However the gameplay needs more instructions to explain it - I can’t tell what the different pitstop icons do (some seem to act as a power-up but not clear what they improve), and I can’t seem to do a successful pitstop on any track after the first desert one. ✓ But... the DONUTS!!!I absolutely love the old school outrun-feel to the game. The solid car designs, the slight “coolness” upgrades of the cars and the upgrade system was really easy to understand. The voice actor was silly. A little monotone for me, but I love doing voices. I look forward to more “movie” cars and different tracks. Please add more tracks! ✓ Icloud save.I really love this game and played it a while ago but since then I wasn’t inspired to play it again (until now) because it did not save the data to my icloud account. This meant that if I my I pad or phone broke then I could not get all my data back when getting a new one. Please, if you could somehow make it save to the players Apple ID or Game Center account then that won’t make this game impeccable. ✓ What a blast!This game is actually awesome, I know there’s other iOS games that I go through like a slice of white bread, whereas this one is like sitting down for a thanksgiving feast. Everything is well designed and fun. The gameplay reminds me of Tetris, where it slowly gets harder and you have to, “get good” to make it through the end parts of a map, but you’re allowed to build up talent and skill in the beginning, more easy, parts of the map. ✓ A truly beautiful and passionately built gameI was very very happy to see that this game had as many details as it did, from the dialogue, to the art, to the animations. This is one of the most outstanding games I have seen, not just on mobile but in my whole library of PC to Console. It’s simplistic, intuitive, and yet has a vibe that I haven’t felt in any other game for near a decade. ✓ One of the best endless runner type games I’ve played in a whileThe idea is definitely not original but it’s the best interpretation of it that I’ve played. Money is easy to get, the only in app purchases are to remove ads and get more in game currency. And the prices are very reasonable compared to other in app purchases in other games. For example, for only a dollar you can get 10,000 caps (the in game currency) about 80-90 percent of the cars cost less than that and are still fun to play with. It’s also relatively easy to get money but challenging enough to still be fun. Also all of the cars are all unique and have their own cool and “vintage”designs. There’s a LOT of variety in the vehicles you can use. I would highly recommend this game to anyone considering buying it. My only complaints that I have are: some of the challenges can take a little bit of time to complete The crash animations can be a little boring While the maps are very different from each other they can be a little boring at times. I’d like to suggest a 60s Hong Kong slums map. I know you probably won’t read this but I’d still like the idea of racing through the narrow streets of 60s-70s era Hong Kong with the neon signs flying by beside me. But there’s a few small things I just want to talk about, first of all the game gets really repetitive quickly so if the developers added a level like the training park it would be really cool! ✓ Can’t stop playing this gameI was looking at the top games and saw this one so I decided to play it for a little. I played it for a lot longer than intended. There are not many ads which is very good. And it’s not hard to earn money plus most of these games once you have damage you can’t do anything about it unlike this game you can just go through a service station. Same with gas. ✓ Endless funReally good game! Beautiful graphics, unobtrusive ads, the game isn’t worsened if you don’t go for in app purchases but there are discernible benefits to paying. I’ve had only one issue - the challenge where you have to drift for 5 seconds is frozen at 4.3 seconds. I’ve drifted for far longer than 0.7 seconds in every area trying to clear it but it just won’t go away. Otherwise, brilliant game! Very addictive..Version: 1.6.4
✓ My Favorite Game on MobileI never write reviews. But this game deserves one. Good mechanics, nice looking cars, beautiful maps. What’s not to love? Grinding for cars is not a pay to win thing either. It should only take you one or two days for an expensive car. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is that it has ads here and there. However I understand they probably need money. I also wish there was more options for taking pictures. ✓ Good- but more?I don’t usually play endless runners, but the cute cartoony style and clean graphics really pulled me towards this little drifter. That being said, this is probably the only endless game I’d ever play. However, while less is often more, I can’t get enough of this spunky little game! Some things that might be fun to see in “#drift 2” -Perhaps a campaign or story to play through -perhaps an open world with quests to complete for money (running errands, driving getaways, winning drag races, catching car thieves, etc.) -perhaps more car customization that also influence performance (fender flares, spoilers, better wheels/rims) -more cars! I’d love to see some of the iconic drift platforms in this cute cartoon style (Datsun 240z, NSX, Integra, Subarus, etc) Overall tho, absolutely enjoyable game- relaxing and a good time consumer when waiting at the doctor’s office or the airport. ✓ Great little driving gameThis arcade style driving game is perfect for mobile platform. Easy to start but takes some skill to perfect. Love the initial D reference in cards and location. Just some mechanics I am confused about: why is my brakes treated as a power up? I understand if you want to put an “over heat” mechanic in the game but when I used it once and didn’t fill the bar up, why can’t I use it again? I think being able to pump the brakes while mid drift would be a good layer of skill. Also