✓ Nice features but beware free trial to year subscription trapThis has nice features but like a lot of Apple apps has become seriously over priced with all this subscription stuff. I like the videos, the meditations weren’t my taste and the games are good but quite few. Justifying a £7.99/ week fee or the £79 per year subscription, around the same as a Netflix subscription with all that content and actors, is very hard. I enjoyed by trial but am immediately suspicious of any app which has as the “penalty “ for forgetting to cancel the trial, the full years premium subscription. It doesn’t have to be that and afaic its a trap.Version: 1.12

✓ Do not downloadIt makes you sign up for a subscription “with a 7 day trial,” you have fun exploring, forgetting to cancel because who wants to pay $60 to play with digital bubble wrap. Once you’re bored playing you don’t even think to cancel the trial because there’s no profile/settings button you can click on to do it. The only way you would know is if you went through the hassle of googling it and did it within your settings. And if you don’t, like many in these reviews also seem to have experienced — 7 days later you get a $60 charge not knowing when you allowed for it. I requested a refund 3 times and emailed their support like they will likely reply here with — and got denied..Version: 1.13
✓ Great, Far too expensiveI love this app, it’s very calming/relaxing and I love the controls on all the sounds. I’m very busy all the time and I have trouble sleeping so I love the features, but like many others have said it’s very expensive for an app and I would pay $4 a month or a one time purchase to use this. ✓ Used to love this app. 💔I‘ve had this app since the end 2019, I remember they had some free calming games and free songs/audio books you could listen too. It really helped calm my anxiety and stop me from over stressing. ✓ Trial is not free!Update in response to developer: I reiterate that the trial was NEVER free and I was IMMEDIATELY charged $65.99. I cancelled the trial immediately but was still charged. I acknowledge that I should have read the T&C more closely, but I do think that rather than blaming the customer for assuming an obvious conclusion to make, the developer would be better off making this charge more clear during the sign up process. Luckily, Apple has great customer service and I have already been refunded, however I have deleted this app and will not be using it. Original review: Signed up for the trial assuming it was free, as most trials are. Was then charged $65.99. I now have to go through the tiresome process of requesting a refund. That Brought My Anxiety Back UpThis might have been an ad on Instagram a few weeks back that got me to download the app. I forgot about it until today when I was looking for another app and decided to set it up. When I saw the $49 for three months, I immediately uninstalled it, even though I could have done the seven day free trial. The reason I didn’t do the trial is because after the 7 days my account would have been charged the $49. Although I could have set a reminder, I still would forget to unsubscribe.
