✓ Charged twice for adding the same carWhile setting the Auto pay account with my vehicle details, it assume the £10 annual charge for each vehicle added ( to right) problem was when adding hubby’s car I took my off by mistake… the result was my car being charged the another £10 Auto pay annual charge soon I put it back in and it took only 2 minutes for this system to take £10 out of my pocket . Charged me twice for same car. Please review this ASAP ( gave 5* as this crap won’t let me submit my review with only 1*).Madalena65Version: 3.1

The only delay was getting the account verification email which took 10 minutes to come through. After that the full validation email came in quickly.
