✓ App is very very slowIdk how but this app is not at all useful because it is very very very slow , things take a lot of time for loading and everytime it is in $ and i have to change everytime i open the app to ₹ and it takes 10-15 mins to load then 10 mins to load. ✓ What happened to this companyThe company has gone downhill. Customer service is terrible. Product recipes have changed and the protein does not taste good. ✓ Great products, Horrible appI love My Protein, but this app is embarrassing. You have to log on dozens of times because it keeps logging you out. Then when you select Apple Pay, you go through the whole process and then the app doesn’t accept it. And some times when you add items to the cart and go to the cart, it will be empty. At least fire the programmer who clearly should get a refund on their education and hire somebody who can make an app that doesn’t glitch out. This is seriously the worst thing about the company and it stands out because of how hard they’re pushing the faulty app. Everything else about My Protein is good..Version: 3.2.0

Sometimes buttons work, sometimes they don’t. ✓ Unjustified price differencesIt makes sense that the prices of the products depend on the place of delivery. However, for deliveries to Belgium, the prices are higher if the selected language is French, while they are lower if the selected language is Dutch. This doesn’t make any sense to me, I should not pay more because I prefer communicating in French instead of Dutch, as long as the delivery address is the same. ✓ Pros and consVery good prices, often great sales on, and the membership referral scheme is fantastic. The app itself I find quite slow, better using their website on laptop. Customer service is often very quick during the online chat service, however I have recently had many issues with not being refunded for returned orders, where only a select few advisors were helpful.
