✓ Never received tilesI will never order form this company again. Spare yourself the stress and frustration and order from somewhere else. After receiving 3 different tracking numbers for my order of four tiles (all because the orders kept disappearing) the order finally said it was delivered after being over a month late. The ONLY thing that was delivered was the leveling tool to help hang the tiles. So the tool came but no tiles!? Doesn’t even make sense. I am hoping to get a refund of my money since I never received my order, but who knows if that’ll ever happen since now after I’ve spoken to multiple customer service reps I am just getting an automated reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. My money was taken and I never got any tiles. :(."Will not order wver again"Version: 2.9.6

✓ Kevin Tierney can’t winI was a scuba diver. Six years ago, I took a photo and entered a contest. I won 9 days of diving with manta rays in The Sea of Cortez. We did 3 dives on the first day all deeper than 100 ft. Apparently the pressure was too much for my undiagnosed tumor on my neck and I suffered a stroke. My girlfriend, who I brought on the trip kept me in her house for 3 years. How can I ever repay that? The tiles I ordered were to be a birthday present for her. It’s next week. My package was not delivered to my apartment door. My home health aide searched the lobby in the Bronx building where I live. UPS claims that they delivered it yesterday. ✓ Don’t stick and break easily.Im not one to leave bad reviews. But I just received 8 glass tiles. One of them Arrived broken and the others don’t stick well. They’ve only been on my wall for 1 day and out of the 8 I ordered I have 4 left because they’ve all fallen and broken. Not happy because for $10 a piece I would expect to work better specially the glass ones. I reached out to them regarding 1 that was broken upon delivery and they were nice to reprint it. But now that they don’t stick and keep falling AND breaking, I’m def not happy with the service. My wall is just a regular wall, no bumps or anything is the such. ✓ Do not buy!I bought 16 tiles and all of them were of bad quality. All the photos turned out to be blurry and grainy and definitely not the high standard as advertised! My photos uploaded were of ultra high definition and the tiles came out looking nothing like the photos. I already complained to their customer services and all they did was to send another 16 tiles of the exact quality! I had already pointed out to them there was no point in giving me a replacement if the quality was the same! Don’t waste your money with this company..FafepotVersion: 2.4.0

✓ Not as good as I hopedI really like the idea of these photo tiles, but after being up less than a week on our wall, 5 of my 12 tiles have fallen and therefore dented corners. I even cleaned the surface with alcohol pads before. I think buying a stronger mounting product that holds weight will do the trick. There are removable adhesives that I’ve had much better experience using. It’s the “3m Command brand, damage free hanging” strips. I recommend using these instead to prevent damaging your photos and/or scaring the crap out of whoever happens to be in the room when it falls..WithjoshVersion: 6.0.0

✓ False advertisement - low quality prints - awful customer supportI ordered 23 tiles, hoping the quality of the images would be the same as the ones advertised on their website. The quality was so low, even the images were high resolution with high quality. The worst part was their customer support. According to their website: “We know you are going to love your EasyTiles experience. In fact, we're so confident that we are pleased to provide an unconditional money-back guarantee. If within the first 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily provide a complete refund.” This is a completely false statement. When I contacted them, after many emails and conversations, they just simply said “the quality of our prints are the best and blah blah.” And, they did not refund me. ✓ Awful companyI wouldn’t order from here again My pictures that were sent came out an awful quality and when trying to get in touch with EasyTiles and sending over 3 emails regarding this no one got back to me. I still have not heard and I’m stuck with over £100 of pictures I can’t even put up. ✓ Not so RestickableThey look beautiful and color is just right but they don’t stick on or stay on easily after you have moved them off from the original spot you put them on. We moved the picture from one wall to another and one of the three would not restick and stay. The other two stick for a few days and then fell off. I ended up using command strips after trying to reorder the stickers backing with them and it didn’t send..Dee23dee23Version: 2.9.1
