✓ Love the game but....Love the game! It manages to recreate some of that tension from the show (even though there is no ACTUAL money involved). Unlike a lot of games you don’t feel obligated, at least I haven’t at the moment, that you must make in-app purchases in order to progress. However, frustratingly I haven’t been able to log on for the last 3 days with the app stuck at the loading screen or on the home page failing to connect. This is despite WIFI signal being strong (all other apps are working) and downloading the app again or trying different locations has done nothing. The best part are the questions that interest me enough to seek further information.... so I’m learning new things everyday. However, I find it is so time consuming trying to stay in the top levels. It seems impossible to go to the next level without 1) using money for opening gift boxes and 2) spending many hours competing. ✓ Please End Demotions!I thoroughly enjoy playing this game. I’ve only recently started actively trying to climb higher in the standings and levels. This takes a commitment of time and money. I’ve given both. I did not know all the rules. So, after working very hard to get to my next level, I was shocked to be demoted shortly thereafter, apparently for not maintaining a certain standing. This made me upset and angry, to the point that I almost quit playing. And when I look at the totals of those rated in the top 10, I wonder, do these people play 24 hours a day? Do they spend exorbitant amounts of money? Do they cheat? I am not willing to do any of those things. So, PLEASE, leave my level alone, since I worked hard to achieve that but will likely not be able to maintain my position. I realize that in the grand scheme of life, this is just a meaningless game. I play because it’s fun and keeps my brain active, especially during this quarantine craziness. I ask that you appreciate the effort players put in and respect that, by eliminating demotions. ✓ Wrong answersI’ve been playing this game for more than a month. I enjoy playing this game with my wife, however up until now, we have noticed two wrong answers given instead as being the correct ones. 1- the question about the latest letter of the English alphabet, the game gives as a correct answer the letter Y while instead should be letter Z 2- the question about the longest/larger river in Africa. And again the answer was given as river Missouri instead of river Nile. I’m very disappointed that I have lost the chance of being millionaire...hahahahaha However I would appreciate if this answers get rectified ASAP and hopefully not encounter the same problem again even with other questions. ✓ Great test of knowledgeI really like this game. Some reviews have moaned about American questions about sport and monopoly but I’m sure Americans will struggle with some of the uk questions about Hollyoaks and Corrie, it works 2 ways. It is addictive in that I find myself watching the clock to get another mystery box lol, when I’m not that busy. My only complaint is the adverts, far too many and for too long. Some are 5 seconds, that’s fine, time to grab a slurp of tea but 30 seconds every other game. I would rather pay for the app and get it ad free. Be warned though that once you get to the silver tier, you will need to play 24 hours a day virtually to progress - some people obviously have too much time on their hands. The up side is that it’s more educational than Candy Crush 😂😂 UPDATE WHERE HAVE THE DAILY REWARDS GONE?.Version: 23.0.2

✓ The Best GameI love this game. However, over a year ago, the developers began to allow people to skip questions they got wrong. Therefore, you can buy a win. I preferred to use my own intellect and lifelines to secure wins. The game is still fun but not as much as it was. Some questions are easy, some are hard, based on your nationality and your age, as well as your general knowledge. I wish that certain entertainment questions were eliminated. As an American, I have had access to most of the Monty Python material but am at as loss regarding “The East Enders”. I don’t know how popular “ Leave it Beaver” and “ The Simpson” are in Great Britain. Eliminate those questions and let us compete on intellect with limited lifelines available. ✓ Thoughts on a Great gameI think this is a great game. It is challenging and fun. I wish a couple things were different however. First and biggest issue is that you CANNOT progress up the ladder without the help from lifeline cards, the 50:50 and the Ask the Audience as well as Ask the Experts. The expert cards are great and the game provides enough of them with the mystery boxes. However the lifeline cards are not provided as plentifully as you need them. You have to purchase them with gems. Gems are expensive to purchase. It would be nice if the developers who, I understand need purchases to keep the game going, reduced the cost of the gems which you absolutely have to have in order to progress up the ladder. The other thing is that if you beat your opponent going up the ladder and run out of lifelines, if you try answering your last question and miss it you drop down the ladder to wherever you beat your opponent. Annoying to have to choose not to answer the question and can walk away which you can do and get what you won on the previous rung. There are a couple other things but cost of the gems is really my biggest issue with what is otherwise a really great game..Version: 15.0.0