if speed is the factor that increase diff (eg a “power up” with the learner sign) then why would I upgrade my car with higher speed ? I think the ability to use brakes repeatedly and not over heat the brakes would be a good mechanism, it can even be an upgrade for the car to have “cooler and more powerful brakes” . ✓ A fun endless runner that can keep improvingI love this game! It’s a little tricky for me to control now but I haven’t gotten attuned to the physics yet. Once I do, I’ll enjoy this game even more. The only thing I’m not too big a fan of about the game is that there are only cars from the 70s, 80s, and sometimes 90s. I don’t see why you couldn’t add more cars from different eras. But hey at least you have the r30 Skyline in here. I like that. This game is definitely a keeper. The graphics in the this are by far one of the best graphics for a free game. games like this usually have regular colors with no shaders and usually in 2D. you relaly only get these graphics when you buy a game that’s 5.99. The in app purchases are extremely good for the price. For example, the most expensive car in the game costs 30K caps, the most expensive in game purchase is only 3.99 and it gives you 60K caps. In other games this would cost about 10 dollars but in this one it’s only 4. In most games they make it extremely difficult and hard unless you pay real money. This game is Challenging but they make you feel like they want you to actually win. It isn’t a pay to win game and even has modes where it can be extremely easy, to the point where you can’t lose. ✓ Fun game with room for improvement#DRIVE is an endless driving game with simple yet addicting gameplay. The player controls a car driving down a generally straight road, with obstacles such as other cars and buildings. There are several bottle caps you can find on the road which function as the game’s currency. You can use them to purchase new cars, colors, and upgrades such as speed, grip, acceleration, and coolness (I still don’t know what that does). There are also gas stations which refill your continuously depleting gas tank and donuts that you can throw at the cops chasing you. The character who is driving also has short lines of dialogue that add a little bit of personality to the game. The visuals are very clean and overall great. The game at first seems a little hard to control, but after a short while it isn’t as difficult as it once was. I’ve read a lot of reviews complaining about ads, however they only show up about every 7-8 crashes and take 5 seconds to skip, unless you want to revive and watch a 30 second ad. I think this game could use a few more modes, obviously more features would be coming later on, but for now, it lacks the depth that most free mobile arcade games do. ✓ Addictive game, could use small longevity tweaksI downloaded this game a few weeks ago and it is incredibly addictive. Art direction and gameplay are both really great quality. I cannot recommend this game enough for a simple easy to pick up mobile game. Only thing it could use is some extra tasks or incentives to encourage playing after reaching level 20 and getting all achievements. Some sort of daily challenge that rewards caps, or maybe some small mini-games similar to Mariokart DS. ✓ The Best Mobile Dirt game I knowI’m a huge auto enthusiast, and I looked for years for a good driving game on the App Store and stumbled upon this strange looking driving game and I downloaded it because I’m a fan of dirt racing. Took a minute to learn the controls and turns out I loved the game and mechanics! The more cars they add the more I love it. The game ages extremely well and the developers have a great discord server to keep in contact with them and chat with other fans of the game. The game has a great selection of cars, all revolving around the 70s and 80s. From tiny cars that barely can fit one person to full sized RVs, all designed incredibly. The game does require a bit of grind in order to gain enough money to upgrade your owned car(s), or to buy another one. ✓ UpdateOk so far having played this game for a little while now I wanted to update my review I am going to keep this 4 stars. It’s soooo close to 5 but ugh, the smallest things can help. The car rev noise is max straight away and even though this sounds petty, by having it gradually increase would make a massive difference. The levels are SUPER easy and so you will complete all levels well before you progress with your car collection. And as the levels are so easy and very repetitive, and the challenges to update your car collection are very long to achieve, it loses its appeal to want to continue. The graphics are amazing... love the styling of the game, the layout. They have spent a long time on the cars, shame it takes forever to get them all. *********** Another update... The developers update this game which is amazing to see and it shows dedication to the game. ✓ AwesomeThis is one of the best endless runner games out there in my opinion. The graphics were so good I was genuinely impressed, and the controls are very simple as well. I like the dialogue the character has, it makes the drive a bit more interesting, but I do have a few suggestions. There should be way more maps available, there are only five, and I think it would be cool if we could visit more places like France or Italy and see iconic landmarks. The police chases should also be more interesting be intense, it’s too easy to escape from them in my opinion, and I would like if maybe even multiple police cars chased after you, it would really make the game more fun. While it can be hard to start out the game at points you can buy or upgrade your car so you can get further in the game. If your having trouble with handling. Upgrade your car with road grip and find a car to buy with good road grip there is always a car for you in this game with a very large variety it is a great game. No forced ads as well! That is a great aspect, the