you reach level 366. I understand there are challenging levels, but there is absolutely NO WAY to pass this level with the amount of moves given without purchasing coins to buy an amulet. If there is, I’d like to see it. And there is no way to earn more coins without passing this level. I have spent two weeks or trying to beat a level but I knew that it was possible to beat. Level 366 is not. One thing I loved so much about this game was that no matter how difficult the level is, it was always winnable with the right moves and did not REQUIRE an amulet. So I have a suggestion. Add a wheel with a daily spin where you can earn coins, amulets, 5 extra moves, unlimited lives for 30 minutes, etc. Nearly almost every other game like this has either a daily gift for returning or a daily spin. I lost a bunch of my progress, I was in the house fixing it with a guest around level 175 when it finally loaded I was back to the time capsule and at level 166 I contacted support and Annalise told me to remove and re download and log into Facebook nope still the same level as before 166. She told me she would put me back to my level 175 but then says oh well Facebook says your at 166 yeah no kidding you had me delete it and reinstall the log into Facebook. ✓ Glitched and “easy” levels too hardAfter level 30 when you enter match 3 all the tiles freeze. You can’t move anything. Every. Single. Level. I have restarted the game several times and it doesn’t fix it. You have to go into setting act like your finishing the level but click continue instead to get the tiles to move. The “easy” be fore anything is even labeled hard before level 30 are so difficult that you have to use your power ups or spend coins for extra lives to finish. ✓ Looking for update: Culturally inappropriate use of “totems”I know changing a game is complex. Are there any plans to remove the totems in the future? I won’t play the game as long as it uses symbols that are sacred in many cultures. Thanks for your response! There are plenty of tropical- themed items that could be used in place of the totems. Palm trees, tropical flowers, sailboats, tropical fruits, pretty much anything with a tropical theme that doesn’t have spiritual/religious connotations. I had removed this game for a while and recently downloaded it again. Very different gameplay, but this isn’t about gameplay. I was rather dismayed to see new levels where you need to uncover “totems” Totems have spiritual significance and meaning to Native Americans and others and should not be used lightly. You can do better than this! And the reason is because the grid will have almost none of the items I need to pass that level. I might need 35 green apples and 38 red balloons to pass, but there will be an abundance of everything but those two items. If hardly any of what I need shows up on the grid, how can I get 35 of them? After many tries, somehow more show up and I get through only to have it happen all over again on the next level. ✓ Don’t BotherAfter reaching over 160 levels this game lost it. Locked out of multiple screens, freezing play and the only way to get out is to exit the game giving up a life. This happened twice within 35 minutes. Another level would not stop scrolling as the pieces dropped down after making a match. And the levels you can’t win even when you exhaust your bank. ✓ Gets too difficultThe game was entertaining for a couple of weeks until I got up a few levels (I think I am currently at 200 something). But then the levels get almost impossible to beat unless you have amulets and it’s hard to make combos because the fruit get locked up, leaving you unable to make a beneficial move. I am deleting this game now because lately it is taking me days and 40+ lives (which take a while to re-up) to beat one level. The stars that you have to spend to refurbish the hotel are difficult to achieve, making the game feel pointless. Also, some of the star achievements are ridiculous. ✓ Loved this gameI really enjoy the unique story line and puzzles. I play many match 3 games and consider myself pretty good at them as many of you are. But after level 318 the puzzles seem to be impossible without buying a bomb and hope it lands on a good space to be actually used. The number of moves given with the obstacles presented is insane. This one has become more of a stressful adventure than an enjoyable experience. ✓ Fun game but obvious formulaI first want to say that this game is beautiful and has some wonderful art. The style of the “building” is also great. The challenges of the puzzles are mostly reasonable as well. Unfortunately, it is noticeable to me that there is a formula to how the “drops” occur. The drops seem random until they’re not. Some levels seem normal. If you spend coin or use power-ups, the drops seem amazing and you can usually continue on for a few levels. And then there’s the obvious levels... The game suddenly seems to want you to stop moving forward. This is denoted in some collection levels where the required drops literally stop dropping. It’s happened to me a number of times. I also recently played a level where the same alternating pattern of drops kept happening..... for 15+ moves. It was both fascinating and frustrating, considering it was the only move I could take on that level. I am not a developer nor do I know how this can be fixed. I progressed up to level 175 but the game has made it so I can’t pass this level. It says I have to get 24 grapefruit but the problem is the game only supplies 22 grapefruit for me. I have “beat” the level three times and took a screenshot to make I wasn’t crazy cause I couldn’t see any grapefruit for the fruit left. Kind of hard to progress when you can’t beat the level. They don’t have enough if the red fruit to drop down to win this level. If they do drop you can’t finish the other part of the challenge. I’ve used blasters and everything to try and beat this level. ✓ Best match 3 game ever!Finally, a match 3 game that’s challenging and doesn’t turn into a money pit. I’ve spent weeks playing and only made two small purchases (just because I was traveling and didn’t have the concentration to get through a couple of difficult levels.) I highly recommend this game. Why the 2 star rating? The app is locked up at the point Benny is making the photo album for his parents. He shows you the photo and rings and the app freezes. I can’t go any farther and risk losing all progress. I’d give you a 5 but I can’t play the app..Version: 0.124