✓ I hope you like Micro transactionsThis game, whilst fun is specifically designed in order to force you in every way possible to pay for one of their in-game micro transactions. Games are way too expensive, with little reward coins wise unless you get the £250K+ questions every time, which wouldn’t be so hard if they didn’t throw complete curve ball questions that needs very specific knowledge for you to know on the third question, yet the 10th question will be some completely easy question for you to answer. I feel that getting to higher tiers, particularly the 1 million should get greater awards. The use of lifelines could also be more restricted to make this a greater achievement to be closer to the original concept. You can play without spending money, as standard this does create some restrictions, in this case it’s fine as long as you don’t want to play that many games in a row and be prepared to leave and come back again in 3 or hours. ✓ Really enjoying!I like that I can answer many questions without “help” but I also like that the more I play the more experts I earn to help me. Yes, I do only play a few games at a time (because I don’t spend any real money), but I don’t mind. I even set my phone alarms so I remember to open my free boxes every 4 hours. I would like the chance to earn gems more often and I would like to be able to see how many lifelines I have available before I begin another round. However, there is one thing I would like to know and can't seem to find any answer... am I playing against live players in real time? Because, if I leave in the middle of a game and, maybe an hour, later come back to it I am still playing the same person. And as I assume the other person hasn't waited I assume the gameplay cannot be with a live person in real time. Also, I never have to wait for the other player to answer, no matter how fast I answer the question. Collecting coins is achievable but diamonds not so as you need to build up more correct answers; use a certain number of experts or something similar; amongst other things or buy them. If only you could use your amassing of coins to buy diamonds it would be worthy of a 5star review - please change! Additionally, I used to be able to move up the leagues in a natural progression but no longer can get past Silver II League, for some reason and am frustrated at getting into top 10 then finding next day I’m way down the pecking order, even though end of time for progression was imminent. ✓ Really good game butI really do enjoy this game a lot and I play this game a lot every single day, especially with the opponent making it even funnier to play. I just don’t like the ads they are becoming every annoying, For example every question I get wrong or move to the next stage there is always an ad. The coins are also annoying to having to pay coins to play compared to the other versions where you don’t, it just seems a little less fun. Also can you make the questions a little tougher to play some of them are pretty basic even for a third grader to know. I know I won’t know them but I like the challenge and love to learn, compared to getting the money. Just little tweaks would make the game better. One other thing can you limit the amount of help given to 50 to 50 and the audience just seems boring with all the options given. ✓ Great gameI've been playing several times daily for around a month now and really enjoying it. I don't know why people complain about cost so much. I have spent nothing but time. Yes I watch an ad after nearly each game but that is how I pay. They are generally short and can be closed after a few seconds. And yes I often select new games because of them. All games are ads or cash or both. Yes there are pop ups with offers to buy diamonds etc but they are not necessary to play and enjoy the game. I collected over 1000 diamonds playing before realising I could actually use them to buy life lines mid game. Even then I'll only spend them if I'm close to a gold box. The free box renews every 4 hours and that provides about 60-70% of your highest city game price. Once you have beaten your opponent you can accept your winnings and retire on any further question - you don't have to answer and lose further winnings. You can always play lower level cities if you do lose money until the free box renews. You simply do NOT have to pay real money to play. ✓ AddictiveThis game is very fun. It was a little confusing at first to learn how to accrue and use lifelines. They are different from the television game. There are experts you can ask for help, but they aren’t always helpful. You need to upgrade them before they are of much help. There are also lots of commercials, and you need to buy expensive gems to advance very far. It would be nice to get to save your progress at more points along the ladder, but you can only save if you don’t take a guess. If you guess wrong, you fall way down the ladder to wherever you beat your opponent. If you don’t beat your opponent, you can’t quit and save where you are. I still haven’t figured out how to earn the last expert in each level. There are lots of bonus games and ways to earn gems, so that is a plus. Overall is a fun game..Version: 34.0.0
✓ Amazing game, but slow unskippable animations make it a dragWhen I’m playing this game I don’t like my flow being messed up… So when I get a question wrong and lose I like to just jump straight back into a new game, however the way the animations are makes this hard. Each time a game finishes I have to sit and watch all the animations slowly happen in front of me, the screen shows a slow animation of my leaderboard position updating, and then once that’s done I have to watch all my coins and rewards being awarded… and I have to wait for each of these animations to finish before I can click off… This is time consuming and a very small but annoying quirk I’m sure most people would agree with me on. On most other games, no matter what the animation the screen is showing you can always tap the screen and it will skip the animation to the final result. I don’t mind watching a few ads, but when I have to watch 20 seconds of animations between each game without being able to tap through them it makes it just almost as annoying as being bombarded with ads. I hope you can respond to, and possibly fix this. I know it’s small but it would make the game experience a lot more snappy and make transitioning swiftly from match to match a breeze that can be done within 2 seconds by tapping through the slow animations that display after each match..Version: 52.0.2
