✓ Alternative UsernameAlternative Username The app uses a different username than the web. You can find it by logging onto the web and acting like you want to download the app. Mine was a 5 digit number the letter A and my member Id. Password was same as website. This got me in. ✓ Good Overall but has room for improvementsDuring uploading and attaching receipts, one should also have the option to import from “Files” or “Folders” especially since E-Receipts are becoming more popular. Lastly, why can’t I attach more than 4 receipts to a claim? Each therapy session has its own receipt. I had to create 2 separate claims instead of combining all 5 sessions / receipts into one claim..Version: 6.5.7