✓ Some levels things asked for hardly ever drop.Level 76 asked for a certain amount of bananas. I used 3 power ups and cleared the board multiple times. Needed 12 more bananas and they wouldn’t drop. Got down to 7 needed and ran out of moves and used coins to continue. Had bombs and used those...went through those 5 moves and not 1 banana dropped. Bought another 5 moves and finally got it. This has happened on levels before where things just do not drop and you are faced to pay to play. That isn’t fair to use bombs and go through 5 moves and not have 1 single banana drop..Version: 0.148

✓ Great until level 380’sThis game has a way of being relaxing and very enjoyable. But I’m at level 382, and unless you dump a couple bucks to buy tokens or more moves, there’s no way to complete this level in the limited moves it gives you. Even if you have really good round with multiple explosives. It is becoming more and more like this as the game progresses, where the number of moves compared to the challenges is near impossible or extremely difficult to where you’re not progressing anymore and interest is lost. Other than that, in the beginning and middle stages the game is great, relaxing and very fun to play. But once you can’t even win anymore, it loses its shine..Version: 0.170
✓ Love the storyline but…..The levels are tooo hard to pass. You have to give the players more time to achieve what is wanted in the tasks. Give us a way to get boosters. Give us welcome back to the game boosters. Other games are using pretty much the same new methods to earn boosters. So, watch one of them to get the ideas. ✓ Game crashesI am actually enjoying this game until I got to lvl 54. I have been stuck there for days because I don’t get enough of the items dropped in game for me to even be able to collect them. For example, I would need 54 apples to move to the next lvl. And at max 23 drop.... how do I know this? Because it’s exactly what has been happening. Game is also crashing a few times. To the point where I have to close out the app completely and restart. I lose lives and progress in the meantime..Version: 0.120
✓ Pay to playThe only way to move forward in the game is to buy. You only get coins when you pass a level, you never can earn any thing that can help you pass a level. I want to play games that are enjoyable, but not at the cost of my bank account. I am retired on a fixed income and am tired of playing the same level for weeks at a time. I am deleting this game! And by the way, when you are asking for someone to rate the game, your graph shows one star to the right and five stars to the left. ✓ OerW ForestThis is the second time I have downloaded this game. In the beginning it is very enjoyable, but come level 45 it is so difficult that if you do not have enough coins to purchase the power ups, and if you do not have any power ups to use the level is impossible to beat. I have been stuck on this level for days now. I deleted the game last time because of this and now I will delete it again. ✓ Can’t Buy Extra MovesThank you so much for fixing the problem about not being able to continue past the family photo album but now I’ve got a new problem. After I’ve lost all my moves there’s a bit on the next screen saying get 5 more moves for 900 coins. When I touch the green “continue play” button, I get taken to the “purchase more coins” screen where I’m prompted to buy more coins with real money even though I’ve got 3446 coins which is easily enough coins to continue with. ✓ The reviews don't lieDid you like gardenscapes? This is the same thing set in the tropics. Instead of creepy Austin, we have stranger danger dressed up as a beachcomber. The game is fun until around level 100 when you have to start tapping your resources to win a game. Once they start the forced tapping of resources you get to stay on the same puzzle for days... and then you realize you spent weeks on the same puzzle. Games are supposed to be fun, relaxing, challenging, and enjoyable. This game is all of those things until it's not, which comes very quickly. Just another Gardenscapes with all the glitches, bugs, and tech-support and indifference. Two stars for location originality. That's the only thing original about this game..Version: 0.148

✓ Can no longer playUPDATE: After last update download problem is solved but at level 16 things go horribly wrong. It requires 55 blue seashells to clear but it never drops enough of these for the goal to be attained. Even with 20 moves left after clearing the statues and 5 rainbow chips on the board to clear every other color, maybe 1 blue drops at a time. Had this happen playing the level 5 times in a row. Impossible to clear this level. Rigged or bug? You tell me. After update, when you hit play on the title screen, next screen says downloading new content 0.0 mb of 0.0 mb. ✓ Could be an enjoyable gameI was on the early stages of this game and it’s already asking for 4 stars to get something done. Once again having to get stars to make silly phone calls.