✓ Missing Some Of the Basics it Used to HaveI’ve played for a couple years with some breaks and having returned recently there are a couple glaring problems. The milestone marker is missing which is a huge problem. Especially since earning a silver box after beating an opponent doesn’t lock in a milestone. (Which would be very nice and much more aligned with the original show). Also extra lives seem to be mostly useless. I get many as rewards yet am almost never offered the opportunity to use them. Another big bummer is that I bought a single gem pack for $10 which removed ads (great for faster games) but also removes the OPTION of watching ads for bonus gems and lifelines. ✓ Not perfect but as good as you can expectLet me start with the fact that I hate the whole pay to play and pay to win schemes. Since all the best mobile games are set up this way now it’s unavoidable however I never spend money to buy I game items. I’ll pay to remove ads if I like the game enough. If you like the TV show you’ll like this game no doubt about it. I took one star off for the couple things I would change. Why do I have to wait 3 or 8 hours to open a box once I’ve won it? I won it why don’t I get to open it right then and there other than they want to try to get me to pay to open it? And why can I only keep 4 unopened boxes? My only other complaint is during the actual Millionaire game the only fall back spot is when you beat your opponent and win the bronze box meaning that’s the minimum you would walk away with if you get a question wrong after that point. When you wen the Silver box that should lock that point as a minimum if you get a successive question wrong. The original show had 2 or 3 tiers that you’d be lock in if you made it that far. I haven't even been playing a month and the questions are already repeating. I remember the answers to some of them that I didn't know the first time around, and if I took the trouble to write them down I'd hardly ever need a lifeline or an expert. Updating after another month. I've learned some new facts, which is fun. Who would have guessed there was such a thing as an enigmatic porcupine? Questions repeat a lot, and with the help of available experts I rarely miss an answer. Unlike other games you start to lose interest because you start winning because there is repeat questions. And like the real game show the questions get increasingly difficult. Except a handful of times I’ve noticed there’s been a freebie in the intermediate level questions and vice verse there’s been difficult questions in the beginning, maybe they’re aged or cultural questions however they aren’t easy peasy questions like they’re supposed to. ✓ Very American-Centric QuestionsReally good game and I like the element of moving up scoreboards for added competitive-ness and the graphics are good. There are a LOT of ads, but to be expected for a free game. The only real downside is a lot of the questions are very American-centric. When starting a game the beginning questions are supposed to be easy, but occasionally you’ll get questions that literally no-one, except someone who has watched American television ads/been through the American schooling system, would know. Neither too hard nor too easy - because playing other real competitors means that despite all the lifelines there's still room for both knowledge and luck. Good and bad. Achieving and collecting provide incentives to return, with no automatic punishment for not playing daily. So far only seen one typo in the questions BUT the developer may want to address the rogue superfluous apostrophe in the 'tips' as it really detracts from otherwise overall professionalism. Seen others complain about US slant; I disagree on the whole wrt general knowledge but wish the language was more consistent- use of "mobile" phone suggests British, yet spelling mainly tends to US e.g. Favor not Favour etc. Love the mini city works of art adorning the boxes unlocked on each stage. Having played for a few weeks now, have seen a few more typos, and continuing inconsistencies regarding UK/UK spelling and phraseology. My biggest bugbear though is, for the SIXTH! time, being denied the opportunity to double the gem reward on levelling up, because "the ad could not be shown, or was interrupted ". ✓ Recent Improvements made have elevated the gameI have played this game in a daily basis for the last couple of years. It used to be such a slow paced game having to wait a lot during and between the game. However recent improvements made have been so awesome and I have made the experience so much more better not to mention addictive. Also the questions asked have been improved as well making the questions more relevant and based more of common knowledge. The adds were so repetitive, the same adds over and over again. A great and refreshing change to the adds has been refreshing. A few months ago I would of rated this game a 3 on a good day, but now it really deserves a full rating of 5. ✓ The trick is to answer questions correctlyThe moaning about coins and crystals is a red herring all you need to do is beat your opponent. There are many ways to gain extra crystals and life lines and in fairness it took me a little while to figure out how to work it to my advantage. It is a good, free game with an advert every time you play one game. It is hardly an issue for something fairly educational. My only beef is it does expect you to know a bit about American sports and colloquialisms (I am in the UK), I get tripped up on the really easy questions due to this.Version: 37.0.2

