✓ Absolute garbageThe app is complete garbage the company is also complete garbage, issues signing on, billions not millions of bugs, customer service is horrible and useless, always issues, I’ve been online for 1 week without closing my app and have driven everywhere have not got a single ride yet.Version: 3.3.1

✓ Scam starThis guys running big scam, they introduced curb driver app as direct competitor to Uber but guess what they are giving access to livery plate in Chicago, and livery plate getting taxi order, I wouldn’t be surprise if they given access to curb driver app to private car as well..Version: 3.1.1
✓ Good luck getting paid!I was missing a couple of days of payments. Called Curb and got someone whose accent I could barely understand. He attempted to explain something about a dispatch fee being deducted, but couldn’t elaborate. I got off the phone even more confused than before. I’m a professional driver and tour guide who deserves much better than this. I think I’ll just use Square to process my credit card sales. I’ve NEVER had an issue with Square..Version: 2.4.0
✓ 4 errors - 17 aug 2020 updateSo far I found 4 error on the new version, FIX IT for god sake. 1. Even when i am offline, it keeps buzzing for the new trips (Android version) 2. after getting a trip offer when it expires , it continuously keeps ringing, you have to restart the app to stop the ringing (iOS version) 3. When a trip offer comes, it shows the full pickup address and dropoff address, but after “rider in car” it shows a partial dropoff address, you have to go back to see the trip offer to find out the full address (both iOS and Android) 4. The background location tracking is destroyed, after finishing a trip the software keeps giving trip offer in previous location. For example, if you started from queens and dropped off someone in Manhattan, the software gives you trips from queens. It takes 10-15 min for the software to get your current location, even after that when it gives you trip offers nearby, it thinks you are too far and gives the trip to someone else, for example i was in front of a passenger, I got the offer, it said 1 min away but someone from 9 min away got the trip, since I was on the location, I kept waiting and when the other driver came,he told me he got it from 9 min away, so your tracking in background is F up (both iOS and Android) FIX IT NOW, CAN’T WORK Who made the updates? bunch of teenagers?.Version: 2.8.0
✓ The entire curb teamI am lost of words of how bad and horrible this team works. I have been having issues setting up my account and they offer zero assistance, every time you call them to your issue its like they have a sheet on their desks to answer the same way, support team, tech team and all others. Nobody helps and they really dont care. Its been 3 weeks and they still didn’t solve my issue. Above all that they give you an attitude. If there was a zero star option or negative stars id be giving it to them..Version: 2.13.2

✓ Charges a lot of feesI downloaded it and gave this a try. Did a couple of trips . They charge you a lot of fees on trips. For example - today I received a trip worth 18$ . I accepted it and completed the trip. When the trip got finished in trip summary- trip was worth 24.67$ which included $4.50 tip. So I received $22.50 for this trip. Charged close to $2 here. This is not only the fee Cashed out charged another 15% - $3.67 and card cashing fees $0.50. Total- $6.57 charges Toatl received $18…. Not against any fees or something but clearly not advertised before accepting trips and registration of drivers..Version: 2.14.0

✓ Application is horribleA lot of bugs. I get to passengers house and can’t press on location, it tells me I’m too far away. Sometimes I receive a notification that there is a ride near me when I open the app there nothing inside... then after a little while a get message that the time is expired. Makes it super hard to work and make money. You waste a lot of time waiting for the trip and once they send you a trip you can’t accept it because the application lags and it doesn’t show you the trip. I’m using the lates iPhone. Have no issues with internet at all, phone has no problems as I brought it to apple tech support. Never had any issues with any other app but this. Fix it pls I’m sure you can handle 1 app....Version: 2.6.1
