✓ I’d love to give it 5 stars, but…I’d love to give this game 5 stars, but I can’t. This is one of my favorite games! I played it for a while a few years ago but got a new tablet that couldn’t handle it, another story for another place. Anyway, I got a new IPad recently with tons of room and a fast processor so this was the first game I downloaded! The problem? We’ll, it keeps having connection problems and freezes! Anything I had done and earned gets deleted and I have to redo stuff! I’ve watched several videos just for blueprints and then they disappear with the connection problem!! Also, it takes forever to earn blueprints and coins to expand but there isn’t enough room for all of the stuff you need to earn coins!.Version: 2.8.0
✓ Great game but…..Been completely honest I have enjoyed this game, sure it’s got limitations, progression is very slow, you will often be given task which are a few levels above you but I’m glad to see you can progress without spending money on gems etc which are frequently given away, I just wish they would rebalance things a bit. The main reason why it’s one star is that it’s rapidly becoming unplayable, you will constantly get reconnection errors and at time claims the service is down for servicing and because of that the game is days away from been deleted..Version: 2.0.35

✓ The AIThe AI on this game needs serious improvement. For example, when my queues for one of the GP offices gets to 5, the patients would rather die or leave angrily than walk across the hospital to use an empty GP office. I have unlocked the 1st extension to the hospital (paid money to do this cos it would have taken weeks otherwise) and nobody uses it. Waste of time and money. Got the canteen. Never seen anybody in it. Patients die way too quickly. Need a tool where u can pause the game and reset the hospital layout and reorganise from scratch. It’s so hard to shift things about. ✓ Frustrating as hellI worked hard to get my hospital started but suddenly after server maintenance every time I accidentally pulled down the notification centre on iPhone, the whole hospital would reset! ✓ Good portA poor remake of Theme Hospital. You cant design your own hospital, the buildings are all preset. Best you can do is move furniture and offices around. Annoying how there is no idle cash collection, since its supposed to be an idle game. So you still need to login every few mins to collect cash. Also get inundated with impossible missions. ✓ Difficulty curve too quickGood game, but the difficulty curve comes too quickly at around level 12/13, making it really difficult to keep patients alive/ happy/ cured and it makes the whole experience very stressful for me and makes me give up the game..Version: 2.2.38
✓ Great game but a couple bugsOnly rating low so it gets noticed. Besides the bugs it’s a great game. One bug is when you’re curing a vip patient and you’re selecting which room they need to get visit to find what’s wrong and the buttons don’t work. Sometimes you’ll have to close the app and restart it and then press which room to send them too. Also a couple suggestions would be to have an edit but where you go into edit mode and can store all items and redesign your hospital. It can be difficult rearranging buildings with no space. Also another suggestion, what’s the point in showing the coffee cups and toilet paper above the cafe and toilets if you can’t speed them up. It’s misleading when you’re speeding up the other rooms and constantly click on the cafe/toilet and realise you can’t speed them up. If the cafe could have employees and be levelled up then that’s understandable. Besides that it’s a great game and very enjoyable and addictive..Version: 2.0.22