✓ Great gameI have been trying few new games in recent weeks. All in different categories. This one proved to be the best. Most entertaining and you don’t get bored as quickly as with other games. I don’t agree with other negative reviews regarding ads. There are ads but only occasionally. Also if you want more ‘money’ you can watch more ads. My only complaint is that the developers seem to discourage constant play. It takes hours for boxes to open, there is only four unopened boxes you can have at a time. And ‘experts’ can be used again only after few hours. I wish I could play for longer periods without being forced to take a break cause I have four unopened boxes and all my experts are unavailable. But it seems a strange trend with all other games too. They all seem to encourage you to have constant breaks from a game to be able to unlock things, etc. It seem like they do not want people play their games constantly. ✓ Learn something new, some glitchesI started playing 1.5 years ago and made it super far in terms of levels and then on day it wouldn’t load and kept freezing no matter what I did. I contacted customer service and they were zero help whatsoever. Just an endless loop. I had to start completely from scratch which was lame. All my gems!!! 💔 Maybe twice in my time playing I’ve noticed a question is inaccurate but for the most part it’s good information. I don’t mind that some of the questions are completely random or difficult - I often end up looking up things I’ve never heard of and learn something new! It’s a game after all! The whole money thing is completely arbitrary…the prize money doesn’t even match the money ladder and there’s very little the money can actually do. Gems are what it’s all about, and starting out you’re pretty much starved for gems until you get a little nest egg going lol. My last comment is about the new speedy version - frustrating you can’t use milestone markers…what’s the point??? There should be an option or arrow just to go to the next question instead of back to the money ladder for those who want to play rapidly, but sometimes you need to pause or use a milestone maker. ✓ Love the app!!!Seems like the game developers have listened to feed back and the questions are not just geared towards the American audience. Also some of the ads are too long. I prefer the ones where you can cancel the ad after 5 seconds but there are some where you are forced to watch the whole thing. That being said, I love the app and I’m on it daily. Got the app to help improve my memory and knowledge and I’ve found it to be a brilliant app. You make coins if you win against your opponent and you can continue to play afterwards. The game allows you to walk away with the coins you’ve earned if you don’t know the answer (after beating your opponent.) ✓ AddictiveI got addicted to this app even though I am not so good on trivia questions. There are some strange things: there is the amount of money you win in the show but there is a different amount you get in internal currency (which is linear instead of exponential). Why? You need to collect boxes and open them to obtain lifelines and experts. It is a bit too easy because you can use as many lifelines and ask as many experts as you like. You play against another player but not at the same time. I guess this is a previous game. I don’t even think you answer the same questions which would make more sense. ✓ Making game more fun.I Have enjoyed playing this game for a while now. There are minimal problems. When I’m trying to watch ads for diamonds etc once I get to the point where I’ve earned the diamonds it freezes and not only does not give me the diamonds I am locked out until the next day. Sometimes the game itself freezes and I can’t win. It gets very frustrating. I always feel “behind the eight ball”. Never can get ahead. There should also be a way to correct a mistake. For example wanting to use change question and it wrong icon the one beside it goes into function instead. It would be better if in some way you could void that accidental choice. ✓ My all time favourite gameI’ve been playing this game for ages. It got me through all the Lock Downs and it’s still my favourite game. Lots of optional features that allow you to build up your score if you wish. ✓ I love this game, but room for improvement.I would love to give WWTBAM a five star rating, and hope to one day. The format is great, it has in app purchases but I don’t feel pressured in any way to buy them, and I really enjoy playing it before bed and ending the day with some trivia. That said, it could use a wider variety of questions. Sometimes I’ll get three definition of geography questions in a row, which gets a bit old. More customization of user profiles would be nice, like the ability to use GameCenter instead of Facebook, or the ability to add profile photos without Facebook. GameCenter especially would be the biggest and most welcome change; meaning the ability to play against friends without having to use what is essentially spyware. ✓ Good for quizzers!I’ve been playing this on and off for a while now and still enjoy it although when I played on another device from the beginning I discovered that the questions were the same, in the same order as my previous game, the opposition even answered wrong at the same place! Spoilt the game really but I still play as I like general knowledge quizzes and this is the best quiz app I’ve found. Rarely crashes and it’s easy enough to earn coins and gems. ✓ Great game overallI love this game overall as I love trivia and learning new things. Really the only thing I dislike is that if you and your opponent both win the million you have to split it. You can’t control how your opponent does so there is no way to make sure you win and they lose. In my current highest city if you both win you each get $250,000 and if you both go out on the final question you each get $225,000 so you do basically as well both losing as both winning. If you got the full amount for winning regardless of if you opponent got the final question right or not it would make it more fun and might make it easier to advance leagues. That being said I truly enjoy this game and this one issue certainly isn’t enough to make me want to stop playing, I’m just mentioning it in hope that the developers may respond and explain why it is this way..Version: 15.0.0
