✓ Waste of time and moneyI have been looking for a few months for a quick easy way to loose some weight because I feel self conscious with my body and have never felt comfortable or had the confidence to go to a gym. After seeing a work out video on YouTube I thought this could be a perfect for me and then finding out there was an app I was even better until downloading it. You have to pay premium for 99% of the products including meal preps which was really disappointing.