✓ Issues to sortStarted this game, started out good but now it keeps cutting out far too often. Plus when ever I click in the ads to cut down the time at the pharmacy, the ad just cuts out and nothing is added. The old folks take far too long to reach their destination, if you don’t keep feeding them medication until they reach their destination or whilst they are waiting they expire far too quickly, too frustrating. I agree with what someone else said you should be able to employ porters..Version: 2.0.14
✓ Too glitchy and slow without subscribingSo, I really wanted to like this and it reminds me a lot of an old hospital sim game I played that I loved. However, after a few days of play I have two issues, the first of which is causing me to uninstall it 😢 1 - it keeps losing a lot of the work I’ve done. I just went back in and having logged in off and on all day and building on the rooms I had finally gotten enough to build yesterday, I find it’s dumped me back at yesterday morning so I’ve probably lost at least 10 hours of gameplay 😢 it’s done this a few times now and so frustrating to finally get something built just to have it all disappear. 2 - about the time you’ve filled the first building with machines, equipment, etc. then things get expensive and require a lot of “blueprints.” Unfortunately if you aren’t paying $5/week despite watching lots of ads to try to get more blueprints and money, you’ve hardly made a dent in what you need to expand further. I was having enough fun I was going to actually pay for it but now add that to all my work keeps getting erased, and I’m removing it today 😢 Super bummer. Few small things I wish they’d change like not having to keep manufacturing the drugs to treat people instead of that being automated and let a few staff roam and fill In when a doctor takes a break instead of shutting that room down but overall fun until the glitches and the cost make it unplayable..Version: 2.2.9
✓ Great game but buggyI absolutely love playing this game and have for a very long time. Unfortunately, recently it has become very buggy and I haven’t been able to enjoy playing it. If you watch ads it messes with the connection to the server and I have to close out the game and get back in. Not a huge problem. My biggest gameplay issue has been recent. I can no longer register for the events. When each event starts it tells me registration is closed, event ending soon even when the event just started. I have found I am not the only player with this problem. Now game developers, before you respond to this and say please email support please note that I did three weeks ago and I am still waiting for a reply, I described my issue with game ID and version. And that is after having to dig for the contact email since it is not available in game. This also leads me to believe the game is no longer supported. The event feature is one I enjoy and if the issue doesn’t get resolved I’ll be forced to have to delete the game. Which I have deleted and reinstalled many times to see if this would fix the issue; it did not. If there is support still out there please fix the bugs so I can enjoy the game again!.Version: 2.5.1

Initially was good, until you needed more room….it costs you 35 blueprints to open the first expansion. ✓ Game Progression Vs Level UpsI will begin by saying this is one of the better simulation builder management games out right now. The graphics are rich and vibrant and the gameplay keeps interest. However, similar to many of the reviews posted, there needs to be major change to the level of requirements from the patients vs the level the player achieved. The current settings honestly do not allow a player to “EVER” meet the needs of the patients. The time allowed to fulfill the patient needs before they become unhappy or dead is kind of joke. I know the current trend is to create enough difficulty to push players into actual purchasing items to get ahead but there should be at least some type of need vs ability structure that makes since. Right now it is all over the place. Lastly, the touch sensitivity within the game definitely needs attention. Even after the recent update the Advisor List is extremely unstable and you can barely click on any of the listed items..Version: 1.0.9

✓ A Bit Buggy and Bit LackingI’ve only been playing this game for the past few hours now, but I have had some experiences with glitches and the game freezing for a few seconds every so often. So far, it’s only forced me out once to restart, but it has happened. One thing I’ve noticed (and this could just be me. Again, I’ve only been playing for a few hours and I’m only at level eight) is that it doesn’t seem to have many options when it comes to hiring employees. What I mean by that, is that when I need to find more doctors, they’re all men. I’ve found one female doctor to hire, but she was dressed as a nurse. There are also no male nurses or female janitors/handymen. I don’t know, it just kind of bothered me to see that. Maybe there are a lot more options in all departments and I’m just seeing a less diverse selection? I’m not sure, but I think it would be cool if the creators could add more female doctors and janitors/ handymen and more male nurses :).Version: 1.0.6

✓ Love it butThere are many cool things that come with this games but the features that need work is the inventory cap and the fact that they are really trying to make money off of this game. I feel like either a one time fee is acceptable or a monthly subscription, not weekly. It takes a long time to get diamonds and you have to have them to upgrade. It takes a long time to expand because you need blueprints. I dont even have all the rooms i need. ✓ BLUEPRINTSI actually love this game. Except the fact that you completely run out of space and the game is literally forcing you to buy gems to proceed. You have to wait 12 hours between the blueprint tasks which are needed for expanding. The first expansion you need 12. The game forces you to spend all of yours very early. So you have patients getting angry you can’t treat them because you’re continuing to level up but not expanding. So you can’t fit any new doctors like the X-ray or second ones so people stop getting mad in cues. I literally do not have another single tile on my floor to use and I have 20,000 cash. You can’t buy gems with cash but you can buy cash with the gems that take forever to earn. Long story short. If you have money play it because it’s fun. But if you’re broke like me it turns into a huge disappointment. Who can afford to be buying gems during this pandemic and you’re literally forcing players. Most other games with gems and stuff are different and more of an optional thing. Just make it a paid game. Oh also. To upgrade your stations to make them go faster? Also costs blueprints. So you’re waiting 12 hours for 1 blueprint. The first expansion takes 12 and every single upgrade takes 1+. If that isn’t proof idk what is. Just make it a paid game.Version: 2.0.24

