This is used with the service GoToAssist I have to help support my end users. I see a lot of reviews about scams, but this app itself is not a scam; however, the app could be used by scammers paying for a subscription; so definitely only use if you know the other party. After the customer support team was finished they specifically told me to disconnect and delete the app. So on the reviews this app is good if YOU and ONLY YOU contacted a reputable company for customer support, if a company contacts you then don’t install it. ✓ True app reviewThis is a tool like any other that can be used for good or bad reasons, as the developer says in the first line. Only use with people you know you can trust. Being an IT professional for more than 25 years. I can tell you I have used this tool to help others out of some bad PC issues. There was a time people had to pay triple for PC services than what I can provide remotely today and, in many cases, can get same day service. So please judge the tool and not the operator behind the tool. I like my customers' ease of connecting to me and assisting all my clients' mobile/tablets, PCS, and mac devices, even during off-hours with unattended access.
