✓ Has potential to be five stars. Has issues that keep it from achievingGraphically it’s pretty good looking. Gameplay is ok. There’s plenty to do unless you’re an out of resources and even then it doesn’t take long for it to refill. There are a few problems however. Whenever somebody leaves a town any investments they’ve made in that town go with them. That needs to go away. That’s death to any town that’s just for fun. By just for fun I mean the non-super ridiculously competitive towns. I’ve logged out and had buildings at level four and five and six and log back in only to have them back at two or 3. The market needs work. Keyword searches are far more affective than that thing that you’re doing. We can sell multiple things the same time in the market and yet we cannot buy multiple things at the same time in the market. Constantly getting disconnected. I know what you’re going to say it’s your Internet. It’s not my Internet. It’s you. You. It really has the potential to be a five star game but due to these issues it’s not. I’m sure I’m forgetting something. Figured out what I was forgetting. There needs to be a way to cancel whatever you’re producing. There are several times now when I have just been trying to scroll through my items and I’ve accidentally started to make something that I didn’t want to. I am more than willing to change my rating if you fix these problems..Version: 1.0.11
✓ Needs a reset option!I played this game when it first came out and made a lot of progress, but I got bored of it and left. Now I want to come back to it years later, but I can’t reset the game and start fresh! Seriously, this needs to be an option!.Version: 4.2.0
✓ It’s mostly goodSo the base game is well made there’s plenty to do and you can just spend all day doing stuff if you wish. Finding a guild to make it all go quicker is definitely suggested. Now for the downside and I only have two problems one is that the game will eat your battery before you know it. And the second is that some of the purchasable like the wand upgrade is £20 and the production of guns a crossbows cost £30, there is no way to justify buying that and this comes from someone that does use micro transactions regularly, I can buy a new full console or pc game for that so I’m disappointed..Version: 3.6.0

✓ Used to be much better...I’ll update this review should things change, but within the last 3 months mistakes and additions have been made that go against the community’s desires. Usually I’d leave 4 stars and a good review, but as of recent months: * It can take many weeks for major bugs to be fixed. * Account issues can take over a week to resolve an issue, which prevents affected players from partaking fully in limited-time events * A (hidden) subscriber bonus was removed from the game without warning and after months has still not been replaced. * A recent fraud prevention implementation caught many, many legitimate accounts in the cross-fire. Plenty of these players had their subscription bonuses delayed by over a week, some of whom still have not received the promised compensation. * A new tier (11) of items was added for end-game players, but despite the top 2 complaints the community had, this new tier requires both of those features. * While free of any forced ads or micro transactions, it has become more “pay2win” to the point in which some players have begun to use the term “greedy”. I hope that in the near future I will still be enjoying this game and can change back to a 4-star review..Version: 6.4.0
✓ Typical FreemiumNothing special. You dont really do anything, but the pay walls are a bit of a disgrace, they want £20 just so you can make wands! (Feels a bit prejudiced to Harry Potter fans) That’s seems to be on top of everything else. £10 to make other things, then there’s a monthly subscription of £8, then the option to buy gems/diamonds. This game was not designed to be fun, it was designed to drain your wallet. With just the premium purchases I have seen so far it would cost as much as a triple AAA game worth buying. Anyone who gives their money to these people are mad, this game is worth £3 at best..Version: 2.0.1