✓ Money is too hard to obtainIt’s an okay game so far. I haven’t played it enough to really get into it. So far I only have one complaint. The money is too hard to obtain starting out. After the tutorial, it leaves you in a bind. You get a patient that requires a lab too soon after the tutorial. The lab cost 1800 money, and it’s a struggle to even get 1000 this early. I’ve spent all the money I have on benches, and still have patients complaining that there aren’t enough. It doesn’t help that the staff goes on breaks constantly so it leaves you with a crowd of angry patients on top of not having enough benches or a lab..Version: 1.0.11

✓ Better but it still has so many problemsAfter fixing the server issues, this game is more palatable, but main issue is how hard it is to earn money and expand. You only earn money when you are playing the game. If you come back after hours, you can click on coins but the biggest amount of earnings I’ve seen have only been around 500 and the others are averaged at 75, and I’m level 16. Yes, I’ve upgraded the rooms I already have. Things I wish they would do: 1) 360 degree the hospital - it’s so hard to see where I’m placing things. I wish I could spin the hospital to put benches and stuff up against the wall. 2) Allow is to store chairs, plants, statues, and vending machines so it’s easier to redesign the hospital. 3) When clicking on the staff book, tell us where we placed them AND when we click on them take us to where they are. 4) Make a map option or list option would for all of our buildings (research, medical store, ambulance, etc.) and let us click on them to take us there faster instead having to moving around with your finger..Version: 1.0.6

✓ Lots of issues that need sorting.It’s an ok game, but with so many issues. Something that really needs implementing is something that allows you to direct patients on where to go. For instance, when you look at each illness, you should be able to click on it and a screen comes up where you can select which rooms they can go to. Only rooms that the patient needs to go to will be highlighted. You can then select which rooms you want them to go to. You can do it so multiple of the same room type can be selected. This really needs doing, as currently they only go to the closest room unless the copy is really close. This means that if a patient chooses to go to the wrong room, they have to walk much further and this can mean they don’t get cured. Another thing needed is an actual edit mode. Moving layouts currently is tedious and putting things in storage can sometimes lead to loosing equipment. With these changes, the game will be a lot smoother..Version: 1.0.6

✓ Mediocre Theme Hospital LookalikeSo this game is ok for a phone game. I downloaded it as soon as it was out and got bored in the first 10 minutes. I still play it a few minutes each day but it seems like if you aren’t constantly playing you don’t earn anything while it’s off. So my progress is going very slow. I got this game because it looked very similar to Theme Hospital on the pc which is the most addicting game ever! However this game just feels like it tried and missed, the fact that it’s a freemium game probably hinders it the most. I’d much rather pay $10-$20 for a full game that can be played as much as I want without timers on everything. I’ll keep playing and see if it becomes more engaging but I feel I’m going to loose all interest in the next week or two. ✓ OkThis game is an ok app. At first I loved it! There was all this creative stuff that I really loved about it. But then as I started playing it more some problems started occurring. My patients would get mad that there wasn’t a vending machine in there area. I’d put a vending machine there. Then a person on the other side of the hospital would get mad because they had waited to long to get cured. It was impossible to make the patients happy. Also sometimes I would try to diagnose a patient but get it wrong. Then when I looked up the patients name it would say “Angrily leaving the hospital”. ✓ Interesting gameThe game is pretty fun, especially for the first 15 levels or so. I’ve been playing a lot more than expected. I think I may be done though because I realized the second and third sections of the hospitals are too far apart. You can’t control which rooms a patient is sent to, and many patients cannot survive long enough to make it from one section of the hospital to the other. Even if you get them to 100 health after the GP visit. So basically you need to arrange things so that a patient can go through the rooms within the same section of the hotel otherwise they will die. However they only let you build one of some of the rooms. So it’s not that useful to have two x-ray rooms if they aren’t in the same section, because patients sent to the far room will die before they can walk across the hospital to other rooms. This could be fixed if they let you set which patient types are preferably sent to which rooms..Version: 2.0.24
✓ People TalkingI was playing this game last fine and I turned off all the music and sound in the game in the game settings so I could play my own music while using the game. Well this morning I went on it and with the music and sounds still off people started talking. It sounds like a very busy office with tons of people talking and paper rustling and it’s not another app running in the back cuz this game is the only one open. I don’t know what this is but it is very freaky and not sure if there is a virus in the game but it should be checked out cause this isn’t right. ✓ Good Start - Many BugsI really love this game, but lots of problems. You do not really earn anything when away from the game, you have to constantly play to earn funds. The game progresses really quickly, which keeps you busy, but you barely earn enough coin to keep up. Forget upgrading anything, you spend all your money buying new facilities or you fall behind. There is also a few bugs with the quests, especially in the Hospital quests. Apparently having a “total” of something means building more of them. The game only understands the total rooms, benches, and plants. It doesn’t understand “total” blocks, or most props. Game keeps saying to claim daily login bonus even when already claimed. There is little to no advantage in buying higher price props except for aesthetics. You spend more coin completing quests than you get as a reward...ex: spending 2000 coin for 10 benches for 200 coin reward. You have very little control over whether or not a patient dies. It will constantly happen but raising the cure rate is really out of your control..Version: 1.0.6

