✓ Fun concept, bad puzzlesI have played my fair share of escape games and have never had this much trouble figuring out the puzzles. I thought I was crazy until I checked the reviews and saw that other people also had an issue. Some of the puzzles are ridiculous, you get items and assume you’re supposed to use it soon, but instead you’re supposed to figure out an entirely different section. I used hints and even after I got the answer I tried to reverse engineer it to figure it out so I could improve and not have to use too many hints, and it happened multiple times where even after knowing the answer I had no idea where they could have gotten it. Some things are so small and insignificant that you have to use hints to understand what’s next. It took a lot of the fun out of it, it’s cool art and fun concept for a puzzle game I just didn’t love it. Obviously see for yourself but I wanted to review it to assure people who may be feeling like they’ve lost their minds. It’s cool guys it’s not you.Kewlgurl29Version: 1.12

✓ Fun game ruined by advertsHonestly it’s a fun game, nice ‘spin’ on an old formula being able to rotate the rooms. But the advertising is built in to the game in a way that makes it look like the game was added to the advertising more than the advertising was added to the game. Everything is an excuse to add more opportunities for advertising. I immediately lost trust in the developers ethics, won’t pay them a single penny for their greed at ruining something that could have been great. ✓ I like this, but…I like this, but… when I started playing this game, I was thoroughly pulled in. I loved the changing perspectives and rotating the rooms around to find new clues and new information to help me get onto the next level. However, once I got to the church, the tasks and clues became so intricate and non-intuitive that I began to lose all enjoyment in the game. ✓ Confusing, tiring, and generally meaningless!!I know the game developer has tried their best to create a good game, but this game can only annoy you because throughout the game, you don't know why you are solving a puzzle and what the next level is. This game is designed in a completely linear way, such that you must think only in the way the developer intended, and it seems the developer doesn't see a reason to explain anything to you, which of course is obvious; they want you to constantly use hints so they can run ads, and even after the hints, this agonizing process continues. Overall, although this concept could have been amazing, it has only turned into a game that tries hard to tell you it's very thoughtful, while it is not..Mmm4731Version: 1.24

✓ It’s an amazing game but…When I first downloaded the game I didn’t know what to expect. I quickly realized it was a great game with puzzles and a story behind it. The puzzles can be somewhat difficult but that’s not the problem I want to talk about. I ended Act 1 and was so happy to finally reach Act 2. But I quickly realized that I wasn’t going to be able to play Act 2. You have to pay for the other half of the game. In the “package” it said you’d have to pay so that you can access to Act 2, without ads and a additional game. If there’s a way to make Act 2 free, I am ok with ads, they don’t bother me. I also don’t mind if I don’t get the additional story. But I just really wanted to play Act 2. It’s a great game nonetheless..__Nash._.Version: 1.12

✓ Fun plot and design, puzzles are unsolvable without hintsI weirdly like this game but it’s more of a love to hate it. When you start off the puzzles are simple but they quickly escalate to nonsense. And by nonsense I mean that the game developer must be some level of intelligence I’m not at, but hasn’t learned to water this down to an applicable level so 99% of us can solve the puzzles. Which is to say that after a couple chapters the solutions are utter nonsense. Why? Only the developer could know the solutions. The first half of the game is free so you just watch a ton of ads to get the hints. So that’s how that’s done. But it doesn’t end there once you hit the second half and pay 2.99 for the extra content, no ads etc. What happens is you pay and you just don’t have to watch an add for the free hint you need EVERY TIME. Luckily it’s such an engaging storyline, but it’s incredibly frustrating and needs to be more user friendly. Also for any classist individuals out there I have a Masters degree. ✓ MehThis game was really fun at first!! I liked being able to turn around in the rooms, and touch everything even if it did nothing. However some things are really hard to figure out, and while that’s great for gameplay I wish that I could’ve had some vague instruction on what to do next instead of watching an ad to get a hint, only for the hint to be giving me the full answer. What makes this 3 stars for me is that there are only 2 chapters and after you play the 4 or so levels of the first chapter, you HAVE to buy the second. ✓ Starts strong and falls apartThe first half of this game is pretty solid. Fun puzzles, good mechanics. Halfway through Act II the solutions to the puzzles become incredibly convoluted and random. Several times I used hints and the answer STILL didn’t make any sense. Codes and passwords are all scrambled in weird arbitrary ways that aren’t intuitive or clever. The game is also in desperate need of a camera or a notes feature. There’s a lot of random patterns that are too much to keep track of. Hints could also be better. ✓ Great game, but directional interface could use improvement and get rid of the paywall pleaseDon’t get me wrong, this is among the best clue-based, point-and-click mystery games I’ve played. The story is intricate and there are well-thought out elements to the game, and there isn’t a lot of “surprise! A plot point that makes no sense!” moments. Now onto the negatives. The directional interface is janky at times. Sometimes the item I wanted to interact with doesn’t do anything or I hit something else entirely, but that’s what happens when gaming on a phone I guess. Additionally there isn’t a compass so you don’t know where you came from, especially in the later levels where directions and passageways are many (without spoiling anything). Finally you can’t even access the last chapter(s) without paying money. I don’t want to play something that I need to buy the “complete” version of. I just want to play the game..ŁöwëłVersion: 1.24

✓ It’s awesome but…They game is super cool but the only and thing is that you have to pay for the next acts. I loved the puzzles and some of them were really hard and I liked that because some were hard, some were easier. But I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay to go onto the next acts but if you changed those and only made it so you had to pay for no ads and other stuff like that, just not the whole thing about having to pay for the rest of the acts. ✓ CrashesAfter buying acts 2 and 3 the app now crashes as it opens. Unable to play. Refund me please. EDIT: Did as requested and reinstalled app, seems to work so far but all my progress is lost. Was halfway through Act 2. Now have to start again. Game was fun but playing through same levels twice in a couple of days is not. I finished this game and when I got to act 3 i was disappointed because you had to pay for the next chapter.
