✓ Very fun, however...Right off the bat let me say, this game is a lot of fun. The game runs very smoothly, without any lagging or stuttering (iPhone 6s). The ability to adjust the aim sensitivity when ADS shooting and “hip firing” is very useful. Advertisements will appear after every wave you play, but can be skipped after about 5 seconds of watching by clicking the X on the top of the screen. I haven’t spent any real money on the game and have been able to buy and upgrade all the weapons I choose. Dollars and coins are both plentiful and I don’t see any reason to spend real money to advance yourself unless you’re impatient. I’ve noticed a couple flaws from playing the game. These don’t don’t stop me from playing it but could use attention. To start, from level 1 and forward, the game concept remains the same. Zombies walk towards you from the back of the map and try to get past the bottom of your screen. This can get a little repetitive after awhile, and the change of levels only brings different scenery; the gameplay stays the same. Also, I’ve noticed the shotguns have no drop-off damage over distance. So these weapons, the bullpup shotgun for instance, become very overpowered. Other than that the game is fun, and pretty much bug-free. Good work guys, keep it up!.Version: 1.0.1

✓ Lots of fun, but some bugs.Great fun, zombie base defender - buy new / upgrade guns and tackle increasingly difficult stages - I’ve spent many happy hours killing time (and zombies) with this recently, on slow Christmas night shifts. There are however issues; we all know how these games work, watch ads to get rewards (more or less required, if you are F2P as it would take an age to upgrade anything without doing this). Honestly I don’t mind it with this game - ads are rarely forced, you are given the option to watch in exchange for increased rewards. What is an issue is, they will semi regularly crash at the end freezing the game, requiring a phone restart and bilking you out of said rewards you watched the ad for in the first place - it can be very annoying if it happens during opening crates. Software either needs bug fixing or the ads used need overhauling..Version: 1.3.10
✓ Hold your purchases, game stopped at level 25A pretty interesting game, but no updates /locations after level 25, even though it shows 40+ possible levels. i.e. you can only unlock new level/location to level 25. ✓ Disappointed but still decentI assumed this would be a mobile port of one of my favourite flash games of all time, unfortunately that wasn’t the case as they’ve chosen to simplify the game, removing all the resource management and exploration features and replaced them with slightly improved shooting mechanics. ✓ Decent but expect a long grindIt’s a decent game to pass the time. Be prepared for a very long grind to unlock new weapons and upgrade them all, though. You’ll need to watch quite a few video ads to progress quickly. My main gripe the the accuracy or weapon sway, it’s just so badly unrealistic, even with weapon accuracy upgrades. Not even a drunk person with Parkinson’s speeding over sand dunes in a run-down buggy would sway his weapons quite that badly..Version: 1.2.6

✓ Great game - Needs online modes!I would've thought this would get boring after an hour; but turned out to be really fun and addictive. I'm glad that this game has fair progression pacing and isn't pay to win (and doesn't have any other disgusting mobile practices like energy bars). I would love to see the developers continue to work on this game. EDIT: Finished after 4 days. Hope you add the new locations soon. One thing I'd love to do is play online with other players and friends, with various different modes. A few ideas: • Co-op: Team up with friends to defeat hard zombie waves by using teamwork and strategy. • Survial-versus: You and another player are separately defending against the same zombies, the last standing person wins. • Zombie-mode: You control spawning zombies, and have to try strategically spawn them so that the opposing surviver dies..Version: 1.0.1

✓ Absolute Gem........What a game! almost perfect, a complete giggle, good old uncomplicated zombie smashing fun. Pass the hours as you laugh. Complete each stage and the rewards increase as you progress, level 6 is where you start making easy money to buy those guns and upgrade them. Some good weapons but my own personal favourite is the double barrelled shotgun, nothing fancy just raw savage level 10! upgrade it to the max then once that’s done you can upgrade it a final stage.....a level up.....omg it’s overkill! There’s something primordial about a double barrelled shotgun, let them get close and BOOM......splattered. I haven’t laughed so much over a game in a long times, absolute hoot! Love it! Well done! go on give it a go, it’s hilarious, go through the mob with the double barrel, then see if you can headshot the last zombie with your pistol on your first shot...... that pink sound as you tap it on the head is classic.........Version: 1.3.1

✓ Great gameI don’t usually write reviews, most games are not worth the effort but I love Dead Zed. Graphics and audio are clear and enhance the experience instead of distracting you. The game play is challenging without making you feel like you won’t ever progress and choice of weapons gives you an arsenal to choose from and challenge yourself to complete levels with less powerful guns. ✓ Spectacular.This game is so good, its really smart to have the idea to re-secure other zones to make the gameplay last longer. The music is astonishingly beautiful and so satisfying. ✓ GREAT GAME! A little hard to see enemiesThis game has been my hyper focus for the last couple of days. Game play is GREAT! But I did run into a few things that took me out of it: - sometimes the touch screen becomes unresponsive and I can’t select anything until I close the app and restart it - when I watch an ad sometimes the gameplay audio will stop and be completely silent until I restart the app - and the gameplay is fantastic but when you start a new round the farthest enemies are insanely difficult to see, even from 2 inches away from my screen. I get it’s cuz they’re supposed to be far away but just from the pacing of enemy waves, I wanna at least be able to see them clearly so I can try to get a crit shot early rather than when they’re all right in front of me.Version: 1.3.10
✓ Review/idea for the gameFirst of all I want to say that I love this game I love the art style I love the sounds I love playing it and getting a ping noise every time I get a headshot with the crossbow but what would truly make this game epic is to have a multiplayer option where you and a friend fight waves of zombies each having there own view just different colour circles moving on screen to let you know who’s aiming at who and each wave if you pass you can change your load out , it reminds me of a game that I played back in school to pass some time before an exam when there wasn’t anything left to teach that had real quality to them and I truly hope this game succeeds and continues to grow 👌👌.Version: 1.1.7

✓ Super awesome fun gameOverall a great game. I like the weapons and upgrade system. The game give you what you need to upgrade rather it be from completing missions or watching videos for extra free stuff. You could not spend one dollar to upgrade everything fully just like the player who does to get there quicker but not that much quicker. It’s fun and easy but yet challenging. ✓ Amazing game especially for modern day standardsI played the original browser version and thought it was great and started playing this game. This game is good it has plenty of guns to use, plenty of maps, requires a lot of time to finish, but most importantly you can go the entire game without spending a dime or watching ads. Of course if you watch ads or spend money you are rewarded but it is not necessary to beat the game. There’s not much I would change because overall it’s already a great game. ✓ Thoughts for devsI don’t often write reviews but I have been compelled to do so on this game as I’ve enjoyed it so much. The biggest problem I have found however is that I becomes rather repetitive after a couple hours of playing. I’m not sure if the game devs will ever see this review or consider implementing any suggestions but I have a couple thoughts I think would really enhance this game. The goal is to remove some of the repetition and I believe by introducing some management in game this could be achieved. For example, rather than each mission starting with full health and ammo, what if at the end of each mission you could decide between scouting for ammo, looking for survivors, or repairing barricades. It reminds me of a game I used to love (but I can remember the name) where you have to survive for 40 nights..Version: 1.3.1
