✓ TerribleI’ve been sold on downloading the ENDVR app to collect rewards for our practice for a promotion through Safilo/Kate Spade eyewear. Two months later my request is still pending on the app for Kate Spade, I’ve sold a bunch of frames from the brand because of the promotion yet haven’t been able to upload my sales receipts for August and September and now the promo is over. Our Kate Spade rep has terrible communication skills as I’ve reached out to her regarding ENDVR and have not heard back at all. What a waste of time..TheblindopticianVersion: 4.33

✓ Awful UIPoorly designed user interface requires too much scrolling. Active missions should have a search function. Manufacturers launch missions with very limited budgets so the missions disappear to quickly and often before I can enter sales receipts. ✓ Hard to navigate, buggy, unusableTruly one of the most poorly made apps I’ve ever had to use. ✓ More Hassle than what it’s worthSo working in *glorious* retail is bad enough now when using the app it will crash or not load and I can’t just update it like a normal app I have to delete it and redownload it. ✓ Brands trying to buy salesI get what Endvr is trying to do for their vendor partners. This basically has retail sales people pushing customers towards whatever brand pays the sales person the most money to sell that brand’s stuff. It takes honest unbiased opinion out of the sales.
