✓ It’s okSeaport is okay to use, reason I say that is because IT MESSES UP MY PUNCH TIMES, I end my shift the proper way and then BOOM, pull up seaport and I have a miss punch which can mess with my job performance, that bug needs to be fixed ASAP..Edwin.bullagVersion: 2.0

✓ Needs improvement ASAP!!!!!!!Constant headache . It logs you out for absolute no reason and when you try to log back in it tells you the password is wrong even tho is correct. When you try to reset the password you never receive the email to reset it. The absolute worst..AslythVersion: 2.0

✓ Development StageI believe the Seaworld employees have been waiting for this for a long time. This is just a development stage for the app but I hope to see more icons available (preferably in a larger size) and more accessibility to claim our tickets and change our schedule. I am hoping that the SeaWorld team reads this feedback to make the app better. We should be able to do everything within the app just like online and not have to click external links because that defeats the purpose of having an app in the first place..HalomasterderekVersion: 1.0

✓ It works. Kinda.I downloaded this initially hoping for the ability to export my schedule but then deleted the app because it didn’t do anything special when compared to the seaport webpage. Honestly, The only reason why I downloaded this was for miss punches, Kinda bootleg in that regards which is the reason for the low rating...Defiantly not at a level of app that you would expect in 2018...A few basic features with regards for miss punches should be there that are not there...like a confirmation page. But at least some of the other features for the app are okay and works.. One feature I would love is exporting your schedule to a native calendar on your phone or the ability to export a calendar file that can be read by calendar apps..BigB14Version: 1.0

✓ Stop removing my reviewThe app is laggy! I said what i said! Every time i request days off it adds a bunch of days i did not request and i have to MANUALLY remove them one by one. It adds WHOLE MONTHS. I can never log in on the first try, i have to retry multiple times. Please fix this! It works great on desktop! I don’t understand the problem?!.BlancheRose18Version: 2.0

✓ The Biggest Headache You Will Ever EncounterThere are so many constant problems with this app such as the constant glitching, problems selecting shifts, random shut downs, but the one that irritate me the most are how it constantly logs you out for no reason then tells you your password is wrong when it is not. Right now I am locked out because my “password has expired”. It takes me to a page where I can set a new one but each time I do it tells me my current password is wrong despite me literally just using it to log in. So annoying and the call number supplied doesn’t even work unless you use a company phone. Can’t wait until I never have to use it again. As well as this, whenever you put in your ID so they can send an email for you to reset your password the email never comes so matter how long and I have one on file..Ty<3❤️Version: 2.0