If you aren’t in an active guild or don’t spend a ton of money on micro transactions then be prepared to always be behind. ✓ Problems with certain things...Although it has only been 2 hours, it crashed more than 20 times, lags frequently, when I gain progress(and yes, 2 hours playing the frickin tutorial) it immediately crashes and I restart. For the brief moments when nothing bad was happening, no lag and no crashing, it was good listening to the tutorial and though to you Developers it may seem ungrateful to criticise the game on only 2 hours of gameplay, I would have to remind you, I didn’t even get past the part where you open the chest. I can say that if there were less buggy/technical issues affecting the game and causing it to lag and crash, I may have given it a solid five, but since that isn’t going to happen due to the fact that when I saw ‘Critical Reviews’ the lag goes back to over a month ago. Please, fix this so all of us can enjoy the gameplay. And no, the fact that it lags and crashes is not because of my device. It works fine on every other game except this one so... ✓ Needs some TLCGame was good fun for about an hour, then my game ran into a little lag and then shut down. Upon reopening the game the leather worker asks me to craft something special, but game freezes when crafting menu is opened. And there’s no way around it, so currently game is broken. ✓ Things need to changeI’ve been playing this game since it came out years ago. I used to absolutely love it and I’ve spent a ton of real money on it. Unfortunately, the percentages at which things “fail” or “break” isn’t consistent with what is shown. Before any buffs, the fusions of legendary items is supposed to be 50% success rate. I’ve done many legendary fusions and documented them, and the rate is MUCH lower than that. The rate at which items break is supposed to be VERY low, with the higher quality being less likely to break, yet when I send my heroes out on quests, somehow the higher quality items are the ones breaking the most often? That’s not right. And unless you have Royal Merchant (the subscription service at $10/month that allows you to repair items for gold instead of diamonds), you’re out of items left and right OR you’re broke on diamonds. It’s near impossible to enjoy the game without Royal Merchant, as I don’t want to send my heroes on quests because I know their high-quality items will break. If I can’t send them on quests, I’m not gaining components or chests/keys. I can’t pay anymore money than I already have. And I have to stop playing the game because I no longer enjoy it..Version: 9.6.0
✓ Too buggyUpdate: After playing for a year and actually paying real money I'm quitting. The bugs don't stop. Every release breaks things that were working great and it takes a month for them to fix anything. Some bugs like their atrocious chat bugs have been there for as long as I've played with no improvement. The company is solely focused on new content they can charge players for and invest as little as possible in testing or fixing issues. There are much better games out there. Despite the fact that the game is pay-to-play (don't believe them when they say it is F2P), it could be a good game except for two issues. First, inventory is far too constrained. I understand that managing inventory is part of the process but when they launched t12 content they should have allowed one more trunk to be purchased. Second, they don't do adequate testing before releasing new versions. Every release, literally every release comes with game breaking bugs. Often taking weeks for a patch to be rolled out, or they just wait until the next release. Really frustrating and not worth your time or money if they don't address these issues..Version: 10.4.1

✓ Horrible Public RelationsThe game Shop Titans is a fantastic one. It’s a game I was proud to play when I did, and still miss it long after I’ve deleted it. They market packages, add-ons and subscriptions in a ways that should be criminal. When a customer feels swindled by the masterful con artists the suddenly find themselves subjected to an abrasive customer service that isn’t even a tiny bit interested in helping them out. Most if not all requests are met with bot or macro replies. You have departments telling you that you contacted the wrong department. You have escalation reps who only reinforce the horrible policy’s and procedures for dealing with the public. At no point do they ever actually try to help or offer feedback that would even suggest helpfulness. Players are forever banned from the game if they force a refund through Google or ITunes after being bullied by the CSRs. They will also chat ban players for merely being sarcastic let alone actually vulgar. They will have their CSRs play the game pretending to be regular players to weed out players that would say they would exploit... then ban them after strong arming them into that conversation. If a player makes jokes about their company, or bring to light how bad this customer service is on their discord, they will move to ban such players from their discord. As someone who used to spend about $200 a month on the game, I can say that I miss the game but not the joke of a team who govern it. I would return to the game pending unfair bans being overturned and an apology for being unfairly banned from studios discord channels. I honestly don’t expect them to as they would rather be imperialistic than considerate..Version: 6.0.2
✓ I really liked this game, but then…I really liked this game a lot. But then I noticed a charge that happened on a day I wasn’t playing and at I time I wasn’t even on my phone. I went to refund the charge and was approved. Then I received a 10 year ban from the in game market and -6500 gems. They told me the only way to get unbanned from the market was to spend $30 and then after that I would still be down the 6500 gems. In total I would need to spend over $100 because I had refunded a $30 pack. I realized that the charged pack I had refunded was something I meant to buy, it just came out at a later day and was called something different. When I reached out to in game support they said I was committing fraud and needed to pay the extra money still with no their way around it. Other people have said similar things have happened to them where they get double charged and then banned with a fine to get unbanned. Very shady game and company, I’ve never had an issues like this with any other game. Most games/companies will just let you re-pay what you owe. I did recommend this game at first, but now it seems very shady and untrustworthy so I will not be playing or recommending this to anyone..Version: 10.2.1
✓ Pay to play.. don’t waste your time.This game asks you for money every 2 minutes. Completely pay to play as you can’t craft half the items because it wants you to pay for the blueprints (30$ to unlock wands, 50$ for guns, etc... ridiculous) which means you have all these quests just sitting there with no way to advance. I like these types of games, and it would have been really fun if it weren’t for the extreme amounts of real life money it asks for. I can understand it’s a business that needs revenue, and I would be willing to drop 5$ here and there to support it, but seriously..... 50$+ just to PLAY?? This is a PHONE game....Version: 5.2.1
✓ Wrongly bannedProbably one of the best games I've played in a long time but I was wrongly banned in my opinion..... After my son made a small purchase of 5 pounds (gems) which I did not know at the time, he was just suppose to be crafting and selling (he's only 8), also stupid me had my purchases unlocked and so I recalled the payment and a few days later i was banned without any warning and they didn't even wanna hear me out. I have been trying my hardest to contact the devs but so far i feel I've been treated like rubbish. I've got alot of hours into this game and it's something me and my friends/family play together, we are all in the same guild. Now I can't even play at all or even start again with a new account. ✓ Never forget to pay againWith this game, you never need to worry about forgetting to make ‘micro’ purchases. The game makers have found creatively intrusive ways to remind you at about 10 minute intervals to spend $10-$20 at a time on in game purchases. Game play wise, it isn’t bad, but it is also incredibly shallow with no real depth to the game mechanics. This is not an afk game. If you are not actively playing it, your shop makes no progress. This was a smart move on the part of the game designers because you need to be watching when characters come into your shop to prompt you to make micro purchases. All and all, I might recommend this game if it weren’t for the annoyingly aggressive way in which they chose to monetize it. It would be nice to see a fully fleshed out version of this on the PC that came with all features included at purchase. That, I would play..Version: 1.0.11
✓ ProblematicThe in-game purchases create a problem. It’s not so much that people don’t have access to the items - because of the market. However, these micro transactions should enhance what is already there and provide convenience (speed boosts, bonus energy, etc.) or cosmetic upgrades. Players should not be limited and restricted to pay for locked items, workers and buildings. As a consumer, I would rather pay for cosmetics than to support an unjust system. This causes a further issue for those paying for the extra buildings. The few amount would then have to independently try to upgrade these buildings, as it doesn’t benefit the majority of players who are free-to-play..Version: 3.6.0

