✓ Holy moly, SO. MANY. ADS.The game itself is decent. It’s cute enough and works, and the ads at the bottom are fine. However. A level only takes maybe 30 seconds to complete. ✓ Nothing like the videos & too many ads!I saw the video ad for this game in another game I play & liked the idea of found words adding something to the image (mistletoe puts mistletoe on the window, tree puts a Christmas tree in the room, etc). In fact, it was the entire reason I downloaded this game. Unfortunately, those videos are deceptive, as this is nothing more than another plain Boggle-type word game & an extremely simplistic one at that. When it went back to my game, the other word/words were already filled in. However, my biggest complaint was it was advertised as interactive. Find “mistletoe” and mistletoe would be added to the cozy living room setting. Find Reindeer and a reindeer would walk past the window, etc. Nothing like that happens. ✓ Misleading and disappointmenting!The app store shows a video set in a cozy fireside sitting room. When you complete a word (such as "reindeer"), a reindeer outside walks past the window. Nothing even remotely like that exists in the game itself. It's just like every other word game of it's kind, with nothing special to recommend it. I'm glad I didn't spend money on it. ✓ Lots of screwy frustrating problems.I’ve been playing this game a very long time. I have accrued almost 90,000 points. It always feels like the developer either doesn’t own a dictionary or does not know American English. The game’s dictionary frequently does not recognize simple words. I’ve tried e-mailing spelling suggestions many times and I never get a response and nothing ever changes. Today on the bonus puzzles, the letters were “A”, “P, and “P”. I put in APP and PAP but the game wouldn’t move forward. I used the “cheat” button and a 4-letter blank popped up. There were only 3 letters in the puzzle. I kept hitting the “cheat” and it threw in an “I”??? I hit the cheat button all the way through the 4 letters and the word was “PIPA”. Apparently a pipa is a Chinese musical instrument. The levels are too easy and too many words are not recognized by the game. I continued playing despite that because of the weekly competition. I started getting a message that I was using an old version of the app and should update for more features. I checked the latest version and it matched the latest download. After the message popped up 3 more times, I deleted and reinstalled the app. Note only did I lose my progress - I refuse to login to Facebook, the ads started forcing me to click on them to go to their website before I could exit and access the next level.
