✓ Not happyI am so disappointed with this app. I purchased the premium. 3 out of 5 searches result in nothing found. The description states “hundreds” of ailments are addressed. I have counted exactly 169. More than just a few “oil uses” have none listed. The home page shows some great teasers with Specific oil benefits and stats that can only be partially read. And lastly, I read in the App Store that I can turn off auto renewal under the settings for this app, yet the app doesn’t even appear under my settings page. I feel duped and can’t even find a contact number or customer service link. I clicked on “app support” in the App Store and it took me to another Essential Oil app..Version: 1.3.1
✓ So disappointing...Of course we enjoy doTerra products and finding an app that appeared to be a “pocket guide” that could increase our knowledge and allow us to address the needs of others, well almost, that is. You see, the descriptions are free; the formulas require a monthly or annual premium. 😟 You already charge for everything else... why not give back to your customers or potential customers? So disappointed in this money grabbing app.Version: 1.3
✓ WHY DID I PURCHASE THIS?I was excited about this app and happily purchased. Little did i realize it didn’t work. It’s fine to look at the oils & recipes but you can’t copy these to your favorites without writing it down first then rewriting on the favorites page. This should be fixed so you can use the app it should be easy to move between screens..Version: 1.3.1
✓ Was ok, but...I liked the app because it had a lot to offer (personal oil inventory, wish list, usages, etc). I decided to upgrade to the paid version to get access to the recipes. As soon as I paid for the upgrade (monthly only, thankfully) it stopped working. At best it takes forever to load every time I open the app (and when I say forever I mean like more than 5 min). In addition, all the info I had entered before was gone. I want to like this app again, but it need a lot of improvements..Version: 1.3.1

✓ Don’t Waste Your TimeJust another one of those monthly subscription apps. There are many other great apps out there that only charge a one time fee and have much more useful information than this app..Version: 1.1
✓ Doesn’t workThe app doesn’t work! I paid for the monthly subscription and I still can’t get access to the recipes. It keeps telling me I need to upgrade but when I try it doesn’t work because I’m already subscribed. I contacted the company and after a week still haven’t received any response. ✓ DO NOT PURCHASE THE PREMIUMThe free part of the app is great, but the premium is a HUGE waste of money. The guide for ailments is limited at best, even some standard searches like "sleep" yields no results. The recipes page is not user friendly at all. To find recipes you have to know the exact name (who is going to think to search "geranium-hyssop gargle") rather than just being able to search for general topics and then receive a handful of related recipe choices. Instead you basically have to scroll through hundreds of recipes one by one to try and find what you might need. Many recipes are in there two, three or four times, and they even have a whole section of "recipes" that describe how to diffuse or inhale single oils. Please don't waste your money on this. For a $30 purchase it should be significantly better. If it was a $5 annual subscription, it would be worth it. I do recommend the free portion of the app, but as one user already reviewed, the info they choose to highlight on the front page (whole useful) can't even be clicked on to read the whole thing or to even be able to enlarge the text which is at times too small to read..Version: 1.3.1

✓ Data is everythingDoTerra I love your oils, commitment to helping others and sustainability philosophy, however I am very disappointed on how you are treating data. Since data is Incredibly valuable in business why are you charging for this app?!? You can gather so much valuable information about what people like, how they use their oils, how many of what kind they have, etc, while providing a useful tool. ✓ Overpriced and incompleteI really hoped that for almost $30 this app would be better. There are a lot of oils that are not listed. Then there is a Guide option. I was looking for congestion options and it says to diffuse camphor oil. Well Doterra doesn’t carry that oil. So why would you list it?! ✓ Out of dateI joined doTERRA at a post-convention five months ago and am a Loyalty Rewards Member. About half of my oils are not listed. This app is very disappointing. Much potential is to be had in a valuable app. doTERRA, place more priority in your online presence. Consumers spend more time on apps than on websites. Do an analysis, adjust your priorities accordingly, and watch it translate to your bottom line. You won’t regret it..Version: 1.3

✓ Missing new oilsYou have a comment that you put in the new oils. Well I don’t see Birch, Celery Seed. Etc. so when can we expect to see the full line of oils? It makes the app less useful. ✓ Very Disappointing , sorryI was so excited to find this , I recently signed up as a Doterra wholesale customer. I assumed there was an app included but no. Found this, you can only look up an ailment, etc.. but you CAN NOT see what oils are recommended to use for it!! aka their ‘ recipe’ Only if I pay $30 more dollars ( I just paid an awful lot buying a kit to get started ) & now they want even more $. Sadly its also true that each day’s suggested’ recipe ‘ also can not be fully read ? DoTerra should include full use , especially if you’re already signed as a consultant . 🤦🏼♀️.Version: 1.3.1