✓ Avoid at all costsThey’ve recently started to Ban players from the leaderboards without telling the users why they are being banned. They state that it’s due to “suspected use of bot” but the developers means for testing is just based on how long your account has been logged into the game for over the course of a week. They even ban people from using the market by giving them -100,000 gems as they’ve suspected you’ve cheated but if you buy that amount of gems from their gem store they deem that acceptable to be playing again and your “ban” lifted… can’t make it up. Whilst I appreciate there are bot users and cheaters the way the company is going about it is unreal… Money grabbing company..Version: 10.2.0

✓ Payment & CrashI’ve had a lot of fun with this game. It’s unique, it’s clean, it’s not too cluttering or confusing. It sometimes logs me out for no reason though which doesn’t bother me, but others should be aware of that. I enjoy managing heroes and sending them on Quest, the time to wait for these quests are a little questionable considering the fight lasts only a couple seconds, I think it’s also strange you have to rest your heroes even if they don’t loose any health. I shouldn’t get forced to wait if my heroes won a battle with no repercussions, it’s like punishing me for being careful and prepared. I’ve also noticed how tedious it is to progress. I get it, there is limitations and balancing but when you stretch the time to make items to 4+ minutes but only give me the option to make 2 other items, that’s ridiculous. I also think during the quest system I shouldn’t get stuck behind a paywall to get the loot I won. I’m not going to pay 10 dollars to get the things I played the game fairly for. It’s overall a fun game but it’s needs to tone down the amount of money spending.Version: 2.2

We spend around 700 dollars in game purchaser together . ✓ There is something else...I think this is a good game, but what I would really, really, REALLY, want to see in the next update, is that you can become one of the costumers. Like, start your adventure, you know, design your character, chose if you are going to be a knight, a barbarian, a soldier, and all that stuff, then go to shops, and be able to do exactly what the costumers do. Look at stuff, and then see what the shopkeeper will do. Then, you can do missions for people, defeat monsters, and do what you can do in the current version when you send your troops on quests, but you can control everything, and pls don’t make it so you take a fight turn, and then your opponent does, like in this current version. I hate fighting games that do it. If you do add this update, I will try to write another review, and tell you if it was what I meant or not. And also, I think that some of the prices for new workers are too expensive, like for the scholar and the gun mechanic. I think you would earn more money if you lowered the prices by, say, %50, because then a lot more people would buy those packages. At the current prices, I don’t think many people actually buy these. ✓ Do not be fooledIt’s starts off good just like any game you play. No ads and no spending money. Then 1 by 1 an offer to purchase something will come your way until you start getting to the later levels. This game is heavily enforced pay to play on higher levels. Yes you don’t need any money to play the game but DO NOT expect to get anywhere. The customer service refused to do anything about an error on their part that allows the purchase of a Fourth slot with gems prior to an offer received for 5 dollars to get the fourth spot. So my gems were never returned and did not receive anything for it since it came with the package. Also the market is severely damaged. I made 13 mil in 4 days due to idiotic pricing and mismanaged sellers. Not to mention that their updates are not in real time for the marketplace. Don’t expect to buy something for a decent price because it shows only 1 seller. The second you buy it, it will increase and you are now stuck with the item. It’s all just glitchy buy and sell. The editing part of your shop is garbage too. They give you 50 items to decorate with and another 4000 to spend gems on. Yeah way to go. Since I want to spend hundreds on a fake shop. Don’t waste any money on this game. Just enjoy it for what it is. A buy and sell game with endless upgrading that gets you no where..Version: 1.0.13
✓ Customer service terrible and money grabbersGame pretty good, had invested a year of playing was joined to a great guild, invested A LOT of money over time. Used crystals to further one of the tower quests which I’d paid for, the game crashed not only did I lose all my crystals but also was returned to level one of the quest, which is fine these things happen, seeked help from customer services got asked to send a screenshot of an unforeseen circumstance like ummmmm what, then repeatedly asked what had happened so I went straight to Apple for a refund, upon returning to game they had MINUSED 1663 crystals and banned me from market, when I questioned this they told me I had to repurchase all the crystals then I’d be reimbursed as I had got a refund which was classed as a scam!!! Actually could not believe it so got a refund on all the money I’d spent on game and deleted the game, The amount of crystals I would of had to buy would have cost around £90+ lol as if Id have ever trusted them again, but hats off to Apple who have refunded me and now just to wait on my further complaint Customer service you guys are awful!!.Version: 15.1.1

