✓ Really Fun, but a ScamI really enjoy this game, it’s fun and challenging, my issue are all of the ads. I made the purchase to get rid of ads, the ads never stopped!!! I requested a refund. If spending the money to get rid of the ads actually had gotten rid of the ads, I would have left a 4 or maybe even 5 star review!.Version: 1.19.06
✓ New update destroyed the game!I have been playing this game for years. It has been my favourite non-excessive add game. They'd only play after you lost your round and then you'd continue on your way. But not anymore. They now have what they call "coffee breaks" that pop up DURING GAME PLAY and play adds. I know this isn't uncommon in mobile games, but it is so disappointing that I now have to find a new game where I can just play without being bombarded by adds..Version: 1.19.16
✓ Tutorial Won’t WorkI can’t get through the tutorial. Step three won’t allow me to drag the drill on to the board. I saw similar reviews saying the same thing and that the dev recommended updating but this has made no change. I have even completely uninstalled it and reinstalled it but still no change. ✓ Game doesn’t workGame looks beautiful, love the puzzle concept. Only issue is that the game doesn’t work immediately. During the tutorial, step three you learn to use the drill to remove tiles. Drill doesn’t place no matter what you try. Restart the app, still doesn’t work. Honestly would love to actually play this app..Version: 1.15.02

✓ Glitchy but greatLove the new concept of Tetris! 3D dimensional play adds a layer of difficulty and thoughtfulness. However, it frequently glitches when reopening the app. Force quitting the app doesn’t always work. I restarted my phone and it still has problems. Pls fix! It’s awesome when it works but mostly it’s unplayable UPDATE ON GLITCHES Hey developers! I’m on an iPhone 6. If you have an email I can send you screenshots. There are 2 glitches. The main one is a frozen screen without any visible blocks. The score is 2340 and there is a +999 on the board. I can turn the board both directions, but the two power ups and the menu/pause button are not interactive. The second glitch is when the blocks become invisible. You can move the first batch onto the board but then they become invisible and don’t stick to the board. UPDATE 2 On a hunch I logged out of Facebook and that has mostly resolved the glitch, except that you can’t see the board turn arrows.Version: 1.15.01
✓ Fun, but...I really love this game! Fun and relaxing. However, every time I am beating my high score and happen to leave the app for a few seconds (to check my messages for example) the app shuts down and looses my progression. Also, its not giving me my daily rewards because it always shuts down when its about to happen. All of this is really frustrating in the end..Version: 1.19.04
✓ Can’t get tutorial piece placedI can’t even get through the second step of the tutorial: I can move the piece, but I can’t see it then and no matter how many times I try, it won’t go onto the right location. I’ve used my finger and the stylus. Neither works. The colors are beautiful but are too pale to see easily. I have to peer at the screen from very close to it to read your directions or other printing. I will keep this a while, hoping that the next update will solve this problem, deleting it if it does not..Version: 1.15.02

✓ Waste of £2.99I downloaded this game several weeks ago and have been pretty obsessed with playing it but I could only ever get so far on the free version. So I recently paid the £2.99 so I could progress further (boosters renewed faster is what I thought I’d be getting) but all it’s done is remove the ads! ✓ It was greatSo addicting and relaxing, recommended to friends. However, a recent update now has video ads. Previous versions were sponsored and had no ads. That was my favourite part of the game. ✓ EhI was all happy with it, then I got offered to connect to facebook for quicker booster regenerating. I connected but the booster regeneration was the same amount of time, and on top of that my high score was cleared!.Version: 1.19.01

What’s even more frustrating is the prompts to do so! Have the makers not tested the app promptly? It’s casual, noiseless, entertainment that can be played like a calming fidget toy while listening to music or seminars, waiting somewhere or while trying to drift off at night. So why the low stars? ✓ Good design, but I have some problemsI would give this five stars, but there are some issues in this. It’s a fun game, I’ve been playing it for days, and the game design is commendable. However, I discovered a bug pretty early on that allowed me to come back and keep building on my score, even if I happened to lose the game. I’d been using that for days, and I was nearing a score of 100,000 until I came back after putting my phone down for about 3 hours and everything was gone. You WILL lose your progress if you don’t connect to Facebook. This is particularly upsetting, because i lost my stages and high score (again, like 95,000), and all because I was not connected to Facebook. I don’t even have a Facebook. I then tried contacting someone to problem-solve and there is no direct way to contact anyone who would be able to troubleshoot and there is no information on what to do. I am rather unsatisfied, in my opinion it does not look good to not provide a way for customers to access any form of customer service. Quite irritating. Aggravating.