only time it gives you a chance to watch an ad is if you want to revive. (Once per game) or if you want to double your coins at the end of your round. ✓ Great Game - Serious Progression IssuesI have been playing #DRIVE since mid-2020, and I am not a huge mobile gamer, but I think this is one of the best mobile games I’ve played. This is no low-effort fake multiplayer or falsely advertised puzzle games. This is a genuine mobile gaming experience without the crap. I love this game, from the unique level design to the real voice acting, it really is an immersive and fun experience. Although, it has its downsides. My #1 problem with this game is that it is a good, steady experience until you reach higher levels. By now, you are out of postcards and you are stuck grinding for hours upon hours. This completely removes my motivation to play this game and is definitely the worst flaw this game has. Nevertheless, this is still an awesome game and I love how the developers are handling this game. This is truly a hidden gem and a staple of the old mobile gaming world, without the false ads, fake multiplayer, or an advert every minute - how games were intended to be. ✓ Refreshingly GoodI've been looking for a good driving mobile game, and this is it! The controls are done well; touch each side of the screen to steer and press both sides at the same time to brake. The graphics are very stylish and fun. The tutorial is well done. There is plenty of variety in the vehicles, but I was slightly disappointed that there are no modern rally cars. The free version doesn't have many ads, but they can be removed for about three dollars. You can also pay six dollars to remove ads and unlock all base cars and tracks. Even if you choose to do so, there are still vehicles to unlock that have special requirements! And the vehicle upgrade system allows for rewarding gameplay beyond unlocking the vehicles. ✓ Good game but Mars broke my phoneSo the game didn’t really get any updates for a while so I stopped playing for a little bit. Then the Mars update came out and I was excited. Having played this game so much before, I had enough postal stamp things to unlock the new map. I also saw the cool new cyberpunk cars but couldn’t afford them :( so I chose my trusty purple muscle car and went to head off into Mars. But while it was loading it would switch between the actual loading screen and a black screen and then it just had a black screen. Then I started seeing little white static lines like on a cable tv when there’s nothing on the channel you selected. I was scared. Genuinely petrified. I even cryed because of the memories I have with this old hand-me-down iPhone 7 Plus. Thankfully after a few times of plugging it in I was able to recover my device without any data loss. While I do have to applaud you for doing the impossible and making iPhone malware, I R E A L L Y need you to fix this before I’ll download this. Only thing I dislike is the “Learner” perk/power up due to it slamming on the breaks on the pacing of the game, it makes me hesitant to pick up the mystery power in case I receive that one. I feel like it would be a great idea to add a weekend tournament for who could drive the most distance, similar to how cookie clickers 2 has one for the most cookies, and offer a reward for people in certain percentiles. ✓ Satisfying. period.I was in desire pursuit of a game boasting endless enjoyment including content that I can (1) play offline, (2) play without lag and (3) escape the common desires of p2w player impression, and this game satisfies my desires perfectly. As far as gameplay proceeds, I was at first suspicious about how strange the controls were, but once I recognized exactly how they functioned, gameplay was seamless yet seriously challenging. Maps and cars are loaded with features and just the sheer variety of events that take place on the road are both eye-witnessing and some are even hilarious (example being picking up a donut and throwing it in the cop’s face and then being ruthlessly pursued by who knows how many cop cars…😄) Regarding all the enjoyable thrills of this game, the fact that it can be played offline, and the dead simple controls, I without doubt recommend this game: it’s a clever blend of casual driving, humorous humiliation of the npc drivers around you (the snowplow power up) police chases, and varying environments all in one..Version: 2.2.5

✓ Satisfying game, but maybe a few improvements?I've played for about half an hour, and so far it's a pretty decent game. The visuals are really nice. However I feel like there are a few areas that could be improved. A quick tutorial would be useful to teach players what each icon means or what a power-up does rather than just throwing them into the deep end. Some of my thoughts were "Why don't the brakes work after I've used them? How do I get postcards? How do the police mechanics work?" among others. The Damage meter is in an awkward place; my thumb covers it most of the time. I feel like it would be better at the top of the screen around the middle so it's more visible and in a more comfortable position to flick your eye to. Also I feel like there's no point spending less than 4000 on another car since the red starter car has far better stats. ✓ AmazingLovely Graphics. What I love about this game is the design. It’s simple yet very fun. The voice acting is entertaining as well. Adds are rare, and you don’t need to spend any money to have fun in this game. It may take a while to unlock cars and locations, but I think that’s part of the fun, otherwise the game wouldn’t have any progression aside from car upgrades. My only issue with the game is the lack of tutorials explaining power ups. It’d be nice to be told what each one does at the start of the game, as you are only told what the bulldozer power up does and not all power ups are immediately clear in there purpose. Also I think the damage system may need to be revised. It seems you either take so