✓ Too expensiveThe game itself was good at first. I paid a subscription for over a year, which was the first time I’d ever paid a subscription for a mobile game but sadly the developers got greedy. A couple of times I’d put in effort to gain the prize but couldn’t claim it without spending £20 - £30 on a pack. For me it got unplayable as I refuse to spend that much for each pack. ✓ Hate the new event so much I’m leaving game.I was obsessed for 8 months and adored playing every day but the addition of the dragon event ruined it for me. To make any meaningful contribution I felt I had to nearly bankrupt myself and never recovered for other events. Not having any time off from events left me no longer having fun and after fun turned to guilt for not being able to support my guild in the second dragon event I think I’m just going to give up. My roommate and I used to play together but he hated the event and quit last month. With him no longer playing and other factors stress relief turned to stress caused so I’m over it.Version: 10.2.1
✓ Connection issues AgainI have been playing this game for a long time, each time I get above level 50 I start having connection problems causing figures to stutter and stall, this is the third time I have experienced this, and the advise given by the developers doesn’t work the last one is to remove and reinstall the game …all that does is to loose all progress and start again, the principle of the game is good but becomes unplayable above level 50 when it all falls apart, apparently the developers, don’t care, oh yes we know about this problem and have sorted it out…….don’t think so now it’s even worse time to delete it once and for all.Version: 10.4.1

✓ Long Loading ScreenJust downloaded the game yesterday. Really love the graphics. Was in the middle of the tutorial and got to the part where you go to the city to check on your Heros. In the tutorial, you can Rush the time so you can complete the task quicker; however, I, instead, tabbed out of the game to let the time pass normally. When I opened Stop Titans again, the game refreshed and prompted me to go to the City. From there, I’m met with the black loading screen and the white outline of the hammer and anvil. After 5 and eventually 10 minutes, the loading screen doesn’t change and the game seemingly continues to load. I tried closing out of the game and reopening it. Same issue. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling (or course “reinstalling” just brings it back from the cloud), and I’m met with the same issue. Not sure if this (the long loading screen) is a bug, but it’s definitely something to look into, especially if it’s occurring during the early tutorial section. Other than that, I’ve really been enjoying the game..Version: 1.0.11
✓ Updated review: great improvementThe gameplay is fun and keeps me coming back to get those upgrades and progress. It’s still has several premium offers that are very expensive for what it offers. With the most recent update, it offers a much greater area of customization for your shop, to allow you to really make your shop yours. With that update, they added great looking cosmetics for purchase with gold you earn in game, to allow players who don’t spend money to customize their shelves and feel like their shop is coming along. The only thing I see as needing a touch up is the current prices for upgrades and levels. I’m trying. To master blueprints, which doesn't help me make money or experience(from what I can tell). My shop is being upgraded at a snails pace and I feel constantly left behind everyone else, who has upgraded with diamonds to bypass to slow money making. Other then that, this game is amazing to pass the time by and I’d recommend keeping it to see where it goes..Version: 2.0.1
✓ DisappointedPlayed the game for a day and really got involved and immersed within it. That was until I try to play it on the second day and my game will not sync to server or some other issue that my game is not compatible with the server. ✓ Game Has PotentialI love this game, I can go back to it every once in a while. There are a few problems. One problem is that when a customer asks for an item, I have the item but it’s a different quality (like epic quality) and the customer won’t buy it I have to suggest the customer and waste energy, to get the same item but a different quality. I absolutely hate this because I think I ran out of the item but all reality I do have the item just not the right quality. It should be that the customer will take the item no matter the quality. There’s also a problem with inventory. I have so much problems trying to figure out what I have in each thing but it’s so difficult. A sort button for constructing things would be nice instead of whatever was recently made. Towns/Guilds are often rude too. I know it can’t be fixed but I joined a guild and then not even a day later I was kicked out for no reason. It’s hard to find guilds who are active or English guilds. I’m currently in a guild and I didn’t know the primary language was German. I’m glad some of the guild speaks English but it would of been nice to know that the guild was German speaking only. A lot of things are time consuming or get boring so I leave the game. Even upgrading does so much. It costs so much to upgrade or make it further and it’s annoying. All and all it’s a good game that has potential, things can slowly be updated or changed. Things need to be cheaper..Version: 1.0.11