✓ Kids enjoyed this gameThey asked for permission to buy a piggy bank. I let them. They bought a piggy bank and they didn’t get the rewards from it. I contacted the company Support after having to do some digging to find a Support email. They were very responsive initially and said they would help. They asked for the receipt from Apple and I sent it and it’s been two weeks and they’ve been silent despite my follow-ups, so I sought my refund from apple. The kids also say that they constantly have connection issues so they may be moving on from this game. as I said, the kids thought the game was fun, and you might too but be careful when making purchases and I hope you have patience..Version: 2.8.0

✓ Developer, have you gona mad?I took one look at this game and said, yep that's a rip Off. Though this game is free it obviously is trying to be two point hospital without an entry price. That was what i originally said in my first review, and then the developer responded with and i quote its not a rip off this game was put on thr app store first and to that i say ARE YOU INSANE two point hospital is a game for pc made before this and its the spiritual successor to theme hospital. And has enjoyable comedy and solid gameplay though hindered by long wait times and feeling like its impossible to get enough general docters. But the artstyle and comedic essence are really the highlight. This game is all the bad parts of two point hospital with none of the good and this is one of the worst games on the app store.Version: 2.2.1
✓ What’s going on with the servers?I like the game I have been playing for a couple months now. It’s a fun game. I have a blast playing this game every two days I move the rooms around for the events so I can get a good score & go for the gold chest! Also you can earn in game currency pretty easy and chest. I am sitting on over 100 chest right now because I have open sum chests and then it said reconnecting to server! I logged it back in and realize I lost the chests & everything in the chests... I was hoping there would be an update they would’ve fix the server issues but it seems like it’s getting worse I can’t even play more than a couple minutes before it’s reconnecting again. At this point it’s getting to where I can’t even play.... please fix.Version: 1.0.9
✓ Good game, but constantly crashes at higher levelsI’ve enjoyed the game, and have played to level 36, but at this point it barely runs a minute without crashing. The other problem is with most of the existing hospitals being on dead accounts, even the top hospital has been gutted down to only a few rooms. When their server gets cleaned up some, and the crashes fixed, it would be a 5 star game easily. For myself, I’m done with the crashes, because each crashes forces you to repeat actions that were not able to register due to the crash. ✓ Needs fixingThis is one of my favourite games out there but, lately it’s starting going weird and it won’t let me go into my original hospital I’ve made and every time I reset the game it changes hospitals. I don’t know if this is just me or what..Version: 2.0.22