much damage you instantly die from head on collisions (which makes total sense) or such little damage from scraping against other cars that the mechanic pit stops are completely useless. ✓ Started a day ago, and can’t stop!This game has been incredible since I downloaded it. It’s endless, so unless you fail, there’s no end to the gameplay. The controls are easy to understand, and progression is quite easy. The game isn’t pay-to-win, but does making it so that better cars cost more, and paying real money to get caps does allow for purchase of those cars. The maps, despite following the same system, all feel unique and each give off a certain unexplainable feeling for each map. There aren’t many ads, and the ones you get are all less than 20 seconds, at least in my experience, so take this part about ads with a grain of salt. When you first play it, see the graphics, the music, the added dialogue, you can tell there was a lot of time put into making this an easy, fun to play game. The graphics are crisp and smooth, and the controls are easy and customizable. There’s a LOT of cars to choose from, and different ways to customize them as well. You can select a couple of different maps to drive on, and new towns to discover in each. And when you drive, you can complete missions, level up, and unlock new, free cars. The thing I love about this game though, THE ADS ARE VERY, VERY LIGHT. Typically, games like this will flood your time playing them with ads, but not with this game. You can pay $2.99 to remove ads and receive a 2x bonus in the game, but it isn’t really necessary. You’ll be paying for that bonus and the ad that pops up every century while playing. Overall, it’s a really fun game to play any time, but be warned, it can get addicting... (I was up till 3am playing it last night). ✓ #DRIVEFun game. Reminds me of PAKO. Retro 70’s drive game. I purchased the $2.99 remove ads. After playing the game with ads, it’s well worth not having to see ads in between every game. The vehicles are in 3D which adds a nice touch to the game. I would have given the game 5 stars but having to start the game all over again after a crash. Not really a big deal. The controls are spot on. If you like driving, chase high speed games, purchase it. There are bonuses in the game for things like gas, a wrench to fix the cars and coins to do more things..Version: 1.0

✓ FastI like the gameplay speed and the car displays because they have car make of what looks like the best years in the late 90s. Only trouble is that the driver keeps turning the wheel instead of steering into another lane so he seems drunk or drugged. ✓ Honestly a very well made fun detailed gameI was very excited about this game because when I first saw it I thought that it looked awesome. The game is smooth and the art style for the game is incredible. The variety is good although it could use a few more locations. The only thing is that I think they should add different game modes because sometimes I get a bit bored. ✓ Love this!Okay so the game is good, undoubtably. The graphics really impressed me, I really like the whole concept of how this works. Just driving, drift into a gas station to fill up you gas, drift into a drive-thru to pick up a doughnut to shift the cops, drift into a garage to repair your care, pick up bottle caps along the route and use those bottle caps for upgrades to your vehicle ie. speed, grip, coolness (although I don’t know what coolness achieves but hey, I’m cool now) the only thing I don’t understand is postcards, after you’re done with level you’re given a few postcards but I don’t know how they’re working out how many to give me and you need 100 to progress to the next level, 200 for the level after and so on.. I am really enjoying the game though and definitely would recommend..Version: 1.0.3

✓ 6 star gameProbably the best mobile game I’ve ever played. The car selection is big and full of cool cars I’d want to drive. Everything about the game is amazing, by far the best endless run games I’ve played. The Dry Crumbs map is my favorite location, and it’s detailed very well. I like all the features in the game as well and all the things that happen when you’re driving. I also like how some cars are unlocked by doing things a certain amount, instead of all cars being unlocked by credits, or caps in this game. It’s not pay to win and there is little ads compared to other games. Overall, AMAZING GAME!.Version: 2.2.8
✓ Great game but a few suggestionsThis game is fun and the ads aren’t intrusive at all, but the gameplay can be a little simple so I suggest a harder difficulty option with different obstacles. The car crashing can be a little unpredictable and sometimes you take little or no damage and others (like hitting the back of another car) you die instantly. The game looks great but the cell shaders on the coins look a little out of place so I feel if you removed or put it on more things it would look better and more consistent. There should be an option to turn off the feature of looking around by tilting your device, because it can sometimes get shaky or just no work well especially for older devices. Other than that it is a great endless driving game and looks quite nice, with a lot of cars, though I wish there were more..Version: 1.10.2

✓ Pretty goodThe game overall is pretty good. It has an add free version that comes with a price (like most games these days) that I don’t mind not having. The mechanics seem purposefully difficult to learn but after a couple try’s it becomes much smoother and enjoyably repetitive. After a little while you’ll start to be able to purchase more cars and locations with the bottle cap and postcard system (that I really like). Of course there are some bugs for a new game like this. Zen mode does not work for me and the title that reads zen mode often glitches off screen. Other than a few minor bugs and slightly difficult controls this game is really good and very enjoyable..Version: 1.3.4