✓ Fun, but sometimes very annoyingIt’s fun to open the app, craft some new items, send heroes on quests etc a few times a day. I’ve managed to avoid spending much on the game (less than £10 so far), and yeah some of the characters are stuck behind a paywall and are totally not worth the price, but they can be ignored. My issue with the game lies with the AMOUNT it crashes for seemingly no reason. It could be 20 seconds or 20 minutes after I’ve opened the app, I could be doing anything, and it will suddenly crash. Yes, that’s how I felt when you sneakily jack up the upgrade cost with your “upgrades”. Do you know that the game is not getting “better” when you make it harder to progress instead of adding more content to the game? It’s a such a slap in the face when something I’ve already unlocked suddenly became something I have to unlock again. Do you know that the social component is actually one of the biggest thing that kept the players staying? It’s weird how you’d rather greatly limit the social capacity in game and making it harder and harder for new players and even for veterans. Do you know that it’s better to get players used to pay with diamonds and buy things with real currency before you start grabbing money like crazy? Please introduce people who would pay nearly AUD50 for an virtual character in a rather empty game that might not go any where, I have some lovely “deals” I’d love to introduce them to. ✓ Great game hindered by money-hungry devsOverall I have really enjoyed my time with the game. A lot of gameplay can be done without waiting an absurd amount of time. And the premise is super cool. The graphics are awesome, and I’m still enjoying myself despite the second half of this review.... That said, progressing to end game is nigh impossible without leveraging a few of your paychecks to this game. I finally got a notification that a new worker came to town (one that would make guns and other cool tech, clearly a late-game ability) but she couldn’t be hired for in-game money or through challenges.... nooo... she’s hired for 30 REAL US DOLLARS. For the price of a dinner for 2 at a local pub, they want you to buy some weird character in a mobile tap n craft game. There are also tons of really helpful (and baseline) features locked behind a $10/month subscription fee. I’m not sure what these devs are smoking, but no one in their right minds wants to spend $30 on a mobile game “dlc” and certainly no one wants to spend $10 A MONTH just to get features that should be in the base game. ✓ Good game but needs work.I did love this game until I updated it, now it’s even slower and harder to rank up than it was before. All of my customers want things I don’t have in stock. ✓ Good. But laggy as anythingThis is a really amazing game, but the speed is extremely slow, even with my 67mb/s download speed wifi. It crashes anytime you try to do anything, because although I am on level 16 i still don’t have more than one hero. Every time you try recruiting one it crashes and restarts most of what you did in the past 10 mins. ✓ Great game, but it’s got its issues.Let me start by saying I’ve played this game for roughly six months, and been a gold member for 5; so obviously the games a lot of fun with a strong focus on money management. You’ll likely find yourself managing energy in order to surcharge(double the value) things in your shop, working the market to make as much money as possible, and working with your guild to raise investments and complete bounties. The big flaw with this game is it’s events... they simply feel like a cash grab, with the exception of the New Years event which gave a TON of diamonds. Events pop up every month or so, and they usually all cost 20 dollars giving you 4 customization items and 2 bundles; with the occasional giveaway and items to buy outside the event. These are vastly overpriced, especially when compared with the town building expansions(gun and wand shop) with similar price tags giving a perm buff, 500 diamonds, an entire weapon line, and I believe two customization options. One more minor complaint I had was the COVID event which promised giveaways... there was one that I can recall during it, and it wasn’t even related, giving a hat and turned all npc’s into Kabams..Version: 3.7.0