✓ It’s a cool game with a major issue imoI really like this game, it’s actually pretty addictive. My only issue is that for some reason my diamonds keep disappearing. The first time it happened (earlier today) I noticed I had an extra slot for medical supply. That took like 80 diamonds and I didn’t even want the slot. This next time is the reason why I’m writing the review. Although I was more upset the first time and this time I only lost maybe 3 diamonds this is the second time it has happened. I’ll likely keep this game but if it keeps taking my diamonds I’m going to delete it because it’s frustrating..Version: 1.0.11
✓ Needs to be improvedThis game starts out really fun and its very addicting in a good way however eventhough getting blueprints is not very hard and i appreciate the fact paying is not necessary at all in this game which is amazing, the amount you need to do anything feels so excessive it takes so many days to get them. Maybe it wouldn't feel so daunting if the ads were available but for some reason after a few days the man that offers deals in exchange of watching ads does not come and its very frustrating. ✓ Good game has issuesI love this game but I’ve had a load of issues with it and it’s not easy to get help to sort them. ✓ GOOD but needs some major improvement!I’ve been playing this game ALOT and to be honest it’s a good game but it needs improvement. The first improvement I would like to see is that we can add friends within the game, request help for patients from other players, find hidden treasures, give us a option to store trash cans and seats or sell not just sell, MAKE MONEY WHEN WE ARE AWAY! It’s not fair that want I come back 2 hours later I can’t collect money. Also I would like if we could do something to improve the doctors and nurses knowledge and also a way to speed up the process once a patient is in treatment. Also expanding should be an option not just starting another location. Sometimes the game freezes some of the features freeze when you click into it so it’s a little bit buggy I believe and upgrade will get rid of those. ✓ Pretty goodI wish there were more ways to collect blueprints in order to expand the hospital. Or that less of them are required. It would be nice to have more task slots available, as well. Storage is a problem early on, too. ✓ Symptomatic of a broken ecosystemThis game is engineered around micro transactions. This distracts massively from strategy, fun, and engaging with the game. ✓ Have questions/need answers or FAQI installed the game several days ago and am managing to move along. Note to others, when first starting out, save your diamonds. You will need them sooner than you think for the first expansion. My biggest question at the moment is it allows you to purchase up to 4 reception desks. I have 3 and 2 are set up but patients are inly going to one of them while the other is doing absolutely nothing. I have tried to move it around to different locations by different doors but patients still only go to one. What is the point of several and spending the money if only one works. It would be nice if there was an FAQ section to explain how some of the aspects of the game work or are supposed to work. Right now Im winging it as i go and trying to figure things out. Also it would be nice it the warehouse told you what ur limit was and if you were getting close. I received medical boxes with items but had no room and wasnt sure what to do. It would also be cool if we could sell stuff from the warehouse too. Im sure myself and others will have additional questions, so a chat area of some sort would be nice. All and all, so far i am pleased with the game. Although if it takes too long to complete certain actions or the expansions are ridiculous amounts of money, people will lose interest and I NEVER spend my real hard earned money on a game..Version: 1.0.6

✓ Addictive but needs improvementI love playing this but do not like how you can’t earn more money while away. It’s always the same set amount and you need to always collect and reenter the app to make more. It can take forever to make a lot of cash to do anything in the beginning. Also you run out of space but then waiting to level up to expand I can see how people get frustrated and give up. Not sure if it’s a glitch right now but I am not able to register for any events the last fortnight. I’ll see an event finish and then it just comes up “coming soon” I won’t even leave the app constantly checking and then all of a sudden registrations are closed and have to wait another 2 days for the same thing! ✓ Love it but.....I love this game but I only have 1 room left to build. I’d love to see some updates - more rooms, upgrading staff rooms, cafes & toilets for increased happiness & less time consumption per room. I’d also like to see the handymen upgradeable. I’d love to keep playing but I’ll get bored quickly if there isn’t something new on the horizon for this game. EDIT- I did love this game BUT I’ve built every room, updated everything possible & hired the highest level of docs, nurses & janitors available. I’m at the highest level hospital that’s available. I’ve treated every disease available too. There’s, unfortunately, no place left to go with this game unless I want to do the same things over & over again. I do not. ✓ Fun to play (when the app actually loads)This game plays like a dream. Everything you want from a sim game; easy dialogue, easy mechanics, easy on the eye... ✓ I like it, but I’m stuckI like the design of the game, but I played it a lot on the first day, then hit a wall. I ran out of space, so I can’t put in the next diagnosis room. The problem is it’s way too hard to get blueprints. I have less than half the amount needed to unlock the next hospital area. Now I have to decide if I want to log in daily for weeks or just give up on the game. Also it would be nice if you had some kind kind of construction screen so you didn’t have to take so long to move things around.
