✓ Promo code doesn’t workI upgraded to a new phone and when I reinstalled the app it no longer accepts my 1 year free promo code summer2019 and is asking me to pay. I have emailed your customer service several times with no reply. Won’t be becoming a member unless this is corrected. Very off-putting..Version: 1.7
✓ Won’t let me cancelI tried cancelling my free trial three days before it ended because I didn’t like the app and it won’t let me cancel!! They always send the same email talking about Apple support and canceling in settings or the App Store but each time I tell them it doesn’t show up they don’t reply and send the same automated message over and over again!! It said if there is no cancel trial option then it’s already cancelled but there’s not even a HitFit SUBSCRIPTION showing up so that means this is through the app!! I don’t even wanna hear some excuse because even my Apple support guide told me the subscription wasn’t through iTunes but through the app and there’s no charge on my iTunes. They charged me yesterday when it wouldn’t even let me CANCEL. I WANT A REFUND..Version: 2.6
✓ Not freeThis app literally advertises as free, so I figured it’s free for base features and then you pay for more advanced access to things. Nope. ✓ LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVINGWhen I first downloaded this app, I thought “great! This app sounds amazing”. It asked me all of the usual; weight, height, age, goals/aims so I put it all in and was happy because it was going to make the workout personal to me. But then I clicked next and it was asking me to pay several pounds per month?! HELL NO. I’m only 14 years old and I don’t want to be paying several pounds per month because I’m an unemployed child! DO NOT USE THIS APP UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY £3/£4/£5 per month. Instead, you can use a much better app that I found: “30 Day Fitness”, I think it’s way better 🙂.Version: 2.9
✓ Too expensive for what it isI was using what I believed to be the free version for a while and liked it for a low intensity quick workout. However, today when I went to start my next challenge I was asked to pay £9.99 per week or £19.49 per month. I said no I’d stick with the limited free version I had been using but now that’s changed such that it’s lost almost all functionality. If the version I was using was £20 per year I wouldn’t even have hesitated but for £10 per week I can meet with a trainer in person and get a better workout..Version: 3.2