✓ Fix the bugsYes, this app is good; I’ve been really getting into it recently. One reoccurring issue that has not prevailed me to persevere as much as intended is the bugs that are in the game. I can be going to complete a quest, crashes; trying to craft something, crashes. I don’t understand how or why this is happening. I have the IPhone 6, and I have the recent IOS settings. I do not seem to see other players experiencing these constant issues and would hope that these are fixed sooner rather than later. ✓ Content RestrictiveThe great thing about this game is, no ads. The community is good, and a decently quick climb up in ranks as you sell items in your shop and send teams of heroes on dungeon quests. The BIG downside is the event called Tower of Titans. The faster you grow, the tougher the tower becomes. So much so that unless your entire guild is pumping your town hall up rapidly, your heroes get to a point where you cannot even complete the first floor of the tower. The tower event has ranks, and it seems it is based on your avatars level and not your heroes and champion levels. If the event was selectable at the start so you can choose your tower, it would be so much more enjoyable. But although I have requested this many times, support just does not seem to exist to help make the game accessible and enjoyable to all..Version: 10.4.1
✓ “Inactivity”Decent time killer. My nieces like to play it as well. Took off one star for having so many exclusive recipes cost real money. They’re not game breaking or needed to play, but it seems like every other day they throw another offer at me to pay to unlock some recipes, instead of just having a premium type shop for people to browse at their own leisure. Took off the second star because every time I play I get disconnected “due to inactivity” in the middle of crafting, sales, placing decorations, or during quests.... I also get disconnected from the server all the time and it brings me to the reconnect screen. It doesn’t take long to connect back in, but every time it does that my game isn’t synced to where I was when it disconnected me. In other words I lose progress each time by about 1-2 minutes. That may not sound like much at first. But when it happens multiple times within minutes of each other, I just end up closing the game and doing something else. Again, decent time killer. ✓ Great game, but super buggy and slowLet me begin by saying that I’ve been playing this game for many months and love the concept. It is very fun and addictive! However, the game is ridiculously unstable and consumes way more system resources (like CPU) than it should. (As a software developer, I’m fairly certain this is due to poor/lazy coding, such as unnecessary nested looping without sleep delays, poor memory management, not testing on older/slower devices, etc.) I play on two older-model iPads (different models with different iOS versions) and it crashes continually on both! Equally frustrating is that every crash results in losing everything that has happened in at least the last 30 seconds or so, and having to do it all over again. Contacting support did not help. Their suggestions (such as restarting the device or uninstalling and reinstalling the game) were useless. Every update that is released seems to make the crashing get a little worse than before. In looking through the reviews, I see the crashing mentioned every 5-10 reviews! Why won’t they fix this? It’s so frustrating to love the game so much but for it to be practically unplayable due to slowness, crashing and constant disconnections. ✓ Too Many UpdatesIf your sick of constantly updating apps then I wouldn’t recommend this one. It is a fun game and has a good group chat but does get repetitive after a while, is difficult to earn money to level up at the beginning and most guilds want 100% committed players. Because items take a while to make this means your having to check in almost every hour to collect your items, hence active players. Give it a shot and make up your own mind as it is fun and hooks you in. I do have lack of storage on my phone so having to update often was not ideal for me..Version: 3.6.0
✓ Great game but needs workThere isn’t a whole lot into the city’s and the only point is to level up the city quicker, it would be really cool to see city wars and tournaments so people can fight with their heroes and compete, investing in powerful enemies for the opposing city to defeat in order to gain more points to win the war or something... ✓ Ruined by extortionate in app purchasesThis game is half decent, there’s no energy barriers (in the traditional sense where you need energy to play) which is good and there are plenty of craft able-items in the game. The quests are ok although the rewards could be better and access to more warriors earlier would be an improvement. Now for the bad.. The constant “offers” for content at prices around £20 or more is a big turn off! there are also “earned” items which are locked behind an additional monthly subscription for £8.99. Extra workers and special characters are a huge grind also and you can tell they want you to speed up the process with your money. As you get further into the game the progression comes to a big slowdown also. The second shop expansion is somewhere between 20 to 50 thousand gold (I forget exactly) the third however is 1 million gold.. a big grind which I can see even people ten levels above me have still not been able to get, it costs the same incidentally for a lot of other items. Now I’m not completely stingy, I don’t mind paying a little for a game. I did buy the starter pack as I often do. But the prices this game charges is more then most AAA games! ✓ Good game plagued by horrible supportI played this game for 7 months. At the beginning of December I stopped receiving flashback/superior offers when purchasing the mega packs that are offered. At the time of writing this, my ticket for the Dec 1 superior pack has been open for 14 days. It took 7 days to get an initial response from support asking for a screenshot of me not receiving the offer. I sent it the same day. It took another 4 days for support to respond telling me to purchase an equivalent cost gem pack and they would add the items from the superior pack to my account “later”. It’s been 4 days since I purchased that gem offer and support has not responded nor given me the items that I have purchased. I purchased the latest mega pack thinking that it might be a one-time issue but that is not the case. I did not receive any flashback or superior offers again. During this saga of support failure, I’ve spent a lot of time in the bug-reports channel. I’m not the only one experiencing this issue and one individual has been experiencing this issue for the last 6 packs. That’s over 12 weeks of having this same failure of support! I highly advise anyone thinking of investing any serious time and/or money to spend it elsewhere, on a game that cares about their players..Version: 6.0.2

