✓ Has potentialI actually months ago left a lovely positive review about using the app however I’ve hired someone and upgraded the account but the person I hired can’t sign in or when they use my profile name the subscription doesn’t carry over when you sign in. Unfortunately I will request a refund and find another platform to move across to. What you should do which would make this app amazing is allow people to actually sign in to their profiles this way you can actually maintain the subscription across different devices! Hopefully it’s not going to be tricky getting my refund as I only upgraded like yesterday.Depop1Version: 3.07.06

✓ OkI’m a premium user, I think they recently made a lot of restrictions for non premium users, and unless you want to pay for this app I wouldn’t recommend it. It was good but now too many restrictions for it to be worth using without a subscription. I wish there was an option to pay for the full year instead of weekly payments…. ✓ It barely workedI just downloaded it and there were moments where it didn’t work probably, I had to refresh just to get to open images from my camera, it just didn’t flow. ✓ Absolutely NO COMMUNICATIONI spent days curating my feed preview, upgraded to the premium subscription and attempted to upload my feed to my instagram. It failed, time and time again and what’s worse - now my painstakingly curated feed has just crashed. Instead of seeing each of my pictures in specific order on the free preview, each picture is blank. The whole feed is completely blank so I can’t even see the positioning of my pictures so that I can at least upload manually. I’ve sent FOUR EMAILS - absolutely no response. ✓ Controls too sensitive and too many addsThe controls are waaaaay too sensitive on this app. I only have to touch a post in an attempt to move it and the post menu pops up instead. When trying to drag images, it won’t let me drag past the end of the screen so moving things around the grid is so slow. Did nobody do UAT testing? ✓ It just stopped workingI’ve been using it for a while. Since I uploaded a few pictures I wanted to refresh the feed so it’s gonna be visible what is already on Instagram. It didn’t work. I disconnected my profile and now I can’t log back in. It simply says that I might have age or country restriction (which I don’t since I didn’t even know this is possible) or I’m not connected to the internet. ✓ So obnoxious. Worked well until a recent update.I’m using the free version so obviously I have to deal with ads. I could put up with them for some time even though they pop up way too often (ex. Every time you upload a photo or move one around you are shown an ad). With the new update, the ads that pop up then open Safari and in turn open the App Store. So three different pages continuously popping up over and over and over again. Honestly, makes me want to rip my hair out. I love the planning feature and that you can draft content and save it for when you are ready to post. The problems I have had of which I regularly notified the team are the advertising for the paid version blocks any access or functionality. If the developer fixed these flaws it would be a much better app. First, it gives an option to repost an Instagram post but when you click on this option, it says you can’t repost - so why not remove this useless option? Also, sometimes after refreshing the feed it still wouldn’t sync and wouldn’t show all images for the entire feed, not even after refreshing another 10 times. I basically used it as a calendar where it notified me when to do an instagram post and had the caption I have previously written saved. I would then copy the caption and find the photos in my album. Post and all good. Since a recent update, the ‘schedule a post’ option has now become a paid option. So for the free version, it’s utterly pointless! I no longer get notified on any of my posts and only realised when I remembered I hadn’t done a post for a little bit.
