✓ Tickets not linkedI downloaded the app using the email I purchased our passes with and it does not show the tickets in the app. Also, there is no way to put in a confirmation code or do anything to get the app linked with my purchase..TiffanytkVersion: 7.0.22

✓ Horrible waste of an appThis app will not link our purchase or reservation, which renders the app completely worthless to us. It says to log in with the email under which the purchase was made. I was still logged in on my purchase (because that’s actually where the link for this horrible product is) when I loaded the app, which is what the developer claims is necessary….and no. The poor design likely required you to buy your passes from the app, which for military discount, couldn’t be done on the app. Don’t waste your time with this crummy, poorly designed app. It’s so poorly designed Sea World should be ashamed to use or promote it..AzcoolmomVersion: 7.0.32

✓ App did not link my purchased.As title said, after receiving my order confirmation, the email stated that I should download the discovery cove app so I can manage my bookings inside the app. I signed up using the email I used to make the reservations and when I opened the app, no orders were saved and now the customer service could not even link my order to the app. How is this so hard to do? On top of that, I would have to call them (roughly 2-3hrs call back) just to add any additional experiences/upgrades since I have to tell them to add the experiences/upgrades on my existing reservations since the app won’t allow me.