It is very annoying and it is stupid. I was just tending to my shop and I tried to talk to my guild but it didn’t send I thought it was a glitch so I restarted the game I tried again but then I got the message saying I was banned for around 3500 days. I wrote back saying I didn’t do anything and that I thought someone under the same name as me said bad things but they banned me as well. Then one day later they wrote back saying that they can’t unban me I thought they idiots for saying that. I tried to write back but the chat had ended. ✓ Worst CS/greediest pigs EVER.The games development and updates are ridiculous. Basically if you’re above a certain level eventually an update will come and make it impossible for you to participate in events unless you spend an absolute fortune in a short period of time to adjust your characters so they can actually participate. What’s even stupider is as a new player, since you know in advance, you can prevent levels in order to farm/abuse a badly designed system. Basically the game punished long term medium networth players, and made game easy to abuse in order to excel for free by not leveling. You have 100% control over your level. So if you leveled past a certain point new update with new difficulty releases made it impossible for you to continue to finish the event without paying cash items. And don’t get me started on CS. CS runs the games official discord and fb, and tends to not show the proper respect to its paying customers. Absolutely unacceptable. CS should not be socializing with players nor showing preference to players. Insanely unprofessional. They talk down to players frequently and act like they’re running a daycare. And don’t get me started on the monthly subscription. When it was first launched it promised aesthetic items after a certain period of time. After 12 months you got to wear a wand. So 1500$ later to unlock the wand if you cancel your subscription you don’t get to keep it unless you renew for another 15$ a month. When it was first announced it was not working in a way that you would lose the item, nor does any other game on the internet remove a perk obtained for being a devout client. ✓ Beware unclear descriptions on in app purchases!Played the game for two days and like all others reviews have said, its a fantastic and highly addictive game but with bombardments of in-app offers at a high price point. I loved the game and like many others succumbed to purchasing one of the starter bundles on my second day. The bundle purchased included a 3rd expansion slot for your shop, which would otherwise cost significant gold or 500 gems to unlock. I had already progressed quite far and expanded twice. However on purchase the 3rd slot did not apply to the game, and so I contacted support. Support told me that the “3rd slot” described in the bundle refers to the total squares unlocked. But as you start with one square from the off, I only “expanded” twice. Support recognised this and offered 30k gold as ‘compensation’ (which to anyone familiar with the game, is not an equivalent value and that sum can be achieved in 30mins or less). I brought this up with support and requested gems reimbursement instead or a refund on my purchase. The response was that if I seek a refund they would apply a permanent ban to my account... That should tell you all you need about greedy developers. Beware of any in-app purchases. I’ve been stung and unfortunately will not be returning. ✓ Good game, crashes constantly, less fun around level 3Fun game if you (like me) love loot. The game crashes constantly though. Sometimes I open it and immediately collect quest rewards as fast as I can in an effort to get there before the app crashes but I can’t. It’s gotten worse recently; now it won’t stay open more than a few minutes even if I’m not doing anything. Also, at higher levels the costs for things (even if you are strictly playing the free version) are prohibitive. Unlocking the first uncommon resource takes something like 30 million gold. (I play almost constantly and am level 38 and still have millions to go before I can unlock this.) Maybe this is to encourage guild cooperation but it can be difficult to find players willing to invest all their earnings constantly into upgrading the resources, because upgrading your shop and hiring heroes etc also costs a ton of gold. This has caused a hard block on progression because all the tier 5 items require these resources I have no way of getting until I’ve generated enough gold to unlock them. It’ll probably take me a close to a month of just grinding to unlock these things and I kind of feel like I might just close this game for good before I ever get there..Version: 3.1.1
✓ Good but mtx’s are ridiculousThe game itself is actually pretty good, it’s the micro-transations(mtx’s) that are a killer. now, you don’t HAVE to buy anything in this, but you definitely see a lot of the deals and general stuff they have on sale, and it definitely makes the vanilla game feel bare bones and lacking. this might not be that big of an issue, but they’re all priced ridiculously high for what they are; they put the sims to shame when it comes to adds-on, which isn’t a good thing. for starters, all the “major” dlc’s run about 25$, and there are multiple. that means buying just 4 is already gonna cost you 100$, not to mention all the other “minor dlc” options they have. if they were priced more reasonably, maybe it wouldn’t be such a big deal. like, 10-15$ seems more reasonable. i wouldn’t mind spending a bit of money if the price was right, but these companies always cater the “the whales” that are willingly to spend hundreds of dollars. its doesn’t make much sense as having 100+ people buying stuff for 10-15$ will make you more money than <5 people spending 100$..Version: 15.2.1

