✓ Fix FreezingYour app updated today and said it “fixed the freezing bug”. It didn’t work at all. I have been in the same game for two days!! It loads quickly; however, I tap to continue and it freezes. I might get to make one or two moves. I have tried other games on my phone and they work perfectly. It is just your game that is not working. I really enjoy the game, but I am now frustrated with it. Initially, I would have given it 5 stars, now it is 1 Star. Tried doing App Support, but that sent me to an unsecure page and it was for people to submit app ideas. I wanted to request help with the game problem. So, here is the request. If the game starts working as it should, then I may submit a new review..Version: 2.05

✓ Great GameThis game really hooks me in. It is challenging and has more variation than many “drag” games. Love it. But ads are loooooong and some of them burst out with noises despite all silent settings, so I cannot play it in bedroom, for example. Also I wrote to ask them how much advert-free time they are selling for their £3.99 fee. NO RESPONSE..Version: 2.03
✓ Really addictiveA really addictive game. But lately the app is so sluggish. I have to keep reattempting to move some blocks before they actually move. It’s causing me to lose it’s so bad now. ✓ Has PotentialOverall, I really enjoy this game. It has quickly ascended to the top of my favorite games to play. The gameplay is engaging and entertaining. Takes some strategic maneuvering and calculation to get things where they need to be for the next move. However, although I recognize that the timer is supposed to intensify the challenge, the enjoyment of the challenge dwindles when it becomes impossible. The countdown before it adds another row seems to speed up the once you hit 15. And it seems to progressively speed up the closer you get to 20. Adding an option for the timer to be turned off, or a game-mode that doesn’t include the timer, would be an awesome addition for those of us who take just a few extra seconds to process what we’re seeing and make a move. If a challenge is too difficult people becomes disenchanted and move on to other games. It’s insanely frustrating when the only moves you have are down at the bottom of the pile and you can’t get to them, or you don’t have time to adjust for the numbers that are locked together before another row is added..Version: 2.03

✓ Please fix this issueSo I was in a middle of merging some of the cubes and the screen froze. I was able to pause the game and watch ads but when I went back In to continue it still was frozen. I have a iPhone and I’m on 12.4.1, I know your going to say I need to force close my app and try again. Sure this will work, However this happens periodically when I’m on a streak to getting to the highest level. Or just trying to beat my own score. So no I didn’t force quit the app, I just closed the app. AND ITS STILL ON THE SAME PROGRESS. Another thing I notice is through your the game as your merging quickly the cubes seems to merge right through each other but never give you the next number. I think there is a game glitch here. I like non-competitive, fun, easy games that aren’t hard on the brain, which is why I thought at first this wasn’t the game for me. It looked difficult, rushed, and low-rewarded. As it turns out, it is a really great game, not anything like I thought it would be. It is difficult, and it takes practice, but it is also FUN and ADDICTIVE. I could play this game for hours strait and never get bored. I would encourage those of you who like challenges and hard games to try this, because it will be just your cup of tea. ✓ A really fun game, but some suggestionsI downloaded this game about 3 weeks ago and it’s safe to say that I am addicted. It’s fun, it’s challenging, and everyone else that I have shown it too has thoroughly enjoyed it too! The ads however are very long and frequent, many are happy to watch the ads in exchange for a reward (extra life’s) or even at the end of the game or at a milestone, however it is annoying having to watch an ad everytime you pause especially if your game is interrupted quite frequently. I wonder if it is to discourage pausing the game to plan out future moves, if that it the case a pause screen were you can’t see the game board maybe a more desirable solution. I love the added daily challenges, since with practice 20 is quite easily achievable now, I almost solely play using the daily challenge, which brings my next few suggestions. Bring in an unlimited game play mode! not a daily challenge, but a game mode that lets you get higher than 20. Likewise, use the daily challenges to bring in new challenges, like staring with more or less tiles in the beginning, as the current cycle of challenges is getting a bit repetitive. ✓ Yep!Okay, so yeah I agree with everyone about the ads being too long and too frequent... but that seems to be most games now. I do disagree with the people saying that it’s too fast. I feel it actually makes the game challenging and makes you think quickly as the layers build up! I feel of it were slower I would grow tired of the game for the lack of challenge. I have managed a game that lasted over an hour with a score of above 30,000 points accumulated... so to say that it is too fast I think is just a warning for those looking for a game to quieten the mind... because it’s not for that.