It’s extremely apparent that the developers have a long way to go with error codes and customer service. ✓ Addictive and Fun! Overpriced P2P ruins it.So first off, I’ve never been so hooked on a game as much as I have with this. It’s insanely fun and truly amazing. I’ve really enjoyed the player-to-player trading features and the variety of crafts you can make. However, something I’m truly disappointed by is how stupidly overpriced the add-ons are. It’s not essential, but it certainly should not cost an arm and a leg to get access to other fun in-game features. I mean seriously, $30-$50 to unlock each worker?? Issues I see are hugely overpriced bundles, paywalls blocking way too much in game content, and the fact that you need to pay real world money to even be able to repair your characters items is a massive turn off. The game is playable without paying, but every 5 minutes you get a new customer offering you something epic for a stupid price. If the prices for half of the purchases in game were reduced I’m sure there would be many more purchases made. ✓ Was fun, until they changed how the town worksI has really enjoying the game and the fact I could progress at my own pace... then shortly after I started playing, they “revamped” the town building level system. they claimed this would make it cheaper... well thats mostly a lie! what used to take a few million gold to upgrade would now take something like 30 million gold for me to upgrade alone. if you don’t have an active guild that will contribute then you will quickly find yourself in a situation where you can’t afford to upgrade what you need upgraded and thus you can’t make the top level items you have unlocked because your craftsmen are level capped below the required level until those buildings are upgraded... I was quite happy with being able to play solo, even while being part of a guild, and they took that away from me. I’ve pleaded with my guild to upgrade the buildings... that made a small amount of progress but I don’t think a single one actually got upgraded so I’m still stuck with many unlocked blueprints I can’t even use. this is killing my enjoyment of the game and I doubt I will be playing it much longer if it doesn’t change!.Version: 2.2.1

✓ Awesome game play, poor support serviceThe game itself is fantastic for all types of gamers, shame something so great can be let down by poor in game support. It shouldn’t take days to correct log in difficulties. After re-downloading the game to force a manual update I now cannot access my normal account, instead it has converted over to another character. I have manually updated the game several times before with no issues. So I have sent multiple messages through the contact us support in page game and have had no reply for over 24hrs! I have also had a fellow gamer report my issue in discord, also to no avail. Instead other things are brought up as is the fault is on the gamer, and not the account log in. Is it when things are too difficult you just put it aside in hopes people stop responding? That’s not in any way shape or form a good way to conduct business..Version: 4.2.0

✓ Great, but...The game itself is great. It's almost an exact copy of Shop Heroes, but multiple aspects of the game are just done better in Shop Titans. However, a huge negative is the guild aspect. If you are like me and just have no interest in playing the 'social' aspect of a game, you are pretty much screwed. In Shop Heroes, with some grunt-work, you can play by yourself, but you can't in Shop Titans. The problem is the cost to invest in the buildings. Just like Shop Heroes, you have regular resource bins and specialty resource bins which come later on. Same in Shop Titans. But to get the specialty resource bins in Shop Titans, which are needed for the majority of your items, your resource buildings need to be level 7. The investment increase are huge and occur multiple times within a single building level. Anyway midway through level 5, the investments turns into 100,000 gold per single investment. At the stage, the items you can sell give you around 5,000 gold. 10,000 if you surcharge. That means you have to surcharge 10 items to invest one time in just one of these buildings, and that is just to get you to level 6 of the building. You still have another level after that before you can unlock specialty resource bins. It is sadly just not possible without a HUGE amount of time. I don't have that kind of time. It's a shame, the game is good and has some nice features. It just won't work if you enjoy playing solo..Version: 3.7.0

✓ Terrible customer serviceI have been playing and paying the monthly subscription to this game for over a year and the one time i ask a question about a fee i was charged (i asked them what items were in that pack) my question get brushed off with a generic reply that doesnt even answer the actual question, and then i get ignored. I think it was a legit question and i was polite, they had no reason to treat a paying customer this way, other than not actually caring about their customers AT ALL. Im furious now. I dont even understand why they pretend to offer a customer support messaging system. Dont give your money to that company, they will just take it and treat you like trash.Version: 10.3.2
